While the hotel was charming and picturesque, the fact that there was no lift/elevator was a bit of a problem after climbing them for a couple of days. Luckily at the front desk Alberto was able to fetch our luggage and was super helpful. Our friends had problems with a leaky shower and there were no tissues in the bathroom! The A'Pinnata Hotel is located near Porto Pignataro, about 1.5 km from the city center. Spectacular location on the sea, spacious, clean rooms all overlooking the sea. We were a party of two, one booked the standard room and one the deluxe room… The deluxe room was nearly twice the price of the standard room, but shockingly was smaller in size and because it is in the top floor that is not served by the elevator, you must walk up the stairs (carry your luggage) to the last floor. However, we observed some maintenance concerns, specifically the presence of hairs on the mattress protector, which required us to place a blanket between the bedsheet and the protector. Giuseppe and his staff are amazing. And the city of trapani was a super cute one. The breakfast is simples, but the guy making espressos is one of a kind. Ok, tiziano might be a little on the far side from the city cute center, but walking is peaceful day and night, and comon, is good to walk after eating that great trapanean feast and watching the sunset on the walls of the shore.

We chose this hotel based on the free parking, which is behind the building. The immediate area is somewhat industrial but seemed safe and was easy to drive to area restaurants. We drove to the cable car parking lot for Erice in 10 minutes.

Rooms are not very modern but worth the price. Service was great, breakfast was okay (good coffee but selection of food was limited, only melon as fruit for breakfast for example). 15-20 minutes walk to the centre (not the moat beautiful walk). But definitely worth the price I paid and free parking

We had a fabulous 8 day stay with Alessandro, who must qualify as the most genial and genuine host in Sicily. Pre visit communication was in excellent English, as was his explanation of facilities upon arrival. Our sea view room had a large shady balcony, the pool and terrace are superb, and the whole property is exceptionally secure. I can't imagine there is a better B&B nearby or anywhere in Sicily...

Overwhelmed!!!! By far this is one of my top two rated B&B’s zz Clean and neat by the highest standards. Organized by whist to the tenth degree. Rooms are well appointed with everything you’ll need. Breakfast was delicious and very well attended by the staff. Parking is available with easy in and out.. it will be a mistake to make this your first and only choice.

We stayed at the I Giardini della Castellana for 4 nights and everything was perfect. The host Alessandro was super welcoming and helpful. One of the ladies working the front desk spoke English but on our checkout day, we could not communicate very well about needing a taxi.

The staff were so very attentive, whatever your needs. I would return and recommend highly.
