I didn’t want to give this place 5 stars because then everyone would know how amazing it is and book it up!

Honestly one of the best places we have stayed in Italy.

There are 3 apartments surrounding the main family house. Each apartment is STUNNING, the decor, the quality of the fittings are all perfect. There is a pool shared between the apartments and the main house with gorgeous loungers.

There is ample free parking, a bbq area, 2 of the flats have their own private garden areas with outdoor seating, a supermarket around the corner and it’s a 15 minute walk into San Gimi - I mean what more could you ask for?

Our hosts were welcoming and friendly but then leave you to your own devices which is perfect for a relaxing holiday.

I cannot wait to come back here.

An unforgettable experience!
Just a 15-minute walk from the historic center of San Gimignano, along a country lane with an unparalleled and unique view, this bed and breakfast perfectly combines a stunning view, tranquility, and quality. Roberto is incredibly kind and very helpful! Everything is spotless, the accommodations are fully equipped—it's truly perfect. A big bonus is the swimming pool and parking. And if you happen to walk to San Gimignano at night, look in the olive groves; you'll see hundreds of fireflies, adding a magical touch to an already enchanting place.

The house and the scenery are absolutely spectacular. To wake up in this house and have breakfast overlooking the Tuscan countryside, among vineyards and olive trees is truly a dream. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The parking is free and ample. It is a 7 minute drive from San Gimignano. It was my favorite place in Tuscany. I will definitely come back.

Been visiting these self catering apartments for 17 years.Each has its own outside area, terrace and or garden with the best views of San Gimignano! The hosts are lovely, very welcoming and helpful.Town is close enough to walk to via either the old back road, or main road.Public transport is reliable if you dont have a car.The pool is a treat,we have used it between April and October the weather can be that good!

A perfect location right next to San Gimignano. The 360-degree view is superb. Nadia and Angelo are very welcoming. Lovely shared pool. We enjoyed the quiet little path that leads to the heart of the town in 15 minutes on foot. The accommodation (a converted barn) is nice, a bit rustic, but the kitchen equipment is a bit dated and basic. The road below is quite noisy in the summer, as it's very busy! But the magic still works its charm; this town is so beautiful.
