don’t come here! the staffs double charged the room, at the checkout they requested cash payment, and few weeks later I discovered they have cancel my booking on booking.com, so I got to pay the no show fee, that’s full pay again! since I didn’t ask for the cash payment receipt and so I can’t show it to booking.com, so disappointed. the room is stuffy and no air conditioning, it’s not what you expect for the price. Be careful

I suppose it is cheap and you can’t expect too much. Also it has an amazing location for the price. But, it is very noisy, a restaurant down stairs makes lots of noise into the very small hours. But I am not sure what the owners can do about that. The shower was also very poor, rarely warm water, which was fine in June but would be a issue at other times. It was very clean.

Do not go here. The service is appalling and the staff (if there is one) is not responsive. We gave notice of our arrival into Florence to which we got no confirmation. Assuming the arrival time, we made it only to discover a non-existent staff and no pickup on either phone numbers provided (even saying they were disconnected). This led to us having to find another hotel day of, paying insane prices. I would not recommend a stay here. To anyone. Though the location seems great, the staff is not helpful and the phone numbers don't work. The local shops had no clue of a hotel even being in the area. Stay away from this property.

Horror room :(
The only good thing about it is the location in center of Florence.
- bathroom just horror, the smell the fungus.....everything is wrong, how they have the approvement to function on this unhealthy condition??
-again bathroom, the shower is......i have no words.
-they have no Ac:(... if u want to make a free sauna in the bed this is the perfect place.
-the bed the pillows, i really have no words to describe.
JUST AVOID THIS PLACE
- the noise, the bathroom noise when someone up use the toilet, the dirty on the walls.......we only stayed for one night, and we slept about 3 4 hours.
AVOID THIS PLACE. better pay 20 euro more and find anything else.

- No airco
- Fan was placed to far and to high on the wall
- Much fungus in the shower
- Too hot to sleep with warm weather.
- Too noisy

Very unfriendly staff. She didn't even greet us properly (only said 'green domus?' as a way of introduction and also do not say goodbye). When asked a question about were to leave the key when leaving, you get an very unfriendly answer, feeling like it is an annoyance to ask.
Bathroom was also below standard. Hot water in the shower ran out multiple times and there were issues with the toilet flush.
Wi-Fi did not work accordingly or very slow, sometimes not at all.
Walls are very thin, so you can hear the neighbors.
Only upside is the close proximity to the city center and the room was also bigger than expected.

Great place to stay in the middle of Florence. We visited in late May. Walk down half a block to see the Duomo! Emilly was there to greet us at the agreed upon time and gave us keys to come and go as we please. We even came back a second time after visiting Rome and she allowed us to drop our bags off early so we could explore the city. Thanks for helping us schedule a taxi, too.
Double room with terrace was great, but WiFi didn't quite reach some areas. We loved the other room we had on the alley side of the building where we could fully open the windows to see all the people and shops. Bathroom needed some maintenance but they were very helpful.
Highly recommend staying here for a Central location in Florence where everything is within 15 minutes walking. Can’t wait to visit again!

Nice place. They have kitchen too.
And service is goood.
There are planty of food places near you get real local food around and good price. Leather market is very near. And the place is 10 mins walk from station
The rive n bridge shopping is 20 min walk
