The location of the hotel is beautiful. I had a lovely view from my window. The suite was huge, clean, nicely decorated and I appreciated the delicious complimentary cookies. I booked a triple room with my friend. The double bed was big, and the single bed was a little small but still enough for sleeping. There is also a small kitchen in the room where you can cook. The bathroom has good lighting, which is very suitable for makeup needs. It is within walking distance to downtown Florence, and there are many bus options

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The hotel and room was new, nice and clean. There is a free shuttle bus that beings you to the centre of Florence, to the perfect spot newr the Ponte Veggio. Fantastic place! The grounds were breathtaking, very nice to wake up to such nice surroundings.
