Location was superb and just 5 minutes walk away from all the attractions. Michaelangelo’s former home is literally 1 minute walk away so you’re practically neighbours with him :).
You can ignore other reviews about the noise coming from the nearby pub because the owners have since added soundproof windows and there’s absolutely no sound coming from the outside.
The staff were helpful and very responsive via WhatsApp and even allowed me to keep my luggage with them after I’ve checked out.
Will definitely return to stay here in future.
We were perfectly looked after from the first second of contact (shortly after the plane landed) until departure. The hostess (Sharon) is one of the nicest people I've met. Not just in the hospitality industry. From the WhatsApp picture story, how to find the B&B, to tips for staying in Florence and daily friendly conversations as well as finding solutions for transport issues, etc., everything was top top top. The fact that the accommodation is wonderfully central and sweet is just the icing on the cake. Any time !
To this I personally add an excellent hostess, I really felt at home. To this I also add that although I had a dog it was not a problem, on the contrary he treated our dog like a prince.
I would say I couldn't find better!
