The view was gorgeous and a good place to walk around! The bed wasn’t that comfortable but that’s so small complaint compared to the amazing experience I had I didn’t think twice about it

This hotel has a lot of character. Every room in the facility was carefully decorated. The room felt like a room in a fairy tale. They were very attentive and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant

There is also some good artwork in the hotel such as paintings and a statue of the Roman god Mercury

To the side of the square of the highness. the ponte vecchio and the Duomo. A few minutes from the station. Beds comfortable and rooms clean and modern. Help you in what you need and you advise

Small, clean room with a spotless bathroom. Far enough away from the Ponte Vecchio to be quiet. Tight elevator, but they had an elevator. Extremely kind and helpful staff.

The staff and especially the day time receptionist were absolutely AMAZING! Room was nice, The hallway had a strange odor, but the room was fine and quiet. The little "perks" they offer were unexpected and welcomed!

Found that even if i use the international converter, the sockets that are the 3 holes standard in Italy will not work. This means the available working sockets is less (only 2 in my room)

The staff are very nice and attentive. Amazing room created inside a historical building with nice classic vipe. Very minor issue if your gadgets are different from Italian sockets

A very nice hotel off of a small alleyway. The breakfast was delicious with the dining area overlooking Piazza Signoria

The location of the hotel is excellent and very central!! After one night in the room, the smell did not decrease and seemed to only get worse. The AC was also not doing very good

Shower got very hot and had good pressure. Beds were good but the pillows were very flat. Fresh and free European breakfast every morning to start the day off right

Hotel Pendini was such an awesome find. Marco at the front desk was nice and helpful. They held our bags while we explored before check in as well as after we checked out

There was a lot of “self help” required. The desk shuts down at 5ish and it’s back till around 8. Breakfast is optional at this “B&B”, but it’s only €7. The housekeeping was excellent and the shower was great.

Located in beautiful building with elevator. Walk to sites all within 15 to so minutea/. Very good sound proofing when windows closed. Appreciated help with calling taxi when we left

The location cannot be beat however the room did not appear to be the same as the photos. It's a bit older and the sound proofing isn't great. They also have very limited working hours for check-in.

When my grand daughter was taken ill all over the bedroom, they were happy to clean up and supply fresh linen and disinfectant for the floor[ thank goodness for tiled floors!] The other staff we met were equally helpful and charming

We stayed here a week ago with my mom , dad and family friend. The staff was so accommodating and very nice. Right in the middle of Florence great spot to see the sights and get great food

One significant complaint was poor, weak and constantly dropping wifi. The manager attempted to help but nothing improved. Excellent location, safe, street noise is well muffled by the double-pan windows

It was a surprise that no breakfast was on offer, given that thebooking was relatively expensive,but there was 10% discount on breakfast in a very pleasant cafe opposite and there were plenty of eateries in the neighbourhood, which was central to Florence

The recommended breakfast and pastry place over the street Ricardo we visited every morning for their wonderful pastries and savoury croissants. We had some more help with baggage storage on the day of departure

I checked in automatically throughout my trip. I arrived at the hotel around 8pm. The front desk was very patient and provided guidance throughout the entire process. The famous cathedral is right outside the door

Beware of rooftop bar prices! Very expensive but worth it for the night time view. Bar is not associated with this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and it was worth every penny

Has a tv in the room but no English speaking channel so never turned on ,no coffee or tea making facility in room which I found disappointing as there is a big sign on breakfast room no drinks can be taken to your room

Walk out front access and you have 100 yard walk to Duomo many restaurants and gelato stores also. Room was always cleaned to a high standard bathroom very small with just enough room in the shower to turn around

Great location right next to a tram station and not far from SMN. Bus stop that takes you to piazzale Michangelo is also around the corner. Breakfast was alright for what it was, delicious honey comb was on offer

The room was clean, and a nice bonus was having a coffee machine with capsules and a tea station. I also appreciated the complimentary candies and cookies with the coffee

It’s walking distance from Tram (Guidoni) 10-15mins ride to reach the Santa Maria Novella Train Station. We had slight problem with the check-in and to obtain the digital key but it was quickly resolved by the staff

This hotel has a lot of mosquitoes at night. However, when I mentioned it to the front desk in the morning, they promptly addressed the issue. The hotel's location is actually very good.
