Good as always. Its a clean hotel and the location is close to the train and tram stations
Good hotel. Clean & good breakfast.
Nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. But not that close to the city center.
Lovely hotel and enjoyed the pool area, though it closes at 7.00 pm, which is early. Especially as it’s still very hot and lots of daylight left. It’s a bit of a distance from the centre of town with most activities being in the town, makes it a bit difficult to get to. Staff are lovely and we had breakfast included which was nice.
The hotel is quite a distance from the city centre and bus service and the tram are also quite a distance
The Staffs are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean but bare. No complimentary bottled water nor coffee machines or hot water kettle.  Location is good, especially they have large secure parking area.  Breakfast is average and it has only one coffee machine for over 100 guests at one time ( several  tour buses ).

Caserta, Viale Carlo III 🧭 Map
The service was great and the rooms were too! However, I checked out and realized I lost something very important to me so I arrived about 2 hours later also calling them in advance and they said they couldn't find it, I don't think they looked hard enough... But they also had good free breakfast
Old school hotel with classical decor and easy outdoor parking. Very spacious rooms with balconies. Mine facing out was very quiet. Surprisingly large spread for breakfast with very good breads and full pastries, pancake machines, ham/bacon/eggs. Deducting a point for rooms cos mattresses were very hard and towels and sheets smelled overpoweringly of strong detergent/bleach that it was unpleasant....
Loved the opulent beauty of this hotel. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Had a cancelled flight and the airlines put me there for the 2nd night of the delay. Wish I'd been there for both nights. The Royal Palace only 2 miles from the hotel if you have time. Lovely spa in the hotel and relaxing atrium. The pool was officially closed (season end) but the pool area was nice. Great place for a conference
Some rooms are old fashioned, one we were given had a shower that was very old and didn't work. Asked to change room at the reception and was offered a more modern comfortable room with no fuss. All staff were excellent, so friendly and welcoming. Location isn't the best, far from Naples and not much to do in Caserta. Hotel on a big free way. However there are a couple of great restaurants around....
Elegant, very quiet hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast.
It took them 5 hours to put towels that were missing for the second person (they had only put towels for 1 person), even though we complained twice... On Saturday, at 10:30, breakfast had already been removed despite it being the same on weekends until 11:00. The pool, at the end of May, was still not in operation, although nothing was written when booking. And despite having few customers, they...

Very conveniences in the center of Milan.
The hotel is in a great location that allows you to walk to a lot of attractions. The rooms are modern and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Everything is good except that the rooms have no air conditioner. Summer is hot in Geneva. With a fan, it's okay but AC is preferred. Other than that everything is good.
A great stay overall, but somewhat overpriced. The lobby area, elevators and other parts of the hotel reveal the hotel's old age, however the rooms a newly renovates, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is standard. Weirdly enough, there is no do-it-yourself coffee/tea option – these must be ordered from the staff.
Very impressed with the service and friendliness of staff. We are from USA and they helped us with all our questions
Very good location and nice spacious room. Highly recommend.

