Right at the centre of Florence. The city centre is few meters away. The water pressure in the shower is pretty low. Also some days water is not hot enough for a shower. Hotel is on the 2 nd floor in an old building

Had the standard ByPillow brand as far as a great little sitting/amenity room with free water, coffee and luggage storage. Front desk hours are limited but access to building after hours was not a problem

Clean, simple and comfortable rooms in the heart of the ancient city center. The rooms are small but equipped with all comforts. The staff is friendly and professional. Very good quality-price ratio

The hotel assigned a room on the top floor with stunning views of the cathedral and the city. However, the stairs to the top floor are steep and narrow, which might be inconvenient for those with large suitcases

The visit was good we stayed in a two story apartment and we had three beds In our hotel room and a nice tv. It was really close to the train station so that is good

The room I stayed in was just larger. It has a large atrium entrance and a bathroom with a shower. You can sit down and the breakfast is also very good with a variety of choices. I would like to stay here again

Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, reasonable prices, good size rooms, clean, good breakfast. Breakfast variety was a little limited, and beds on the hard side, but that's a matter of preference

As far as location, it is located in quiet street but it is not in good area. One side of it toward train is not good for walk , no place for pedestrians and watch putt for cars

Breakfast is just good to eat slice of bread, it seems they cook hard boiled eggs once for couple days so it is not fresh, the fruits except apple and banana are can fruits

You have a private parking just in front of the hotel. They provide free water for all of us to visit the city (very hot day)

We stayed in the hotel for 5 days, staff are very nice and try to accommodate you, the sheets , towels are clean, beds are not comfortable, it is so soft because it has soft mattress on top

There is always smell in the evening in the entrance hall and walls are not so clean. In general the hotel is 3 stars. But the receptionists are always so nice

I decided to book this hotel because the price was reasonable. Room is huge, bathroom has a good size, there is plenty of hot water and it is very clean. Shampoo and soap are provided. The bedroom as a beautiful ceiling

It does not feels like a hotel when you arrive. Not a good first impression as you have to grab an old and tiny elevator. The room was great! I was not expecting only 8 rooms in the hotel, I thought it was bigger

Hotel is within walking distance to San Marco’s Basilica and Florence Duomo. Taxi from the train terminal to hotel was 10 euros. I am traveling with my daughter and we feel very safe in this hotel

The hotel is in a great location - close to all the attractions. An old villa, surrounded by greenery on all sides. In the mornings - I enjoyed the singing of birds. Breakfasts are served in the garden

The hotel is in a great location, a 5-minute walk from Porta Romana. It is quiet in the bustling area. Although it is not very rich, it has everything you need. There is also free parking in the hotel

You can also sit there during the day and in the evening. The room is spacious with a comfortable bed. The only downside is the breakfasts. I have never seen such tasteless breakfasts

The Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo) is just an 8-minute walk away, and most tourist attractions are close by. We were able to explore almost everything on foot, which was very convenient

It is exactly as described. It’s on the third floor, even when very close to the Duomo. It is very quiet. The staff’s service is excellent. The beds were very good. A nice stay.

I can not say enough good things about this hotel and our 16-day stay! Giuseppe and the other front desk staff went out of their way to help, provide recommendation and help when my husband got sick

It's about a 20-minute way to the train station and so easy to get to ALL the museums and the view of the Duomo (from our room as well as the rooftop terrace) make the climb SO worthwhile

So helpful and gave us lots of tips about where was safe and the main attractions. The room itself is basic but it’s good for a base to get your head down

But the climb (there are 67 to be exact) may leave you breathless, but is to be expected given the age of the building and we opted for the stairs to be SO centrally located

The accommodations are extremely comfortable, every single thing is of highest quality, they provide a daily bottle of water and wine (included, not charged), tons of clean towels (one for each kind), even citronella to put the mosquitos away

"Garden of Eden" When we got out of the car, we entered an oasis. It felt like the "Garden of Eden. " We were immediately welcomed with great warmth. Breakfast in a historic room was more than surprising (for Italy)

The rooms are very stylish and there is tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms. The room has air conditioning as well as large windows that can be opened. The breakfast was lovely especially the honeycomb

The furnishings are luxurious, we especially enjoyed using the projector and there was even a washing machine even though we did not use it. Do note that this hotel room is a 3-4min walk from the main hotel

Really comfortable room and bed. Only slight drawback would be the small shower in our room and could do with a few more toiletries and coffee/tea for the room, although they clean and restock every day

The hotel was right there by the Duomo. The room was great, two stories. We stayed 3 of us, my husband and our daughter. There was a queen bed and a tv upstairs. And downstairs was a daybed and a tv and the bathroom

Throw was our favorite hotel we stayed at in Italy. Everyone was so nice and willing to help with whatever you need. The complimentary breakfast was so good and tons of variety. About a 8 minute walk to the Duomo
