Vintage but reasonably good shape classic hotel, very close to the train station and the waterfront, most rooms with a balcony and Lake view, could use some touchups here and there, but enjoyed the stay very much. Just across the street from the lake side walkway.

We were a group of 8 and had a fantastic time cycling around Stresa. Partucularly, I recommend Lake Orta, a fabulous place. The hotel’s own e-bike rental was incredibly convenient, and the bikes were in excellent condition. The bedrooms were supposed to be refurbished but ours was not. The material round the bed was ripped all the way round and the terrace overlooked a load of rubbish. The food was reasonable, dinner had a good buffet, 4 choices of starter and main course plus pudding. Breakfast was a continental buffet and was okay.

The location is good, close to the train station and ferry terminal, and the staff are friendly. However, the rooms are average. The first room's door wouldn't close, the second room's safe didn't work, and there wasn't even a bar of soap in the bathroom. There wasn't any shelf in the shower for shower gel or other items. The journey from the airport to hotel was terrible, but the stay at the hotel was very good. At midnight, the hotel owner welcomed us and tells us the most important information. He invited us for a tasty breakfast and the service in the restaurant was nice. The room was very clean and you could relax. The hotel is located in a quiet location.

The staff was friendly and the new rooms were spacious. The only odd thing was the window between the room and the bathroom—it lets natural light in, but it also gives a view of the toilet.

I booked the hotel for weekend, nice location near to shops and beach ⛱️. The bigest issue is about the blanket. It seems they are not washed properly since when I used it my body was covered with bed bugs bites. The shower room is extra small. In one occasion the room service forgot to close the room door after entering.

Near to the lake and the town centre building site across the road, shower alternated between freezing of scalding rapidly so no such thing as a comfortable shower. Breakfast is very limited in selection and availability depending on what time you arrive, lukewarm warm coffee and “hot” water to make lukewarm tea. Excellent! So friendly and helpful. The staff were exceptional and even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine after allowing a slightly late checkout due to me having a work meeting. We find this difficult to review as we have very mixed feelings about the place. Positives…… the staff could not be more helpful and professional. A very clean and comfortable hostel to stay in — with cozy mattresses, a kitchen, and the possibility to wash and dry your clothes. In the evening there are parties and a bar, so you definitely won’t be bored. It’s a bit far from the train stations, but there’s a tram and a bus — the hostel staff explained everything to me.

Spotless rooms and peaceful surroundings

The hotel is in a beautiful location. I was fortunate to have a room with a balcony facing Lake Orta. The water was very clear and I could see large trout swimming past. Hotel service is good and staff are helpful. I have had better food in my life, but the fare was adequate. The area close to the hotel is pretty quiet, so if you fancy a holiday off the beaten track, I strongly recommend this hotel

Only visited the restaurant, great location overlooking Lake Orto. Dogs welcome. Interesting menu with a wide range of choices without putting too much on the menu. Portions vary a lot within the course. For example pasta, one dish is perfectly sized for a 4 course menu, the other dish is a platter full and almost feels as too much. All in all a nice place to come again when in the area.

The location is in the city center. So all the services are near. The hotel rooms are quite modern but there are some porblems with smoking, air condition system, heating. Some members of staff are not service minded. Noises from streets and other rooms can be heard in rooms.

Safe and Good location. Just take a short tram ride to  beautiful old town. Room is quite basic and small but functionals. Kettle is provided with some tea sachet. Stopped here at the beginning of our holiday in February. Really good location, about 10 mins walk from the main train station. And lots of restaurants and mini markets near by. All the staff in the hotel are very friendly and happy to help with local advice. Good range of food for breakfast including Gluten Free options. It is a great place to stay in Turin, quiet and clean room, very kid friendly and friendly staff. My husband said if the breakfast has a bit better coffee quality, that would be just perfect. This hotel is a little gem. Within walking distance to pretty much everything. This was my first time in Turin, I'm an invalid travelling alone. I only brought my crutches and I could still reach everything I wanted. The staff are lovely and all speak wonderful English. I truly enjoyed my stay here and hope to have many more trips to Turin.

Practical for a step. Next to a large commercial area, modeled on motels in the USA, you can park in front of the room. The price of 70€ is competitive but our room was rather gloomy and dated even though everything was in good condition.
