Good location in Florence, in the center of the city ,10 minutes walk to the train · The rooftop is perfect.

I took the tram from the airport and walked from the nearest station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella St. ) to the hotel without any problems

The hotel is located in the historic center, right next to the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. If you can get a room on the north side, you'll be able to see the cathedral from the window, especially at night

Although it looks a bit dated, it is very clean, like living in Florence a hundred years ago. Everything is very good, the service is also very good, the location is also very good, and the view is also beautiful

The hair dryer was simple, so if you are particular about hair dryers, you may want to bring your own. The location is great, but considering the quality of the room, I feel it could have been a little cheaper

I took the old, narrow elevator to the 4th floor, where I was greeted by a friendly hotel staff member and shown to my room. The room was very small, and the shower room/toilet was also very compact

It's just across the street from the Central Station. There is a balcony with a view of the city. It provides luggage storage for guests, which is very good

It was cleaner and better than I expected. It's close to the station, so it's convenient even if you arrive late. While it's pricey, it offers breakfast, so you can have a full meal. There's a good selection of options

The only downside is the lack of salad. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay

Location was very convenient to the train station and easily walkable to the Mercado Centrale and to the major sites. 3rd floor and there is a lift

It was very close to the Florence train station, so the location was good, and the breakfast we had for two nights was also good! We arrived early in the morning because the check-in time was 4 o'clock, and they even stored our luggage, and the staff greeted us whenever we saw them, so we felt good

Very good for the price staff super friendly and helpful a little bit small so maybe not for the largest people but for the average person amazing. Great location very central and great view of duomo from higher floors

Great Location Centrally located in Florence 3 minutes from the Duomo Cathedral , the staff was warm and friendly including the owner, rooms are basic with no frills and thats was okay as I stayed just one night

THIS was the best place ever to stay because first they had free candy and the tv you can watch YouTube and other stuff unlike the other tv where u can watch only the tv that live and it right next to the Dave museum and duomo the first stuff was for kid under 13 but after that it was the stuff u like to see so it good for everyone

We enjoyed our stay here. Everything was great. Just be aware that there is no elevator. But the staff were eager to help carry luggage for us. If you have mobility issues then be aware you must use the stairs.

The best part about the place was the staff! They were excellent and super helpful. Every day somebody from the desk would give us locals recommendations to eat, and to visit!

The front desk staff was so friendly and went above and beyond by giving us food options and marking on the map everything that would be good to visit!

Great hotel, service at the reception is very attentive and helpful. Room is spacious, bathroom toiletries - one 5 ml bottle of shampoo and conditioner, not enough for family visit for sure, needs improvement

Another concern and not a such a big issue for me but might be a problem for people with limited mobility - 50-70 stairs which you have to carry your bags upstairs

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Rooms have A/C, tea and coffee making facilities. Bathroom is contemporary, clean and well maintained. It is in the centre of the city

All options at the 12 hotels included a private room, a private bathroom, breakfast, a central point and a parking space

Basically you can reach everything within 10-28 min on foot. The owner is extremely helpful and very very kind. Upon arrival we would get thorough recommendations on restaurants, attractions to visits and insights

It would be disrespectful if I gave a rating better than the three best accommodations  that won my heart. Locanda Della Musica is located in the center of the old town and all attractions are within walking distance

We enjoy our stay here and can truly recommend this place. Just keep in mind that you would have to climb 42 flights of stairs to come to the rooms if you have trouble walking. For us it was no problem at all

Amazing stay here. Our room was beautiful with a sunny patio. Extremely convenient o train station. Owner went above and beyond to help us, store bags, make bike riding recommendations, etc. Will be back!

It was a surprise that no breakfast was on offer, given that thebooking was relatively expensive,but there was 10% discount on breakfast in a very pleasant cafe opposite and there were plenty of eateries in the neighbourhood, which was central to Florence

The recommended breakfast and pastry place over the street Ricardo we visited every morning for their wonderful pastries and savoury croissants. We had some more help with baggage storage on the day of departure

Good room, good value, all works well except eifi Large room with enormously high, beautiful ceiling and windows. All is clean, somewhat dated but in good condition. Adding a small table would help

Cosimo was our host and very accommodating and patient, despite us misreading check-in instructions. His recommendations and assistance was very helpful, and he is very fast to respond to issues

Its near the train station and walkable to the city center. But there is no elevator but they have arranged the first floor for me as i am taking the big luggage myself

There will be a bit noise at night as its near the center. The hotel is a bit old but its okay for short stay

Hotel Spagna! What a location and such friendly staff. So close to SMN station and to all the closest attractions. The staff are very friendly and check in was so easy

As I learned quickly when I got here, many buildings look beat up or have graffiti, because they are old neighborhoods, in some cases extremely old buildings. Hotel Centro was an excellent experience for me

The hotel is located in a good area near the major sites in the city. For the price is worth it, only complaint is that we hardly saw any staff in the hotel but then again we didn't really have a need for them.

