The hotel is good, though the facilities are a bit dated. The staff provide excellent service and go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome

We booked Portrait Firenze for our stay in Florence after having a great experience at Portrait Milano last summer. The hotel is centrally located and right on the Ponte Vecchio with outstanding views from the rooms

The only thing that would have made this hotel even better for me would be a gym, but as someone that likes to pack in one million activities into their vacation schedule this location was perfect

We didn’t take a cab our entire stay and were able to easily walk everywhere we needed to go. Now I will need to go to Rome to stay at the original location!

Hotel location is good, only 12 minutes from train station and within walking distance to other main sites. It is a super clean boutique hotel with a small garden inside which highlights it's attractiveness

There are brochures introducing the history and attractions of Florence. The front desk also provides tourist maps. There is free afternoon tea in the afternoon. The overall experience is very good

The room was not perfectly clean. There's a stray hair (that's not mine). The bath towel was is the wrong way out. The breakfast service is always excellent,although the space is so close together.

The staff was beyond friendly and we especially loved the little touches: cookies in our room, our bed freshly made every time we left and returned , they even gave us water bottles before our drive home, booked our spa or any reservations for us, called taxis for us in minutes, and any time we needed more toiletries they immediately sent it up to our room

one good thing is that hotel slippers were provided but no new ones when they clean the room

The next morning, it was less than a 2km walk to the Uffizi Gallery, where we managed to get early bird tickets for 8:15 AM. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent

We prefer to be away from noisy tourist area and appreciate a little walk after dinner so fine for us. On the one day we needed to be somewhere quickly, the front desk called us a cab that arrived in a couple minutes

The cleaning staff also greeted us warmly each morning and provided very nice turn down service. This hotel had done an excellent job hiring and training its staff

I loved staying at Atlantic Palace. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. I also really liked the location — it’s very convenient and within walking distance to the main attractions

General good hotel, however there were flies and a smell in the washroom. The access to the room was very convoluted. The elevator was defective. Although, front desk staff was good. Not recommended.

Only issue was when the man who brought our luggage that was stored with them he dropped it hard on the floor so could’ve damaged fragile stuff inside the bags. But everyone was kind and helpful

Stayed here for a city weekend break. Location is fantastic, five minute walk from main train station and approx 10-15min walk to main attractions through Florence. Rooms were lovely and clean, plenty of space

Only grumble is that we couldn’t get the aircon to work and pillows were pretty bad - that being said, beautiful rooms, terrace bar was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful

Great hotel! We got there and were greeted with a Mimosa social hour they have most days around 5pm. The front customer service was exceptional. Very friendly staff and cleaners. I seldomly sleep well while traveling

They even had Chia seeds for your granola. So creamy! And why not have another mimosa. The pastries were good but not my favorite. I’m still dreaming of the plain croissants here. The staff were quick to replace items

We were also asked to pay the city tax right away (which is fine, but it was strange as all our other hotels in Rome, Venice, and Milan collected it upon checkout)

After politely declining multiple times, we were told we couldn't check in until after 3 PM, but if we upgraded, we could check in immediately

Absolutely delightful staff, welcomed me to a solo Sunday night stay with warmth and attentiveness. The room was beautifully kitted out with luscious linens and a large marble bathroom

Although I rarely eat in my hotel, they were so kind and fun I decided to eat at the hotel and I had one of the best pastas of my entire trip in Italy! The simple tomato pasta is delicious

Breakfast is also very good and included in the price. The hotel manager Riccardo Cacioli is very helpful and has helped us with every concern