Up to marriott standard and with gym which is great. Room is however too small, still it is clean and tidy.
Great central hotel around 7 minute walk from Centrale FS station so very easy to get around. Takes around 35 minutes walk to Duomo. Plenty of good restaurants nearby, do try Barzac which is about 90 second walk away! Rooms are compact but have everything you need. There is a fridge as well in these rooms.
Supernice hotel with walking distance from Centrale station. Service is very friendly, clean room and decent breakfast, would stay again. Very nice restaurant opposite hotel highly recommend
Overall, I would go back to this hotel. Service was great. The restaurant and cafe were good as well. There are other restaurants and cafes around to choose from too. From checking in to checking out it was great. I would give cleanliness a 4.5 only because you could tell the walls had some damage and saw 2 dead mosquitoes on the walls. The pool bar service was excellent! Alessia was incredibly friendly, attentive, and kind, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful service!
We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Cesare Augustus. This was our first visit to Europe/Italy and everything about it was outstanding. We both became ill with a cold half way through our vacation and needed to stay longer than our originally planned two nights. Barbara at the front desk made us feel very welcomed and Cozimo always ensured that we had whatever we needed. We hope to return one day. ...
Had a lovely time. We had a nice sea view room. Food was good. Staff very friendly, especially Anastasia. Good location backing on to the sea. We went in the last week of September when the resort is quiet. I believe you have to pay to use sunbeds even round the pool in high season.
Located right on the beach and closed to other restaurants and shops. It has own pool as well as own beach and sun beds on the beach. Half board is good value with a lot of sea food, fish, pasta and salad. Staff are pleasant. I especially like the guy who served eggs in the morning and grilled meat or fish for dinner. He made perfect boiled eggs and very decent serving meat or seafood. I also like...
Thank you for a great holiday. Great service, perfect cleanliness, excellent food, we hope to back to your place soon!
We stayed at the Cesare Augustus for a week from the 1st Sept. This is a very good hotel. The rooms are cleaned daily, towels and bed linen are replaced at the same time. We stayed half board and found the food excellent in the evening. The menu is shown in the morning. Although it's buffet style the selection is very good. We had the choice of grilled fish, gambas prawns, ribeye steak together with...

Great stay, room are in good conditions. Nice location. However room service is not good, we ordered water 4 times but never get it
Hotel Milano is perfectly located for visiting the exhibition center and very convenient. The service is friendly, and exceptional varied breakfast , and top quality. I highly recommend choosing a junior suite – very comfortable and stylish. The hotel also has a lovely rooftop swimming pool, making it suitable for business trips, aperitivo and families short stay .
A truly unique hotel, though not for everyone’s taste. The hotel is conveniently located in the city of Milan, very close to a tram stop that makes it incredibly easy to get to any part of the city. As a hotel, it really stands out—especially in terms of its decor, which, for me personally, didn’t match my taste. You won’t find the typical style of a four-star hotel here. The breakfast was amazing...
Location is good and room is quite a lot of space. Well there is no amenities being provided in the room and quite small window for top floor. Another thing is no charging point beside the bed.
Very vibrant and contemporary hotel. Fantastic service from beginning to end. All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful . Room and all areas were very clean. Our daughter celebrated a big birthday while there and the staff made the occasion extra special doing all they could to give her an experience she will never forget. Would highly recommend. Taxi rates were reasonable to get into Duomo and...
I can't say that we entirely enjoyed the hotel. The pool was great. Cantilevered so that you could look into the ground a few floors below. I certainly didn't enjoy the music in the pool area, would certainly have appreciated something less intrusive and not as loud. The contemporary design is interesting but I don't think it works all that well, I did like that each floor had a different foyer...

excellent stay in every aspect, definitely will be back soon. I walked from Bologna airport late at night. I walked on pavements a large grass verge and a quiet road. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk from Modena Station, offering excellent access to the old town. The room was spacious, and the bathtub was especially large, perfect for soothing after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was also very varied and enjoyable.
I liked the hotel for its location and cleanliness. Excellent breakfast, polite staff.
The hotel is very good, the breakfast is rich and the service is very considerate.
The location of the hotel is good (7 mins walk to the central station and 1.5 km from the historical center etc.). And the room was quite ok. But the staff at the front desk seemed a bit cool (those serving at the breakfast place were fat better).
Good hotel, convenient location just outside ZTL and 15 minutes walking to city center. Breakfast is quite basic.
This hotel is a traditional style hotel. We liked it a lot, it was very comfortable. We had the best nights sleep there. And isn't sleeping the most important thing in a hotel? Good location and friendly staff at the reception, nice park across the street. But I was pretty shocked by how small the twin bed room was and the AC didn’t work properly. Unfortunately the breakfast was awful. Lots of options but the quality of the food was really bad. The reception area was very good for working as there were a lot of plug outlets and comfortable seats. The WiFi was a little temperamental...
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, appreciating the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the room, and the delightful restaurant, especially the breakfast buffet. Everything was truly amazing. The only area that could benefit from some attention is the corridors, which appear not to have been renovated yet. Additionally, the cleaning products used in the room had a strong, unpleasant odor...
no complimentary water provided in room so we used the kettle to boil but both the cups and kettle in room were very dirty, we washed twice still very oily staff was nice and the amenities were good!
The hotel is centrally located, and amenities are great. The bed was comfortable and the access by metro easy. On a Saturday night the room on the first floor was very noisy until midnight due to a bar in the area.
It's a very old hotel, but the facilities are good. Because the breakfast is delicious and the overall room rate is lower than the surrounding areas, I stayed here twice in Milan. Opposite the hotel is a large park, which is very beautiful in spring. It's OK to walk to the city center to buy things. The surrounding sushi restaurants and ice cream shops are also delicious.

