Good as always. Its a clean hotel and the location is close to the train and tram stations

Lovely hotel and enjoyed the pool area, though it closes at 7.00 pm, which is early. Especially as it’s still very hot and lots of daylight left. It’s a bit of a distance from the centre of town with most activities being in the town, makes it a bit difficult to get to. Staff are lovely and we had breakfast included which was nice.

The Staffs are super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room is clean but bare. No complimentary bottled water nor coffee machines or hot water kettle.  Location is good, especially they have large secure parking area.  Breakfast is average and it has only one coffee machine for over 100 guests at one time ( several  tour buses ).

The service was great and the rooms were too! However, I checked out and realized I lost something very important to me so I arrived about 2 hours later also calling them in advance and they said they couldn't find it, I don't think they looked hard enough... But they also had good free breakfast

Old school hotel with classical decor and easy outdoor parking. Very spacious rooms with balconies. Mine facing out was very quiet. Surprisingly large spread for breakfast with very good breads and full pastries, pancake machines, ham/bacon/eggs. Deducting a point for rooms cos mattresses were very hard and towels and sheets smelled overpoweringly of strong detergent/bleach that it was unpleasant....

Loved the opulent beauty of this hotel. Front desk staff were nice and helpful. Had a cancelled flight and the airlines put me there for the 2nd night of the delay. Wish I'd been there for both nights. The Royal Palace only 2 miles from the hotel if you have time. Lovely spa in the hotel and relaxing atrium. Some rooms are old fashioned, one we were given had a shower that was very old and didn't work. Asked to change room at the reception and was offered a more modern comfortable room with no fuss. Very conveniences in the center of Milan.

The hotel is in a great location that allows you to walk to a lot of attractions. The rooms are modern and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Everything is good except that the rooms have no air conditioner. Summer is hot in Geneva. With a fan, it's okay but AC is preferred. Other than that everything is good.

A great stay overall, but somewhat overpriced. The lobby area, elevators and other parts of the hotel reveal the hotel's old age, however the rooms a newly renovates, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is standard. Weirdly enough, there is no do-it-yourself coffee/tea option – these must be ordered from the staff.

Great central hotel around 7 minute walk from Centrale FS station so very easy to get around. Takes around 35 minutes walk to Duomo. Hotel Milano is perfectly located for visiting the exhibition center and very convenient. The service is friendly, and exceptional varied breakfast , and top quality. I can't say that we entirely enjoyed the hotel. The pool was great. Cantilevered so that you could look into the ground a few floors below. I certainly didn't enjoy the music in the pool area, would certainly have appreciated something less intrusive and not as loud. Avoid booking rooms with mountain views. The water treatment boilers located beneath the windows are noisy. Furthermore, neighboring buildings block the mountain views.

The daily cleaning of the rooms was excellent. The work of the waiters in the restaurant and bar is beyond praise. The service personnel at the reception are very polite and kind-hearted.

Great place for late night arrival and early flights

I walked from Bologna airport late at night. I walked on pavements a large grass verge and a quiet road. Other reviews say the route is not safe but as long as you are not with children I would disagree. It took about 20 mins to walk it and coming back I was able to take the reasonably large mini bus which was then running in the morning. The hotel is within a 10-minute walk from Modena Station, offering excellent access to the old town. The room was spacious, and the bathtub was especially large, perfect for soothing after a long day of travel. The breakfast buffet was also very varied and enjoyable.

The hotel is centrally located, and amenities are great. The bed was comfortable and the access by metro easy. On a Saturday night the room on the first floor was very noisy until midnight due to a bar in the area.

It's a very old hotel, but the facilities are good. Because the breakfast is delicious and the overall room rate is lower than the surrounding areas, I stayed here twice in Milan. Opposite the hotel is a large park, which is very beautiful in spring. It's OK to walk to the city center to buy things. The surrounding sushi restaurants and ice cream shops are also delicious.

This was part of a package holiday, so it is probably not appropriate to comment on the quality of the food. However, the rooms were very clean, although the pillows and matrasses were quite hard. The biggest complaint was the very poor WiFi. In the reception/restaurant it was adequate but in the bedrooms, it was terrible. When complaining to the duty manager, we were given a disingenuous answer.

As unfortunately happens in my beloved southern Italy, the place is fantastic but....it wouldn't take much. Rooms furnished in the 70s, poor bathroom amenities, breakfast and dinner without fresh local products (which would cost even less). Sin

We had been staying here 30 years ago for our honeymoon and came again to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary here again. The hotel has its long history and being well decorated. We had a very good time staying here and we look forward to having my 40th anniversary here again. The train station is just around the corner. We can go to most of the attractions on foot in 15 to 30 minutes.

the rooms are a bit outdates, curtains are dirty and I booked a room with seaviews but I could see the tiniest bit of sea. Overall ok, beds comfortable, nice staff but overpriced.

We arrived around 9pm and were leaving at 4am so it was really just a place to stay. The shower would not drain so my partner took it apart and fixed it which was disgusting. The room was hot and never cooled off. We were too tired to move to a different room plus we knew it would be complicated since their computers were down. We didn’t use or see any of the amenities.

Not a great start as we had an interconnecting room and both our door and the one next to us were not locked. Someone was already occupying the room next door. Always checked the doors are locked if you have an interconnecting room! Front desk staff were helpful.

RCI timeshare exchange and was allocated small room facing the railway. Trains extremely loud and bed was also quite uncomfortable. At check in they mentioned an upgrade for 14 Euros a night.
