Hotel Principe in Florence

The room facilities are old. Although the decoration is acceptable, the most infuriating incident of this trip happened there: the bag I deposited was stained by the white wall dust. After wiping it, I found that the fabric was damaged. I bought my new bag for more than 2,000 yuan not long ago. This is a hiking backpack that is very wear-resistant. I have stayed in many hotels in Italy, but this is the first time I have encountered such a rude storage service??? Afterwards, I contacted the hotel, but they refused to investigate and compensate me on the grounds that "we did not communicate at the time", and they did not even apologize???
