The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A huge plus for a European hotel was the excellent air conditioning in our room. There were a couple of tiny hiccups

I booked single room but the space was too small so I upgraded to double room. The location is strategic and easy to access to the places I wanted to visit. Overall good stay and comfortable.

The environment is excellent for tourists, with the train station and attractions all within easy walking distance

The Wi-Fi, which was excellent for most of our visit, cut out on our last morning, though in fairness, I had used a lot of data. Also, the TV in our room wasn't working

We had a fabulous stay in Florence and the hotel’s location near the train station was fantastic both for when we arrived and departed (by train) but also for the three different tours we went on

The welcome was excellent, we never encountered any difficulties, from the beginning to the end of our stay. The reception staff, as well as the Rooftop staff, were more than up to the task

Great hotel! We got there and were greeted with a Mimosa social hour they have most days around 5pm. The front customer service was exceptional. Very friendly staff and cleaners. I seldomly sleep well while traveling

Spent few days here with my family, absolutely enjoyed the stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, shout to Vittoria; rooms are clean and the view is breathtaking. Not to mention the breakfast that is one of the best ever

They even had Chia seeds for your granola. So creamy! And why not have another mimosa. The pastries were good but not my favorite. I’m still dreaming of the plain croissants here. The staff were quick to replace items

We flew to Florence for a honeymoon without reservations anywhere and we stumbled into this hotel and was immediately greeted with smiles and warmth. They couldn’t have been more accommodating to us during our stay

However, the breakfast was absolutely excellent! After enduring several days of hotels in Rome offering no hot food at all, having hot scrambled eggs, bacon, and stir-fried vegetables was pure bliss

The room had a lingering smell of cleaning products, and when the heating was turned on at night, there was also a distinct smell coming from the air ducts. The sink faucet wouldn't shut off completely and kept leaking

Overall: The location, breakfast, and value for money allow me to give it 5 stars, which somewhat compensates for the shortcomings in the room type, cleanliness, and facilities

We were also asked to pay the city tax right away (which is fine, but it was strange as all our other hotels in Rome, Venice, and Milan collected it upon checkout)

After politely declining multiple times, we were told we couldn't check in until after 3 PM, but if we upgraded, we could check in immediately

I booked a triple room with my friend. The double bed was big, and the single bed was a little small but still enough for sleeping. There is also a small kitchen in the room where you can cook

Breakfast and room is good, location is good enough if you need parking and the staff are friendly. The lack of Air conditioning was pretty bad though, with Windows opened, it was about 25 degrees, but lots of mosquitoes
