Florence, Via Ricasoli, 31n, San Marco (in the centre) 🧭 Map
This hotel is a hidden gem right in the centre of Florence. The room was large and had all the amenities we needed. The location could not be better - just steps from the Duomo but also relatively quiet at night
These vouchers get you a coffee, juice, pastry, and a savoury pastry. Easy to use the codes (we checked in at 5pm and also left our luggage on the next day)
The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend the place, especially when it is so close to everything
Great gelato directly across the street at Caribe and also a couple of blocks away at La Strega
Would absolutely stay here again
There are 2 large rooms, a nice size bedroom and living room. I can’t imagine any hotel in Florence is this spacious. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Near the Duomo, museums, restaurants, etc

The location was great. It was just over the bridge and an easy walk to the city center. The room was clean and the breakfast was a great way to start the day.
My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The hotel is spotless and the staff are professional and courteous. was exceptionally helpful and obliging. The hotel is next to nice bars and restaurants
Very friendly and helpful staffs, nice and clean hotel. Walking 10 mins to the meeting point if you have tours, close and easy to walk around, just pass the bridge. Would stay here again if visit Florence again
Fantastic!
Fantastic location just across the river from all the main sights. They can be easily reached on foot within a few minutes. The room was spacious and well equipped with modern bathroom
Hotel silla was great, perfect location, the rooms were nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back here.
Breakfast was basic but adequate and the hot options did not get topped up from what we could tell. Overall we would highly recommend

Florence, Via Faenza, 66, 50123 Florentsiya, Toskana, Italiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very convenient location to all of florence and in a safe area! There are plenty of local cafés, restaurants, and shops right in the streets around the hotel
Guys, I have never been in this hotel but we are SURE that it cost 37 euros? I put 5 stars because I trust the other reviews
Overall it was good, very close to the train station one minute what made it convenient.
We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Monica. The room was clean and comfortable. It was about a 10 minute walk to the train station and about 15 minutes to the main tour bus location
Great location with an included breakfast. Room was clean, but not updated recently. Overall a great place to stay for those on a budget.
It was also convenenti to the Duomo. Even though there was no elevator, the staff cheerfully carried our bags both up and back down when we were coming and going which was a big help for 2 seniors

Florence, Via Delle Oche, 11 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
OK Hotel as a base close to the centre of Florence but don't expect to be pleasantly surprised
This hotel is a great location to explore Florence. It is a one minute walk to the Doumo and the surrounding area. The hotel's lobby is located on the second floor and is accessible by a small elevator
Beware of rooftop bar prices! Very expensive but worth it for the night time view. Bar is not associated with this hotel. We stayed for 4 nights and it was worth every penny
Has a tv in the room but no English speaking channel so never turned on ,no coffee or tea making facility in room which I found disappointing as there is a big sign on breakfast room no drinks can be taken to your room
Staff were excellent and very professional and friendly. Room was a little outdated, but it's a base and you wont spend much time in it. Breakfast was good, typical continental which is ideal
Walk out front access and you have 100 yard walk to Duomo many restaurants and gelato stores also. Room was always cleaned to a high standard bathroom very small with just enough room in the shower to turn around

Florence, Via Faenza, 56 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The place is in the center and close to almost everything you need to see in Florence. The staff is nice and and very friendly. They offer free coffe and drinking water
Best hostel you can find in Florence! Central, close to everything, amazing staff- shout out to Andriy and Tommaso- great vibe and cosy rooms. 10/10
A functional hotel in the centre of Florence a few steps from the Santa Maria Novella station in a quiet neighbourhood and with amenities nearby. The staff very friendly and attentive. Does not have a lift.
Honestly the amenities, location, and vibe of the hostel were so good (good showers, beds were ok, rooms had enough room, kitchen, and lots of events like free pasta nights or cheap pizza making) but the ladies that work there & volunteer here made this hostel amazing! Juliana and Antonia at the front desk are literally the best most helpful and sweet people
All the volunteers are awesome too, they made us free pasta for pasta nights! Only downsides of the hostel are that the pipes / the water had a smell in the bathroom, and beds could’ve been a bit more comfy but for a HOSTEL that is affordable and a good vibe - it was so perfect
Great place, good location and facilities, and AMAZING staff (shoutout to Andriy — he got me the best room!). They have lots of planned social activities (karaoke night was awesome!). Overall would highly recommend!

