This hotel lists itself as a 4 star but in reality it is more a 3 star hotel with basic amenities. It is very dated and run down in parts. The breakfast is poor and many items run out and are not replenished. The hotels location is excellent and just a short walk to the ski lifts.

Friendly staff, room was OK, but there were problems with Wifi and the power/lights. Also not very sound proof towards the hallway, so other guests walking and rolling their luggage and even the cleaning staff was very audible in the room.

As a student of EDISU scholarship, this is a decent dormitory to live. The location is good for me and it takes 25 minutes to reach my university by walking. Also, supermarkets like LIDL and Bennet are close by. Only one issue is that some students make a mess in kitchen after cooking and eating. They don’t value the ethics and mannerisms of a shared kitchen. Otherwise everything else is just fine...

I've stayed in Baveno several times and this hotel is by far and away the best hotel that I have been fortunate enough to stay at here. Great location, very secure parking, very pleasant staff and breakfast is ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Cozy and somewhat simple hotel nicely situated in Baveno close to the church and the promenade. The pool area is quite small so you shouldn’t plan on taking a day by the pool. Fine breakfast however nothing fancy. You have the possibility to park outside in the private parking area or in the garage. The room we stayed in was quite small but suitable for one night.

Excellent! So friendly and helpful. The staff were exceptional and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine after allowing a slightly late checkout due to me having a work meeting. Small hotel near the politecnico and the bus stop (flibco) to airport. Some rooms are recently renovated and staff will try assign you one of these. Air conditioning and WiFi are good. Building is old though and insulation is pretty bad (you can hear anything from the corridors).
