At the reception they help with everything, give advice. There was free water, tea, cookies, a kettle and a refrigerator. Lots of shelves in the room, there is a wardrobe for things

Great little hotel, excellent staff and location. My only complaint is that the aircon was too noisy to leave on at night and the room only had 1 usable socket nowhere near the bed side table.

The location is great 5 minutes walking from st Mariah station it has stairs but the staff is very helpful and they carried our suitcases for us during checking in and out

A very nice hotel in the heart of Florence. The rooms need to be refurbished, but they are clean and comfortable. The personnel is very kind and helpful and the breakfast is rich and tasty. I recommend it.

Although we knew it was a 3 star hotel ,we got disappointed when shown to our room. The matress and pillows are not good, too hard for my taste. The wifi is too weak and the area where breakfast is served too cold

Air con didn’t really seem to cool the room down but not a problem for us as in October. Room was cleaned daily to a good standard + tea and coffee facilities A few little supermarkets nearby which was a bonus

Easy to find , perfect location turn the corner from the entrance and the cathedral is in view. Lots of great little bars and eateries nearby. Checkin was easy , communications were good and timely

Loved the location, the rooftop views and the breakfast. The breakfast attendant was so amazing- she remembered what we ordered and was a very bright light each morning. Our room, 309, was a bit dark and had no mirror

There was a mirror in the bathroom of course. Ironically there were so many mirrors everywhere but none in our room. We were able to even walk to the train station which was very easy and doable

The hotel is in the city center near the train station. It is a 5-8 minute walk from the train station and a 3-5 minute walk from the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore

The garden was great, with plenty of space to lounge by the pool in either sun or shade under the trees. Our family room was comfortable and a decent size for four of us

There’s parking available, though it’s a bit of a squeeze! The location was fantastic — about a 20-minute walk down the hill to the Ponte Vecchio (coming back up the hill was another matter, it's quite steep!)

They also did lunch and dinner — just lighter things like salads and snacks since there wasn’t a chef at the time — but it was still nice to have the option

The bus stop is located right outside the hotel and 2 of the main lines serve this area so they are frequent. The area is quiet which suited us for our stay. The hotel was immaculately clean throughout

We had an excellent stay at hotel Albergo in Florence. The hotel is perfectly located: close enough to the train station to walk and a 5 mins walk to just about every attraction you can imagine

Our room was perfect for 4 of us. Lots of noise from outside during the night, some nearby residents were partying a good part of the night and then trash collection started just as they went to bed

But we were there only one night so it didn't matter much. Breakfast was good (since it was included in our rate) but you can find a lot out and about too

This is my 3rd time staying at Albergo Firenze. It is a typical city hotel with an extraordinary staff. You can’t beat the location with plenty of great restaurants near by. It is clean, comfortable and never disappoints

I absolutely adore Oltrarno Splendid! The room was fabulous (and spacious), the buffet breakfast was amazing, and the service was outstanding! Plus they made us espresso and cappuccinos on request! It was so close to the train station and everything we wanted to see, so we were able to walk the entire time
