I stayed at Cappuccina Resort few days ago and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. My room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool area with stylish loungers was the highlight of the hotel. Perfect for a refreshing dip or just unwinding under the sun. This resort has a rich breakfast and a large swimming pool, which is very suitable for summer vacation. From the observation deck, you can see the small town of San Gimignano, which is known as the "City of a Hundred Towers". It is about 2 kilometers away on foot.

It was one of the best experiences we've had at a resort in years. The service, facilities, and restaurants were absolutely flawless. The staff was exceptional—every single one of them. We reluctantly departed, but we felt like family by the time we returned. The rooms were very comfortable, and the beach club was wonderful. The SPA was also outstanding. It's a kind of Okay. The lift was broken and they didn't fixed it . So, I had to do the climbing up to the fourth floor with my luggages and I felt like it was old and the security system seemed weak.

Amazing hotel, staff and food! Be prepared to pay extra for everything. 10 euro pr bike or day, 80 euro for a crib for a 4 year old. A cabana on the beach cost everything from 100 to 250 euros for a day.

Stayed here for three nights whilst visiting Florence and Pisa as part of a Travelsphere tour. We only had breakfast in the hotel but there was a decent choice of food. This hotel is in the perfect location, a few blocks from restaurants and the main shopping hub. Also, easy walk to the train/bus station, Funicular and Terme Tetttucio, previous spa and noted for their water.

I cannot fault this lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, amazing comfortable bed, lovely selection at breakfast, friendliest staff and perfect location.
