I have stayed in two rooms , one on the 1st floor with a view on the street (you can sleep just fine ) . The other on the 4th floor with a view on the backyard . The room was clean and spacious with comfortable bed. The shower wasn't great due to water pressure being too low. There was a supermarket opposite the hotel, however had to walk for 10-15 minutes to find restaurants. It would have been great if the receptionist would have advised us of the hotel shuttle bus when we asked about taxi. The info was only provided by a different receptionist at checkout...

Thoroughly enjoyed my three-night stay at Hotel Costazzurra. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Lounging by the pool with a cold drink was definitely a highlight. A hotel, a spa and a museum!!!! Who thought that was even possible. Lovely room with great views, the spa facilities are also great. Very spacious room, huge bed and comfortable mattress. The air conditioning is controlled by the hotel management, it cannot be set up individually in each room. We stayed here only one night. The location is strategic, close to the ferry harbour, at least one of them, to the train station and to one of the main squares. The hotel looks like an 80 vintage gem in need of a refreshing. But overall it's still in a nice condition.

The hotel looks very tired and would benefit from a proper revamp. The rooms were not particularly clean, dust and hand prints everywhere at check in, never improved. Sicilia Trip The property is very nice and it served us well. It was a morning that we could sleep in a little but the noise from other guests in the morning and a birthday party the night before really traveled through the floors and walls. This is a modern hotel on 4 floors, with restaurant. Rooms are not provided with kettles. Glasses in the rooms were plastic. Rooms are simple, clean and colourful. This place has a lot of potential. In the middle of a beautiful area with birds everywhere. I would have given it 4 stars if the pool had been clean and breakfast was refilled daily. This resort is in a small town, and when we went, it appears the travel season for this town was over. It was VERY quiet and you kind of felt awkward as there were so few people around, which is to bad as the facility was really nice. Superior sicilian hospitality. Wonderful breakfast with vast variety of types of food and pastries combined with magnificent, panoramic views from the breakfast terrace. Overall okay, the service and facilities were okay, the breakfast was good. But the cleaning was not okay and the cleaning lady left the door unlocked on several occasions. Which was very unpleasant when you have all your luggage there.