Lovely hotel. Plenty of staff. Lovely pool but cold. You need a car. Its in the middle of nowhere
Very good and clean rooms nice restaurant not a rich breakfast but OK
Excellent structure, located a little outside Acireale. Comfortable rooms with beds equipped with new mattresses. Beauty kit in the bathroom. Beautiful swimming pool and very well-kept garden. The cuisine is excellent with a varied breakfast with sweet and savory things. I'll be back.
This was part of a package holiday, so it is probably not appropriate to comment on the quality of the food. However, the rooms were very clean, although the pillows and matrasses were quite hard. The biggest complaint was the very poor WiFi. In the reception/restaurant it was adequate but in the bedrooms, it was terrible. When complaining to the duty manager, we were given a disingenuous answer.
As unfortunately happens in my beloved southern Italy, the place is fantastic but....it wouldn't take much. Rooms furnished in the 70s, poor bathroom amenities, breakfast and dinner without fresh local products (which would cost even less). Sin
The structure is clean and is in a strategic point to easily reach different cities to visit in the surrounding area! Reception and restaurant staff always polite and friendly and ready to satisfy every request with a smile! The pool is always clean and welcoming for guests to enjoy a bit of relaxation. Being the days of August we also had an entertainment service available that cheered up the evenings...

Service equivalent to other hotels in this category but hotel needs renovation small double room with private bathroom
the rooms are a bit outdates, curtains are dirty and I booked a room with seaviews but I could see the tiniest bit of sea. Overall ok, beds comfortable, nice staff but overpriced.
We arrived around 9pm and were leaving at 4am so it was really just a place to stay. The shower would not drain so my partner took it apart and fixed it which was disgusting. The room was hot and never cooled off. We were too tired to move to a different room plus we knew it would be complicated since their computers were down. We didn’t use or see any of the amenities.
Not a great start as we had an interconnecting room and both our door and the one next to us were not locked. Someone was already occupying the room next door. Always checked the doors are locked if you have an interconnecting room! Front desk staff were helpful.
Nice hotel. Rooms were nice, roomy balcony. Only slight negative was hotel situated a bit far out from the centre. Although there is a bus stop directly outside there were few buses and no indication of a timetable so you cant rely on a bus and taxi's very expensive

Hotel is very nice situated near Termini Station. Staff is very nice and friendly. Amenities are a bit modest.
The hotel was very accessible, being close to the terminal station. The room was spacious and clean. For laundry, there wasn't a self-service laundry room; instead, it was a paid service. So, I looked for an external laundromat nearby, and since it was close, it wasn't an issue at all.
I had a lot of concerns about finding accommodations in Rome, but this was a very clean and comfortable place. The staff were also very friendly!

Really nice hotel, would have 5 stars but the little things let it down. No tea/coffee making in the rooms and the room safe is only usable if you pay 2/3 euros per day. It’s there, they can’t remove it!!! Food and facilities are great. 2 minutes walk to the beach. The TV hardly works
