A beautiful and well-appointed resort with attentive and courteous staff committed to ensuring a pleasant experience for guests. Highly recommended.
A tranquil location surrounded by greenery, offering a wide range of wellness services, starting with the historic spa. The hotel also offers lunch and dinner (all delicious and locally sourced). Kudos to all the staff, always helpful and friendly, ready to accommodate our every need. Highly recommended.
P.S.: Honorable mention for little Massimo, whose career is sure to be a success!
Excelent services, thermal water! Wi-fi available, missing the Telco 3G/4G/5G roaming coverage!
This is a very small (a good thing!) thermal spa in a remote location that is amazing. The people here are very friendly and create a warm, intimate environment. You feel like you are staying with your friends. Would highly recommend. The rooms are modern and large for Europe.
Very quiet relaxing spa with easy drive to Sorano and Pitigliano. Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Located in a quiet wood, it is a peaceful retreat. What I liked the most: very few rooms thus not crowded, small scale so easy to move from room directly to benessere and bagni. The ex-jewish bath is truly unique. We extended our stay just to use the bath again! Clean rooms, lots of towels, and good food in restaurant. Had no problem getting gluten free options for dinner and breakfast. Will definitely...

Great view of the wall at sunset. The panoramic view of the Tuscany landscape can be seen from the rooftop cafe of the hotel. The bus stations are in frontof the hotel. The breakfast was really great. A taxi from the hotel to the train station was about 18 euros.
Located in Siena's Old Town, the hotel boasts a superb location. The 7th-floor observation deck is a fantastic spot for watching the sunset. It's easily walkable to all the must-see attractions in the Old Town, and the hotel is quiet and safe.
It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient.
The room was quite spacious, even though it's in Siena, it was slightly better than hotel rooms in Rome. The staff were very welcoming and introduced the sights of Siena, although I couldn't understand a lot of their explanations. Parking at the hotel was convenient; no need to go into the ZTL (Zone for the City) parking lot. The young men in the restaurant were also very friendly. We had some Tuscan...
We had a great stay from the moment we checked in, when the two very kind gentlemen at the desk helped us prepare for exploring (Sun 7/20) until our check out this morning (Wed 7/23) when the lovely woman and gentlemen helped us call a taxi. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. This was the perfect, safe stay for two single women traveling. Siena being an absolutely...
Location was awesome and hotel was great! Instructions to avoid ZTL and get to parking were very straightforward and helpful. So easy to walk into town from here as well. View from the room was beautiful and we loved having a full size shower compared to the other hotels we stayed at!
We stayed here for our honeymoon and this was a great spot! Very clean rooms, the breakfast was good. The rooftop bar was great and we had a great view from our room!
The staff was also incredible! They were very accommodating and very friendly. Highly recommend this place!

My wife, our college-aged daughter, and I stayed at the Augustus Resort over Easter weekend. We were eager to spend time along the Italian coast and were delighted to discover this gem in the charming town of Forte dei Marmi. Our stay was truly outstanding. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was spacious and perfectly suited for the three of us. Each morning, the buffet breakfast offered a wide...
I chose this hotel based on a friend’s recommendation, mainly because of its private beach. What I didn’t expect was that access to the beach comes with very steep extra charges — sunbeds start at €150 per day depending on their location. When you add this to the already high room rates, the value just doesn’t add up.
Reaching the beach is also inconvenient: you have to walk or get a cart across...
We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Augustus Resort! In a very short time, they organized the most beautiful decoration for my girlfriend’s birthday, making it such a special and unforgettable moment. The staff were all incredibly friendly and attentive – a special thank you to Emanuele, who was truly such a lovely person and made us feel so welcome. Highly recommended!
Except for the shuttle driver very nice service. Equipment not appropriate as there is no coffee machine/ tea maker standard in the room. Location very relaxing.
This fine hotel , the Lido extension, which faces the sea ,is best described by me as “shabby chic” and I wouldn’t want to stay at another hotel in Forte . My room is ok , but what gives it the edge for me is the excellent service and simple charm of this Iconic small hotel Perfect breakfasts and a lovely beach
Really special experience. Amazing hotel lovely staff

