Visited with my family, stored our stuff in our rooms while walking around Firenze, and used our room, and the outdoor area at the back of the hotel, as a nice place to relax during some of the siesta, though slightly too far from the Center to do this after being in the city. Overall, a comfortable place, with all of the needed accessories. Coffee, and a simple but good breakfast. Our car had to be parked in a courtyard a short walk away, which we had to pay a little for. Though walking was pur preferred mode of transport around the city, so this wasn’t that much of a problem.

Never book at this place!

After I left a negative and truthful review, they charged my card twice! They literally stole my money. I am gonna complain to the bank and get it back. But the truth is that they stole 750€ on top of 535€ which I paid to stay there. 535 € is not the right amount for this hotel, it should be 60€;

After i left a review they tried to call me and sent me texts.

The pictures of the hotel on booking are deceiving.

The room is dirty and smelled of the mould. Also, the shower cap was broken, so I had to take a shower using a little hole in the shower cap. It’s crazy that they have such power to also charge your card.

Came across this location last minute and we were welcomed with arms wide open. I loved the spacious room and beautiful outdoors seating area. Definitely will be coming back!!!

This hotel is good for a few nights in Florence. The room was clean. It is walkable to the city centre and close to good restaurants. The host was responsive and welcoming.

This space was the worst for me. The owner gave me a room with broken air conditioner and refrigerator. Also, they did not clean the room without my request. I asked the owner to fix the air conditioner in the room. But what came back was a small fan. Regarding that, the owner said he was sorry and promised to provide breakfast, but he also did not keep his promise. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel and great value for money!
Lovely hotel and great value for money. Our room was very clean and was cleaned for us on our second day even though we only stayed 2 nights - nice surprise! Air conditioning in the room was fab. Lots of privacy, and we especially liked the outdoor garden area. Coffee machine, milk and juices were all provided for us. The location was brilliant - situated on a quiet street only a short walk into the city centre. There generally wasn’t anyone manning the front desk, so we had to go and find the owner to check out - however, this was only a small hotel with few staff so was to be expected, and really wasn’t a problem. Don’t hesitate to book this for a short trip to Florence!

It cost a lot of money, it’s not a hotel but a hostel, and the air conditioner smells bad, the room smells of wood or paint, the price premium is too much during the peak tourist season

The person at the reception was rude. We had informed beforehand our late arrival for which he gave us a code to enter. As was the case, the code had to be entered twice, once on the main door and second time on the reception door. As it was late and dark we did not see the second code. On calling and asking him the procedure he panicked and was behaving rudely with us. We even apologized to him for coming late but still his rude behaviors continued. I am sure if there would have been a rude person on this side, then a big argument would have succeeded.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this place. When we arrived and rang the reception, someone came after 10min on a bicycle. We were given a room facing a small and dusty interior courtyard, with very little light coming in the room. Clearly the official photos are somehow deceiving. The floors and furniture are old and not in a good sense. The door to the shower cabin was 'fixed' with a scotch tape and the water was almost cold. The only decent thing was the bed which was relatively comfortable and clean, however if there was an option to get even a partial refund upon arriving, I would have changed the 'hotel' in a heartbeat.
