Located right in the centre of Florence and within walking distance to the S M Novella train station. Loved our stay, especially the convenient location. Charming historical hotel whose age did not bother too much

The service was very welcoming. The location is super convenient, right next to the station, and the breakfast was excellent. Plus, they offer luggage storage, which is a big help.

For a 3 star hotel, the service and room provided are of decent quality. With attentive front desk staff and clean rooms. Provided breakfast is adequate and good

This is my 3rd time staying at Albergo Firenze. It is a typical city hotel with an extraordinary staff. You can’t beat the location with plenty of great restaurants near by. It is clean, comfortable and never disappoints

I probably would not stay just because of that ( I am on the shorter side) but older adults might have a difficult time with it as well

We had an excellent stay at hotel Albergo in Florence. The hotel is perfectly located: close enough to the train station to walk and a 5 mins walk to just about every attraction you can imagine

Our stay was wonderful! The hotel is very centrally located (on a street with lots of shopping!) and is walking distance to all the big sights! Our room was perfect and the staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome from the minute we arrived and making sure our room was clean every day

It's quite nice, a very retro building, and the rooftop restaurant offers views of the Boboli Gardens. It's very close to the Old Bridge and Pitti Palace. The only downside is that there's no elevator.

Superbly located and professionally operated. Our stay could not have been better. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the Boboli Gardens was the best way to start the day

All the side is a small carrefour and our favorite Alinani Cafe, Don Nino. Overall, nice room, good location with food and sight seeing with walking distance

The breakfast was excellent and had a great variety. Although the room size was average, it was very warm and had everything we needed.

It also feels warmer than other hotels i stayed, making it comfortable during March. Only thing to comment is the small shower area and there’s no thermal flask. Affordable price 65usd over a sunday night

Room is clean. Ample amenities includes sandal n toothbrush. Very near the main train station and walking distance to major attractions. Nearby a few good hand made leather shop

3m walk to train station, near to popular restaurants, 24h reception, elevator to hotel and clean. I think the hotel did a renovation so the cabinets, tables and all look new

A spacious one bedroom apartment in the heart of Florence. Although it's is situated right in the centre (3 minutes from Piazza del Duomo), it's very quiet and safe

The location is excellent, close to attractions and a nearby supermarket. While the spacious size is a plus, perhaps because it's so large, it seems difficult to clean thoroughly. The sofa, bed, and floor were dusty

It helps you work off all that lovely food. We will definitely stay there again. Nice and clean apartment in a quiet location but still with bars, restaurants & coffee shops right on your doorstep

Everything was perfect. We were completely satisfied. The location, in particular, is unbeatable. The only downside: the water coming out of the shower was initially scalding hot, then ice cold.

Very surprised to have balcony in the room! Have water dispenser in the lobby. Can get sparkling water. Very close to central station. No slippers provided.

With a busy itinerary daily, my priorities for a room were a large bed, quietness, no strange smells, a convenient shower, and the ability to wash small items (like shorts and socks). This room largely fit the bill

The downsides were the weak shower pressure and a sink that wasn't practical for washing my son's socks. On the bright side, there was a water dispenser and a coffee machine for unlimited drinks

A very well placed hotel that is just in the heart of shopping area. Hotel entrance is a little hard to find. has attached the picture of door. Hotel room is spacious and we'll kept. Toilet was clean and well furnished

Excellent rooms, renovated, very central area close to all the main attractions and restaurants. The breakfast is SUPERB! It is in a bar fairly close and is full of every possible thing.

Small, clean room with a spotless bathroom. Far enough away from the Ponte Vecchio to be quiet. Tight elevator, but they had an elevator. Extremely kind and helpful staff.

I could walk to all the museums and the Duomo and the train station. The breakfast buffet is pretty decent and the coffee strong. This was my first visit to Florence, and it was marvelous! I'll be back

The hotel is in the perfect location, right on the Arno. I scored a room with a view of the river, with the Ponte Vecchio bridge to the right and Ponte Santa Trinità to the left

Overall I would 100% come back to this hotel and recommend it to anyone traveling to Florence. It was the perfect home base to explore the city and surrounding countryside

Nect time we go to Florence we we stay here , buy take a larger room. Double standard is not the standard we are use to, but it as ok, and very clean, thank you to the staff of cleaning

The staff is very kind, the breakfast offers a good choice, and the hotel is really very well located (10 mn from Maria Novella Station, 35 mn from the airport with the tramway, and a few minutes from almost all places of the historical center)

Great location just above the Spanish steps room was clean and comfy and the free breakfast was wonderful. Nice staff they held our luggage too when we left Rome for a few days

Can't be skinny enough to be able to take a shower and close the shower, so just resign yourself to spraying a bit of water and put one of the bidet towels on the floor to soak it up and you'll be ok

Great location, close to the train station. Good breakfast, but a bit on the simple side. Room had a nice size and was overall pretty clean. AC was good and it had a mini refrigerator and a nice TV

Wonderful apartment We had a great stay in this apartment. It is centrally located, an easy walk to all museums. The view of the Duomo is breathtaking

We had a great welcome from the owner and the apartment we get was just amazing! We were very lucky to have a perfect view in the balcony to the Santa Maria Del Fiore Cathedral, so that every breakfast and dinner were a perfect time for admiration of one of the greatest works of the italian renaissance

Great location, unique fun place! The property was very well stocked, we were allowed to check in early, and location was in the middle of everything! View of duomo was incredible! Lots of stairs so just keep that in mind if someone in your group has any issues with those

One bedroom has a loft space with another bed, so definitely room for more people. Note about stairs: there is an elevator in the building to the second floor, where the apartment entrance is

Close to the Uffizi Gallery and all the other attractions and sightseeing places. You can borrow the steamer from the reception to iron your clothes. It’s a shame there’s no kettle in the rooms or water on arrival

The staff was beyond friendly and we especially loved the little touches: cookies in our room, our bed freshly made every time we left and returned , they even gave us water bottles before our drive home, booked our spa or any reservations for us, called taxis for us in minutes, and any time we needed more toiletries they immediately sent it up to our room

When we approached the reception at 6:45 am, the breakfast bags were ready for picked up and they also provided us with hot coffee in paper cups. I'll definite trily stay at this hotel for our next trip

There are brochures introducing the history and attractions of Florence. The front desk also provides tourist maps. There is free afternoon tea in the afternoon. The overall experience is very good

The disadvantage is that the rooms facing the street can hear the sound of cars outside at night, which feels a bit noisy. In addition, the height of the pillow is a bit awkward for me

  no complaints except that the bathroom floor might get slippery after being wet so it’s better to put floor mats. however you can easily use the towels provided.   breakfast was amazing and selection was so good