Crazy good location near shops & restaurants
The hotel is very close to the train station. We didn't take a taxi when we arrived, so we walked for over ten minutes along the cobblestone road with our luggage. The hotel is next to a small square and not far from a bridge. The city isn't large, so getting around is easy. The room was quite large, and the extra bed was basically just the sofa at the end of the bed. Every night, there was a turndown...
The hotel is located in the heart of city. The decoration is stylish. Cleanliness and service are top notch. Highly recommend!
The room was very clean and upscale. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, easily accessible by taxi. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, a ten-minute walk. Surrounded by brand-name stores, it's very lively and close to the Duomo. The staff was also very friendly. The front desk called a taxi for me, and it arrived quickly.
Perfect location, 10 mins walk from the train station, the hotel is in an upscale area and everything is within walkable distance! Fully air conditioned, spacious and clean room, friendly staff! It was a pleasant stay, will definitely stay there again!
I was a little nervous when I saw the 4.4 / 5 on Google but not sure how anybody could give this less than 5 / 5. Great staff, elevators were quick, room service prices were reasonable for breakfast, they were generous with water in the summer, air conditioning was incredible in the summer, perfect location amidst everything yet feeling like a retreat. Convenient location, good breakfast, friendly staff. The bathroom is a bit small, and showering in the bathtub is somewhat inconvenient.
The hotel is located in a historical building, very friendly staff and full range of amenities.
Great location close to the train station. The hotel Albani Firenze lobby is clean and professional front desk employees. There is only one elevator you need to be patient in the morning people checking and checking out. The restaurant is good we had breakfast they had a variety of food to choose from and a buffet available as well. The service waiters and waitresses did a good job as well professional...
The hotel is very nice and centrally located. It’s walking distance from everything. The room was very nice. The hotel manager took care of us personally! The hotel has an excellent breakfast. It was included! We loved it! A little gem in the middle of Florence.
The hotel is located right around the corner from the train station. The entrance is beyond a gate, which I find safer. The hotel is clean. The rooms are big. Good ac. Found CNN in English. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Included breakfast has many options and is delicious and fresh.
Perfectly located within walking distance of Florence’s main attractions and plenty of excellent restaurants, this hotel makes exploring the city easy. It’s also right by the train station and the tram to the airport, with supermarkets just a few steps away. Beautiful location fabulous hotel. Excellent staff breakfast was over the top! Absolutely wonderful.
My partner and I stayed at Argentario for a couple of days and had a really enjoyable experience. After a busy week in the Montepulciano area of Tuscany (incredible), we stayed for several days at the Argentario Resort, and it was perfect in many ways. We stayed here before a cruise leaving from Civitacchia. I was hesitant at first because of other reviews. I'm happy we did. The resort is set between the rolling Maremma hills and the Tyrrhenian coast, nestled into the landscape as though it has always belonged there. From the reclaimed wood furniture to the discreetly integrated photovoltaic panels, the suite speaks...
The most attentive staff and helpful service. They do not miss any tiny detail in making your stay special. The location is peaceful but would not be a great base to visit larger Italian cities. Our stay in Florence became a truly unforgettable and very special experience, all thanks to this wonderful hotel and exceptional staff.
The excellent room, outstanding service, and above all, the warm hospitality you showed in celebrating our family’s special occasion were beyond anything we have ever experienced at any hotel.
A very beautiful hotel with a great location. The rooms were nice, and I was very satisfied.
A fantastic stay! The location is incredibly convenient, and it's one of the oldest hotels in all of Italy, so you can really feel the vintage atmosphere.
Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The building itself is a gorgeous piece of history, beautifully combined with all the modern comforts you could ask for. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, just steps away from top shopping, amazing restaurants, and a short stroll from the train station.

Beautiful, super convenient. We'll definitely come back.
The service was amazing, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The location was great with the view of the river at the front of the hotel however, I bit hard to reach by public transport if you got big luggage

Wonderful and clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. 25 minute or less walk to major sites. Was nice to feel at the edge of the city for less noise and view of the river but still walkable to everything.

We stayed in that hotel for a week with our two children. This is a very nice hotel in a fantastic location. The plus are clearly the beach and the swimming pool. I had a nice stay although I prefere old historical buildings. But surprisingly I found some old rustic pieces of furniture on the halls of the hotel and I also liked pictures of old ships on the walls. A memorable stay at the Gallia Palace. Charming hotel of character, which stands out from the often cold and standardized tone of large hotels, great service. Spacious and very pleasant rooms. What it is not--If you are looking for pre-Roman, very cute town with narrow winding streets, overlooking the Mediterrean, with numerous restarants and lovely churches such as Positano (think Siranuse) or, on a smaller scale, Portofino (think Splendido), Gallia Palace is not for you. The staff at the hotel is amazing from the moment you pull up to the door. I would’ve loved to stay longer it was such a beautiful experience. A special shout out to Marina who makes every guest feel special. The hotel was beautiful, the beach club is phenomenal. Great people, great property.
We loved our stay at La Roqqa! It was such a treat. Every staff member we spoke to was extremely accommodating and friendly. The space itself felt luxurious but comforting, and we joked that if we could we’d redesign our bathroom at home to be just like the one in our room. Really can’t wait to go back and have another relaxed, elegant stay.
We have previously enjoyed holidays in Tuscany’s Monte Argentario, but this was our first time in La Roqqa. As always in a new location there is inevitably an initial element of doubt, but we needn’t have worried. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed, cosseted, supported and made to feel a very special part of the La Roqqa family. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure that we had the very best...

