I recently stayed at this spa and, unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations due to several issues. First, the room I was assigned didn't have air conditioning, a significant inconvenience for me, as I suffer from the heat even at moderate temperatures (around 22 degrees Celsius). The outside pool area was dirty, the chair cushions are mold and mildew stained and the area and pool was not clean . I went to the pool 2 days and both days were so bad I could not use the pool. All the indoor areas are extremely clean and well maintained

Riva del Sole is a wonderful place to stay, with guests of all ages. There’s room and activities for everyone, and enough land and space that it never feels crowded. The hotel buildings nestle into the surrounding pine woods and greenery, while on the beach the sea views are lovely. All staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is the real deal. Everything you could ever want in a resort - beautiful rooms, spa, delicious breakfast, and the most incredible staff. The location is great, nearby restaurants and shops. The hotel is really noisy, the doors of the rooms closes so hard that you wake up when someone leaves his room. Also a lot of noise from outside. The cleaning could be better. When we're arrived our room wasn't cleaned but they've gave us an other room and apologies for the mistake.

Amazing hotel, with great facilities and staff

The parking fee is 30 euros for a commercial vehicle and 25 euros for a regular car, which is too expensive. Breakfast is 13 euros, which is acceptable. The city tax is 7 euros. Overall, the stay was mediocre. The single bed was a bit small. The value for money is just average.

This is an older property but well kept and clean. Front desk service was excellent and helpful. The only detractor is the restaurant is not connected to the main hotel building with no covered walkways during rain.
