Stayed here for four nights recently and have stayed a few times previously. This is a long established hotel, It never disappoints. Nice rooms, very helpful staff, ample free parking, good breakfast. Restaurant is also very good. Easy (for me!) walk into the old town.

This hotel bills itself as a 4 star which it most definitely is not. We stayed in an annexe - Casa Bianca off the main villa which looks more like a 60s youth detention centre than a hotel and is furnished as such. Whilst we were there there were problems with the water which meant there was no running water in the taps or the toilets did not flush - and no hint of an apology from the hotel staff....

Excellent swimming pool with good depth range. Fantastic bar snacks and helpful staff and best of all was the evening dining experience. Attentive reception staff were able to advise with tourism plans and transport to get the most out of the stay & Siena. Thank you for making Tuscany special!

I booked a room with a terrace and could see a football field. I woke up the next day and watched the sunrise. It was a great experience. Siena is a place that makes the soul quiet.

There are cockroaches in the room, the bathroom exhaust fan doesn’t work at all, and we informed the staff on the first day, but they still ignored it. Breakfast is always just two types of vegetables, monotonous, and with a very low cost-to-value ratio compared to the price. The toilet paper often doesn’t flush properly. It’s a hollow hotel that’s all show, pretending to be luxurious.

The location is fantastic! The train station and all the attractions are within walking distance. The room had everything I needed, was clean and tidy, and the hotel itself was cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend!

It was a little far from the station, but it was close to museums and other attractions, so it was easy to go sightseeing. The room was quite spacious and had a good closet. I remember that all drinks and other things were charged for.

There are so many hotels in Florence, avoid this one if possible! Chinese tourists, please beware! Room safety is not guaranteed! We found used cigarettes when we returned to the hotel. The cleaning staff don't smoke. Where did the cigarettes come from? We don't smoke ourselves. We can't rule out whether someone entered the room.

We had a nice week at this hotel a lovely relaxing pool nice spa and massage too! Breakfast is fine but the restaurant evening meal options are poor also the service was extremely slow we waited 45mins for dinner to come after ordering so did others!! We had an amazing stay here! The breakfast and dinners were delicious, the pool and apartments were newly renovated. The private beach is easy to reach by car and a beautiful spot. Staff are really friendly.

The staff were unfriendly and inexperienced, demanding excessive fees. After I argued with them, they hastily resolved the issue, including breakfast, and even gave me a bill. The internal management seems chaotic.

The hotel is okay, nothing more. Was in March, icy floors and carpets no sneakers, rested the weakest of the three of us got sick, the Breakfast is delicious even provide champagne, fruit little. THE biggest drawback IS IN COLD WEATHER COLD IN the ROOM from all the Windows of the blower.

We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato. The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding. We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!

Good value for money for a 5 stat

I recently stayed at this spa and, unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations due to several issues. First, the room I was assigned didn't have air conditioning, a significant inconvenience for me, as I suffer from the heat even at moderate temperatures (around 22 degrees Celsius). Furthermore, the lack of an extractor fan in the bathroom caused an unbearable buildup of steam and heat...

The outside pool area was dirty, the chair cushions are mold and mildew stained and the area and pool was not clean . I went to the pool 2 days and both days were so bad I could not use the pool. All the indoor areas are extremely clean and well maintained

A very good hotel with strong art design

The room is poorly soundproofed, there are a lot of dust marks on the table, there are a lot of mosquitoes in the lower floors, and the facilities are relatively old. But the service staff is good, and the hotel's hardware facilities can't keep up.

As expected of Mario, it is clean and easy to use, but the location is a bit tricky. It takes quite a while to get to the center of LS. The price is high for that.

Because it was a transit relationship, I only stayed for one night, but there is a small shopping mall near the hotel with a supermarket and a small restaurant, which can meet emergency needs.