Very quiet, clean and great room. Big bathroom. About 13 minute walk to train station. 8 mins to cathedral.
Best Locanda in Firenze
My stay at Locanda Orchidea was nothing short of phenomenal — a hidden Florentine gem nestled in the heart of the city, where history whispers through ancient walls and hospitality feels like a warm embrace
There was a lot of “self help” required. The desk shuts down at 5ish and it’s back till around 8. Breakfast is optional at this “B&B”, but it’s only €7.
The housekeeping was excellent and the shower was great.
Very nice staff especially Victoria! Delicious breakfast buffet choices. Close to lots of restaurants and stores. Helped us by calling cabs for us, giving us directions.
The location cannot be beat however the room did not appear to be the same as the photos. It's a bit older and the sound proofing isn't great. They also have very limited working hours for check-in.
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights when visiting Florence. It was very central to

Florence, Largo Fratelli Alinari, 11 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
ROOM: It had too many mirrors and we stayed next to the reception so we could hear people at night and they could hear us. They also told us to turn off the AC when we left
The juices have perfect quality
LOCATION: Perfect location from the train station and close to the main market. Florence is rather compact so very close to many things
The hotel location, the cleanliness, the safety and the staff, especially Nadia, was great. There’s a lift in the building, the room was clean and a decent size
10 mins from the Duomo
SERVICE: The wifi didn’t work (4 night stay) so if you work remotely that is something to think about
We quickly figured out the AC and while there was an extreme heat warning outside, the room was comfortable overnight with the AC on. The bathroom might be the least impressive part of the room

Parking was a challenge, in the city center was provided by the hotel in a garage for an additional fee € 35,00 which was a bit high for us, but you can park around on any the blue zone for about € 1,00 /hr or free on the White zone if you find space
You dont have to worry about hot days in florence, rooms has AC, which works just perfectly fine. I just have nothing to say but thank you guys, This experience was worth it
Hotel location was great as is close (walking distance) to almost everything. We slept in the hotel for one night
So we highlight the hotel staff the most - from the from desk to the dining room - a great willingness to help in any circumstances but you need to ask due to they will not proactively give you guidelines, we got a ticket on our car for temporary parking it at from of the Hotel to load/unload our luggage, and the front desk staff said that we should have asked them to provide us a temporary sing (but...
Parking in the center is provided by the hotel in a garage for an additional fee, which was great because we had a car with luggage for the next trip. The breakfast is really very rich and the staff is nice and smiling
Air con didn’t really seem to cool the room down but not a problem for us as in October. Room was cleaned daily to a good standard + tea and coffee facilities A few little supermarkets nearby which was a bonus

Florence, Via Palazzuolo 71 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. quiet, close to the train station, close to restaurants and not far from the city centre. I would definitely stay here again
Pros:
The location is superb! We arrived on the overnight train from Rome and reached the hotel quickly. We only spent the night and then went to another hotel in the city center in the morning
No extra charge for checking in after 10 PM. Cons: The shower stall is incredibly small with a broken door. Loud noise from the hallway, as the room is right next to reception
Great budget hotel - very handy location for the train station and within walking distance of many sights to see in Florence. My private room was very clean and spacious.
The advantage is its proximity to the train station. However, the reception staff in Italy were, as always, unfriendly and almost overcharged me for city tax; I had to argue to get it back
The hotel was chosen for its covenient location close to the tram stop and the main city area. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel and room clean

Florence, Via Nazionale 22/A (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Very central, you can reach the very center in 10mn maximum
Excellent location and very helpful staff who all speak English which was helpful to us. The fact the hotel has an elevator is welcome. The breakfast is good and plentiful
It’s easy to walk to the major sites in Central Florence, the Santa Maria Novella Train Station, and the Piazzale Montelungo from which my tour buses depart
The room was clean, the bathroom as well, nothing to complain. Breakfast was italian like, so a lot of sweet things. Don’t expect a typical continental breakfast. Coffee from the machine was very good
Very close to the main station and very close to the sightseeing highlights, we were happy to get a hotel for a reasonable price in Florence
Very small front desk, but friendly personnel (especially the asian guy) we were happy to get our room already in the morning. The view out of the room was to a backyard. The advantage was the quietness in the night

Florence, Via Bernardo Cennini, 4 (in the centre) 🧭 Map
The location is very good, 10 minutes to the popular tourist area in the city center. Disadvantages: Not very soundproof, it is not comfortable to meet loud Italian neighbors.
Before leaving, they also ask if they need a ride-hailing service or other assistance, giving a sense of attentiveness. Overall this hotel is worth recommending 👍
The location is very good, about 5 to 8 minutes walk from the train station, the room is quite big, there are many free breakfast options, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the Central Market.
It's very accessible from Santa Maria Novella Station, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also close to Florence's main tourist attractions (Santa Maria Novella Church, the Duomo, etc. ), making it easy to get around
There are supermarkets and fast food restaurants nearby, so I was able to get everything I needed. I was traveling alone, and the facility was very clean and air-conditioned, so I'm glad I booked it
The fact that it is very close to the train station, combined with the fact that you can easily reach everywhere you want to visit on foot, puts this hotel at the top in terms of price/performance

When we arrived for check in luggage was already in our room ! Tergen was also very attentive during happy hour making sure we were having a great time. Only recommendation is to add an elevator from the street to lobby
It had its own private balcony. The room was charming and gave a lovely Florence feel. Staff were wonderful, especially Leonardo. They were friendly and welcoming
Ideal central location on a small, quiet street. The included continental breakfast with yogurt, fresh fruit & breads, cheese, and warm croissants did not vary
The street is a busy pedestrian one, but top quality double glazing kept out all noise at night. The staff were ALL friendly and there was a wonderful atmosphere of happiness throughout. Leonardo at the desk was a joy
We would like to thank the staff for the high level of support and professionalism. Everyone on the team was very kind and helpful, especially Leonardo and Cosmin. They definitely made our stay more stress free
lovely hotel, right next door to Palazzo Davanzati, so absolutely in the centre of Florence. Large room, beautifully laid out