Its in the middle of the highway. Worked perfectly for me. If you dont have a car its difficult location.
Aside from the location, which is a bit further from the city center, the hotel is really great. It's outside the ZTL (limited traffic zone) and further from the center. The room was very large and comfortable, and the hotel was clean and smelled nice. Breakfast and the staff were attentive. I recommend it.
Easy and free parking. The room was spacious and bright with full amenities. The price was cheap, but there was a city tax of 4 euros per person per day. The breakfast has been getting worse; there used to be yogurt, but now it's gone. The scrambled eggs didn't look appetizing either. Breakfast needs improvement.
Hotel is better then some people thinking. Main loby, restaurant and 6th floor where I stay looks like after renovation one ore maybe two years ago. I had 2 or 3 mosquitos in my room, but there was repelent to plug in. Breakfast was basic but OK and coffee from bar was excellent 👌
very good hotel near the airport with private free parking for customers
Good location and price. Not walkable to public transit. Airport Shuttle costs 28€ and must be reserved the day before. We ended up waking up early and were stuck waiting in the lobby for 30-45 min. Front desk would not cancel/reschedule shuttle. I’d advise to just use a taxi.

Arrived by train for short visit Montecatini. Basically everything was normal.
I had the most wonderful stay. The hotel is great and the staff is so wonderfull. I would highly recommend the Vitaliter package. Thank for at great stay.
The staff was very cooperative. Also, the room service was great. But the property itself is quiet old. The amenities can be better. The furniture also looks old and used. They need to renovate the rooms from inside.
A very nice hotel with perfect service, good cleaning, it’s really beautiful. Spa is very small but ok. Massage was good. Breakfasts are very poor, but you can do fresh juices - that’s a plus. Bar is good. It’s super close to the Thermes.
Didn’t feel like a 5 star property. The breakfast was not a 5 star, the vegan and vegetarian options were very limited, even though I had informed before hand .

I stayed here for a week as part of a group tour holiday. Apart from the excellent location, close to the town centre in one direction and the funicular in the other, I would not choose to stay in this hotel again. The rooms are clean but basic. I suspect that the bathroom in my room had not been redone for many years; I have never before seen rusty plugs in a hotel sink or bidet, for example, and...
We enjoyed our 7 day stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel was good and easy access to town and funicular up to hill town.
I can see why this hotel gets mixed reviews. Pros: well located including close to the train station, clean and comfortable with friendly staff. Breakfast was usual international hotel fare but plentiful. Cons: showing wear and tear and dated, some of the decor is OK as fitted to the era of the hotel/town, but carpets are wearing thin etc. Everything worked for me. Room was small, but it was just...
Lovely hotel right in the centre of the town and accessible to everywhere be it restaurants, station, parks etc. Lovely accommodation - large bright rooms, I even had a terrace. I was in the main building rather than their annex across the road. Ok the room had a few things which could do with a bit of maintenance such as a broken drawer, missing light bulb but absolutely nothing that would spoil...

Wonderful hotel with excellent staff. The spa was a nice treat as well.
We stayed at Hotel Montecatini Palace for three nights over a friends wedding weekend, from Friday to Monday, and overall had a pleasant experience. I had to make some changes to an existing booking before arrival, and the process was seamless and handled efficiently.
We arrived late in the evening and were warmly welcomed. Throughout the entire stay, the front desk staff stood out as exceptionally...
The city is simple and the thermal spa was wonderful, we had fun on the funicular. I booked 2 rooms by mistake and they fixed my problem. Marianne was very helpful
Great service - staff are lovely, room really pretty and well thought out, pool area great - only blip was the lunch mixed grill were cheap cuts and raw. But everything else spot on.
We stayed here for the weekend. There was sauna, jacuzzi and rooftop pool and bar. Very good place to have a relaxing time. Our room was warm and small and the first night we basically couldn’t sleep. We left the window open and of course in the morning it was too bright and noisy. The AC was under the table and that must have been the reason.
I was happy to see there was an electric kettle and coffee...
We booked two superior double rooms directly with the hotel, for four nights as part of our tour around Tuscany. I communicated with the hotel beforehand to ask the room our teenagers were staying in be set up as a twin. When we arrived the twin room was of significantly better standard and size than our double superior room - we paid the same price for each room. Welcome treats had been left in...
