Stayed at the Adua for a week with a (well organized) Newmarket tour. We had a pleasant room (310) which had an excellent bathroom and quiet and effective aircon. My daughter and I stayed here in October 2025, and for whatever reason (two women travelling together?), they put us in a terrible, small room on the ground floor, with a window that opened onto a dingy street — no terrace or balcony. We complained and they moved us to the room that we believed we’d booked — a higher floor with a lovely terrace. I get so tired of hotels pulling this stunt on us women...

I had the most amazing trip here. The only issue I have is we didn’t stay long enough! The food was out of this world, the wine and wine tasting were fabulous, the spa was luxurious. I stayed at Cappuccina Resort few days ago and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. My room was spacious and clean. Helpful staff, good location and lovely breakfast ... Some rooms need new furniture.

Small rooms, smaller showers , not for the tall, beds are very firm and not real comfortable. Food was well done. Bar service needs attention.

Definitely not 4 star. Rooms tiny but clean. Windows did not open. Terrible decor especially black rooms with red decor. Dining room was extremely good service and breakfast was great!

Lovely hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast. Luca and his team in the restaurant are the best - friendly, helpful. They made our stay really special. We also used the spa facilities which were excellent and a lovely way to have a relaxing afternoon. Thoroughly recommend Hotel Columbia

Great hot, excellent location with a super Spa. Staff were very good, food served was super, views were great. Enjoyed the morning in the soa, but would have linked the robes and slippers included, as they were an extra €25 for two, making a 2 hour swim €75 for two people - however very relaxing.