Hotel Centro is not really accessible to people with moving difficulties, don’t have 24/7 receptionists service

Luckily, there’s always some guest who let us in. We only stayed for 2 nights so it wasn’t that bad. The price is considerably reasonable especially it’s a central location

We left the car in a garage 10 min walk from the buliding, but it's normal in Italy, cause the central is open only for the local cars. Try Fuoco Matto restaurant on the corner, it was the best (thanks for the tip) :)

The location was perfect. It's a walking distance from all the main attractions which was super helpful. Lorenzo and Dani were so responsive, communication was excellent! The room was spacious and clean.

Air conditioner worked perfectly. After walking from the train station with our luggage, being hot and exhausted, we had to wait 12 minutes outside because she was booking a new reservation

Our towels were never changed in 3 nights not to mention I itched a mosquito bite, had a few blood stains on the sheets (night 1 ) and they never changed the sheets

I enjoyed my stay, the room was comfortable. When I got in there was no electricity in my room and no one told me to turn on the electricity box in the room

We had a great time in Florence and nice apartment in the heart of the historic city. Landlady was very nice, helpful and polite, she offered us help trying to find a bus to Pisa because railway was in strike

Excellent hotel opposite the Medici Palace, Palazzo Pitti - the very center, located in the ZTL zone, but you can come by car and they themselves park in the parking lot for 30 euros per day, an old building, but there is an elevator, I took a two-room suite with two toilets, everything is renovated in very good condition, the ceilings and walls are painted with frescoes!

I want to specially commend Letizia from the front desk who has given us everything we could possibly need and was so nice and very kind. I'd stay here again! My parents stayed at the Imperial suite and loved it as well!

It felt like a truly authentic experience, overlooking Pitti Palace. A great location away from the hustle and bustle, but still 5-10min walk to all main attractions and close to Piazza Santo Spirito

One of our favourite hotels ever! It was like staying and living like the old Pitti family back in the day. The rooms were huge, simply huge and we loved the original frescos in them

Incredible location opposite the Pitti Palace. Definitely a budget hotel, but very clean and no complains.

The room is very spacious and comfortable for three people, with good mattresses. The downside is that there's no one to help you. The reception desk is just a table with no one to attend to you

Trouble walking up the staircase as elevator was uninviting.

The check-in area is a bit hidden; there's a small room at the very back where an elderly gentleman writes down the information of each guest's daily check-in. Remember to pay the city tax in cash

It's very close to all the attractions (about a 40-minute walk to Piazzale Michelangelo, and all others within 20 minutes). The toilet isn't very good; you have to close the lid before flushing

We forgot our power bank at first, and the hotel staff kindly collected it and left it at check-in (thank you to everyone who helped us!)

The bathroom is shared and well cleaned. It feels like living in an ancient castle. Free coffee and tea are served in the living room. Vincenzo is often online and answers all questions

Great located place with a nice service. 4 stars cos its still a hostel not a hotel 😊 but I would no doubt recommend this place.

But everything else is bad, the check in if they reach you is easy "if they do it", if not you have to call or send messages, the complete hostel/hotel smell like drain and stinky water, the accommodation are just ok, the bed are terrible, they try to really have the place clean im not gonna lie, but every room has to share the 3 toilets to peep and poop

by reading the reviews on TripAdvisor we were a little scared, but I assure you that it is a quiet hotel clean and that it is an old structure, the rest is 2 steps from the center in a quiet area. .

We stayed here for a few nights and the place was exactly what we needed to roam around Florence. It was clean and there were all of the basic necessities (towels, soap, clean sheets)

Our room had a beautiful view and the building has an extraordinary accessible terrace with a 360 view on Florence. The owner was nice and welcoming!

Quiet room, private bathroom with hot water and high pressure, old floors, comfortable mattress, plenty of space to hang clothes, big tv with many channels, distributor free water (bottle) and hot drinks at a charge, but at a good price, supermarkets very close also open until late
