Stayed here as part of our honeymoon. Staff were super helpful with reservations and recommendations. The view is beautiful and the rooms are cozy. The breakfast was delicious as well.

Staff wa really accommodating. Resort really has it all to almost never had to leave they even helped us book a nice wine tour!

One of the best Hotels in Tuscany This magnificent Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were very generous is size and the beds were so comfy. Breakfast was exceptional too.... The heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and the view of the countryside was breathtaking.

We had an excellent stay at hotel Albergo in Florence. The hotel is perfectly located: close enough to the train station to walk and a 5 mins walk to just about every attraction you can imagine. First of all the room was very tiny for that price. I asked for a quiet room away from the elevator. That was provided but the it was extremely noisy. The staff was helpful especially in the dining hall. The receptionists were also friendly.

Amazing hotel, with great facilities and staff

The parking fee is 30 euros for a commercial vehicle and 25 euros for a regular car, which is too expensive. Breakfast is 13 euros, which is acceptable. The city tax is 7 euros. Overall, the stay was mediocre. The single bed was a bit small. The value for money is just average.

Comfortable bed in a clean, quiet room, in a wonderful location! Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff is helpful in every way. Take the time to enjoy a sunset drink on the rooftop (all the way up!) for an incredible view. Lots to enjoy while wandering the neighborhood. Can't wait to return!

It's quite nice, a very retro building, and the rooftop restaurant offers views of the Boboli Gardens. It's very close to the Old Bridge and Pitti Palace. The only downside is that there's no elevator.

Revisiting was a great idea Tuscany in April and September is two different things but Hotel Palazzo del Capitano was the same. Revisiting this beautiful and cozy hotel was just as nice the second time. The room, the garden, the service, the food - all excellent

I’ve traveled a lot over the past 20 years, 28 countries in total and I’ve never experienced service as amazing as this. From Ivan to Marianna, excellence was the common denominator. I was truly impressed by the class and luxury you get when staying here. Trust me, you cannot miss this place.

The location, accommodations , food and wine are all exemplary! We highly recommend recommend to all travelers for an authentic Tuscan experience…. Such a nice breakfast out on the patio. Quiet, peaceful. Took a dip in the pool which is gorgeous.. unfortunately weather not super warm during our visit but still enjoyed a refreshing dip! Loved our hike to SanGimingnano. Be aware that this is kind of a remote property, but it is beautiful and peaceful. Its up a windy dirt road. We stayed for dinner two nights and enjoyed the property and hiking....

This is a very well-located accommodation, with a magnificent view of the city from the 5th floor. The cleanliness of the rooms is great. The staff are very helpful. Small hotel very close to the Santa Maria Novella station, about 15 minutes walk from the Santa Maria del Fiore cathedral and 5 minutes walk from the central market. The cleanliness is average, the staff polite and helpful. The breakfast is a bit poor. There are some adjustments that should be made to the maintenance of the rooms.

The location is excellent, close to attractions and a nearby supermarket. While the spacious size is a plus, perhaps because it's so large, it seems difficult to clean thoroughly. The sofa, bed, and floor were dusty. If you touched them with your hand, something powdery would constantly get on them or get on your skin. I used large towels on the bed and sofa, and wore slippers on the floor.

Recently renovated of course but: - entrance to the hotel which does not tempt you, - room not neat (basic renovations) - small bathroom - TV with only 1 channel and still when it works, - no curtain so you have to keep the blind closed!, - industrial breakfast with little variety, - location not bad but the location in the evening is somewhat strange… Good points : - well placed for visits and next...

Everything was perfect. We were completely satisfied. The location, in particular, is unbeatable. The only downside: the water coming out of the shower was initially scalding hot, then ice cold.

Fabulous apartment so close to the Duomo, just 5 mins walks. We loved it and it felt so homely. There is lots of stairs to walk up in the building but don't let that put you off. The hotel is a bit ways from the city of Florence, 20+ miles but close to the highway. Relatives to the hotel prices in Florence this was much less expensive since we had a rental car. Very clean place, nice size rooms and pretty good choices for breakfast included. The staff was very cordial and helpful and they do speak English good enough to convey the message.
