The place is quite on low season (probably not on summer) and offers a lot of activities (pool, tennis, ping-pong, football etc), but the room was not so clean (many insects on the ceiling) and the bathroom was smelling urine (probably due to a leak). The restaurant doesn't provide good quality. Prefer going in restaurants outside, on the see side.

Great clean hotel just outside of the historic town of Siena walls. Convenient bus pick up directly outside of hotel. Only issue is the bus stops running at 830 and taxis are few and far between. Staff in the non resident restaurant are courteous, friendly and go out of their way to help you. The antipasto was excellent with local meats, cheeses, hams and every dip, onion and marmalada you could think of. Zero lamb was to die for. The hotel is located on a hill and has underground parking. The breakfast is plentiful and filling. There's no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage to your room. The male receptionist at check-in was very humorous and helpful!

I believe at one point, some time ago, this was a 4 star “resort”. Not anymore. Our A/C did not work and they could not fix it while we were there. No real bar area and would have to give them a period of time to use the spa (to heat things up). Staff was friendly and did what they could.
