I come to Florence any chance I get, but not often enough. I always stay at Ill Bargellino whether travelling alone or with others. The location is near the train station but an easy walk to the center

Those arriving by car can park in the courtyard; the lady at the front desk will help issue your license plate to the government to cancel any outstanding fines. The breakfast was good, although the selection was limited

Literally the best hotel I've ever been at in my whole life!!! Fresco ceiling in our suite as well as the walls in the dining room together with a very pleasant breakfast, nice environment and super friendly staff takes the hotel experience to a whole different level

Very good, the location is excellent, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is just outside, the hotel is well maintained overall, the room is ok, the only small drawback is that the TV is a little small, and it is not clear from a distance

This was a wonderful stay. It's right in the center of town, yet feels very calm inside. The staff was so helpful and sweet, the room was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

It is no more than 10 minutes' walk from the central train station. The front desk said that Leonardo da Vinci once lived in this building for a year, and the church square is right outside the window

The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, and the central location couldn’t have been better — it allowed us to explore Florence easily on foot

Excellent room, excellent location at the same time. We have spent 3 nights in B&B II Salotto di Firenze and everything was very comfortable and clean. Also we really like the kitchen, it was usefull and clean

It can be a little noisy at night due to outside foot traffic so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. It was not an issue for us, but just a fair warning! Self check in is very easy

Close to SANTA CROCE chruch. Very good breakfast included, including two croissants, coffee AND freshly squeezed orange juice. Nice included booklet with info for tourists, Taxi number, Doctor number WTC.

I had a great time. The location is excellent, and the included breakfast at the nearby bar was very good. The owner even offered to keep our luggage after checkout for a couple of hours.

B&B in a strategic position in Florence, next to the Basilica of Santa Croce. Simple but plentiful and good breakfast. To be absolutely kept as a reference point for Florence

The rooms are simple, with slightly old-fashioned furniture, but everything is clean, has everything you need, and works perfectly. Great location too! The only small thing — it would be nice to clean the air conditioner

The suite is really amazing! Ideally located, in the city center. No noise at all!!! Now, I must say that it is a third floor with no lift. Ceilings are very high, to it is really like a sixth floor

This hotel is on the 3rd floor of a historic building. There are no elevators (which I knew beforehand). The stairs are not for the faint of heart. We got one key card for our room, so we had to co-ordinate

Location was great -5 min from all the sights. B&B is up 64 steps so be aware with the suitcase. Rooms are clean and large compared to Italian rooms. Breakfast is continental. And staff are very friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Locanda dei Guelfi this week. Clean, spacious, characterful room with en suite in a beautiful old building, just a few minutes’ walk from the main sights and easy to get to

The roof terrace is up a tight winding stair case but it’s 100% worth it for the views across the city. It’s peaceful & away from the hustle and bustle of the centre but not too far that you feel out of the way

Room was clean, quite pleasant to stay in, nice size. Area in town is not the best. Not unsafe but very busy area and a bit grimy.

I stayed around 10 days in this hostel, which is Useful hostel in the city center and 5 minute away from trams and train stations. There are also lavendary next to it which makes easy to carry clothes

Air worked. The room I had was not what I saw in the photos. The mattress was very old. I would not recommend a stay there.
