Despite having friendly staff and located near the airport and tram line for easy access it’s a dump. Booked it for my honeymoon through QANTAS because I assumed they wouldn’t associate with dodgy places like this. First room they gave us was littered with trash and hadn’t been cleaned so we asked for another room which smelled a little off, had no hot water, minibar fridge wasn’t even plugged in, AC wouldn’t turn on, toilet randomly stopped flushing. Front desk guy was nice but dude seriously fix your hotel! Avoid like the plague I hope they either unprocreate themselves and fix their issues or go out of business. You can’t cut corners mate.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. There s an Indian kind and welcoming guy at reception. My room was big enough and all facilities worked well except flush tank. I had a good night in this hotel.

When we entered to see the room, we immediately returned the key; it was completely unsuitable, extremely bad.

Do not go here. There is no hot water, wind comes into the rooms.

Average hotel for a budget night. The problem was there was no cold water and no one was there to report the problem. I had to use a wastebasket to clean the toilet. Unacceptable for the price.
I'm unsure whether to ask for a refund or not.

A good location if you want to use the trams, front desk was very helpful and told us about the area. Otherwise, rooms are very small and shower was very small and had to ask about the hot water. Not the cleanest either.

Very nice hotel. Actually, the most affordable stay in Florence. The room was clean. The city can be reached in 20 min with a nearby tram stop. for a budget tourist - a deal.

Disastrous. The place was old, dirty, and the staff was unprofessional. To top it off, they had overbooked rooms and offered no help whatsoever. Even a 1-star guesthouse would be better. It's also far from the city center. Honestly, a -9.