The croissants for breakfast were absolutely delicious!! If I ever come to Florence again, I'd love to stay here again!
The location was great and it was very convenient for everything. The front desk staff were very kind and explained everything to us in detail.
Lovely, simple hotel close to everything.
Only stay here if you're planning on just sleeping and having breakfast. However, it's close to the train station and a busy area, so there's plenty to eat, the breakfast is delicious, and the front desk is friendly
During my month-long stay in Italy, all the places I booked were similarly priced, but this one was significantly worse than the cheaper ones. It was cold, poorly ventilated, cramped, and the layout was a bit odd
However, the interior, while unique, was significantly older than most Korean motels, and there were crawling bugs

The hotel entrance was a bit hard to find, but the view from upstairs is amazing – you can open the window and see the cathedral dome!
I was very satisfied with the hotel's location, which was close to famous tourist attractions, and the reasonable price.
Great views! Nice location near museums and main attractions, also bus terminal. Its on the 2nd floor was confusing at first.
Beautiful view from the breakfast hall. The room was fine, with high ceilings. The personal is responsive and nice
The hotel is close to the city center, which is very convenient for walks. The staff is polite and very friendly

Lovely room and view. Friendly staff. Immaculate. Great location, 5 mins to train station, 10min stroll to the centre. Perfect stay.
It’s a Bo frills hotel near the central train station. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We had a small room, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable
Fantastic place …. Walkable to train station and some main sites. Welcome staf. Tour bus stop close by. Delicious breakfast. Rooftop was very relaxing and private. Would stay here again
Location was excellent! Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great and rooms very comfortable. Definitely will stay here again.
Nice room. Rooftop with beautiful view. Great breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly.
A/C didn’t work on the second night and it was too loud to keep the windows open. Shower door didn’t keep water from flooding out all over the bathroom. Wonderful view from the rooftop and location was amazing.

Otherwise rooms are nice too with two bathrooms being the highlight. Very convenient location and the property helps with parking. The parking guys are very responsive and friendly too. Definitely recommend this place
Room was fantastic! They without me knowing upgraded me to a beautiful room with a view after I had a horrible travel day which was so kind. It had an incredible view of the plaza. I would 100% come back here again
Somehow the restaurant called the owners who got it fixed by the provider. Was sorted in 2-3 hrs but we had to worry and find places to hang out and be warm while the issue was ongoing
The hotel is served by a rather antiquated elevator, and sometimes the door would be left open so that the elevator wouldn't respond to a call. But that was only a minor drawback
Our room was really a small apartment--bedroom, bath, sitting room, and a small kitchen (which we did not use). There was only one small problem with the room
It is great location , in the heart of Florence. We had a electricity issue that too in winters. The challenge is there was no one or number to contact on

Breakfast: Go with 0 expectations. If you can avoid it, do it! Same bread day by day, moldy and dry (see pictures). The juices are just water with a very soft flavour of orange/pinapple
Hotel lobby is on the 2nd floor with no lift. If your luggage is heavy, be prepared. We got the room on 3rd floor!! My luggage is 16 kgs, so it’s ok for me
I’ll make this comment with a criteria that’s represents an average traveller: The room (standard double with private bathroom) is old, but perfectly clean
I think the customer service of this hotel started right before our stay when they contacted us regarding any special requests like extra bed as we were family of 4 that included two small kids
Convenient location of the hotel within walking distance from the center and the train station. The hotel is run by Indians who speak and understand English very well
The property is also very well located from the main station and other tourist attractions. Mostly everything is at a walking distance. There are good restaurants that are open until late nearby this hotel

Friendly staff with a clean room. The breakfast is perfect to start your day! Warm room for the chilly December nights.
Staff were very attentive and helpful. Rooms were tidy and well kept, breakfast was great for such a small hotel.
Great room, exceedingly clean, marvelous breakfast, wonderful location and great recommendations by, and conversations with, Alessandro. Top notch.
OK for a couple days and lite luggage but it does wear on you after awhile. I would stay here again for a couple days as the location is great and there is a great little Trattoria just to the right of the entrance
While warned about the stairs (no elevator) I was on the second floor (2 up from the lobby) and the lobby is 30 steps up from the street so 70 steps in total

The location is great, close to the station and convenient for sightseeing. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's also close to the central market, so finding food late at night isn't an issue
The owner is so friendly and helpful! He even let me choose the rooms myself since he got both available. The room is cozy with good AC and fridge. Location is great, close to the central station.
The room was spacious, the shower had hot water, and the towels were clean – more than enough. The host was very kind and helpful, which I appreciated. The bed linens were clean, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep
The building and bedding showed their age but were kept clean. It was also close to the station, and the hotel had an old elevator, which made moving luggage easy
However, unlike Japanese hotels, amenities like toothbrushes, hair conditioner, and slippers are not provided, so it's best to bring your own if you need them
