Aging hotel with lots of promise if the management can see that it needs maintenance. The sign out front is the first tip off. The full lobby and terrace should be air conditioned. Don’t bother booking a suite but having a seaview is a bonus. I was given an incredibly old room on the lower level. Thankfully our request to have room changed was dealt with promptly. Enjoyed this hotel tremendously. Located in the quaint city of Trabia. A train station is nearby to take day trips to Cefalù or Palermo. The hotel has a little beach to hang out in. The breakfast comes with the stay and includes great coffee, pastries, fruit, scrambled eggs. Staff is very friendly, including the manager Angela. Not really worth its 4 stars. A bit disappointed on arrival. Big plus: magnificent view from the bar and restaurant. The pool is very deep, with few areas suitable for young children. As for the food, there are always good dishes. Unlike other all-inclusive resorts, they don't serve fries with every meal :) The complex is completely isolated, with only one place accessible for a short walk.

The hotel was in a beautiful location but not conveniently located to the Cefalù downtown. The shuttles they offer do not run during ‘off season,’ the children’s playground was not open/available, the food is very limited and the dinner quality was not what one would expect (especially for the price). Okay not great The hotel was clean and walking distance to the restaurants and shops area. However, our room did not have natural light; it was too dark and the window showed a patio that looked for storage. The landscape of the pool and beach area was dusty and with weeds.

Overall, it’s a quite pleasant hotel. The cleaning staff is awesome, and I really appreciate the service of one specific waitress who was serving us throughout our vacation. Nice pool! The only inconvenience I found was the shower in our room which was simply unbearable to deal with all the time.

3 stars overall because its definitely not 4 stars hotel. Positive points: the staff very kind, the decor of the reception. Negative points: very low quality breakfast not for 4 stars hotel, and we booked executive room but its the same as standard.

The location is perfect for walking around to take pictures of old streets and sunrise over the sea. The food was excellent. Watch out in the shower! Make sure the smaller nozzle is facing down before turning on the water.

We had no prior booking and booked there and then at 2300 hours. Rooms bed is wide, firm mattress . Had 1 charging point. Pool/spa not free - about 40 euro PP. Hot breakfast ( omelet can be ordered via app, fresh juices, ham cuts. ) but include in the stay price. Roof top with selfcervice bar ( you log into computer what you take) .

I didn't like the location or the hotel. Even though it's new, it's not nice, and I didn't have a good time.

Wonderful view Great location two blocks from the mainstreet. Ok room but with a wonderful terrasse with panoramic seaview and sun all day. Comfortable pool and wonderful terrasse for the breakfast. Could need some renovation/upgrade to keep the 4 stars.

The hotel has an amazing view of the coast and Mt Etna. And it is only a 5-10 minute walk down some stairs and hill to the main pedestrian street. Breakfast is good and can be enjoyed on the terrace with the view. One drawback is the shower is ridiculously small with a lightweight curtain that comes against you so there is no room to wash and water gets all over the floor.

The hotel is a bit tired; it needs to be modernized. I can imagine in the 50s/60’s it was the place to be in Taormina. There are many pictures around the hotel from that period showing the glamorous lifestyle then.
