A week spent in this hotel, relaxing and with every comfort. The food, good and varied, satisfied my dietary needs with the use of local products and traditional Campania dishes. This is my first time staying here and in this part of Cilento. The tranquility is paramount, and the property is worth a visit for its helpfulness and courtesy. Amazing place. Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. This resort is kept well and has many amenities. The beach is to die for. Highly recommended.

Overall, it was a good stay. The room was spacious and bright, and the linens were comfortable. The location was convenient, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, neatly organized. Guests will have a very pleasant experience here, definitely recommended!

The room size was just right and very comfortable, and the bathroom was huge! The bedding was excellent, making for a super comfortable sleep! Breakfast was very plentiful, and the ambiance was great! The wardrobe was large and very spacious. The hotel even provided a converter next to the bed, so I could charge anything directly!

Hotel is dated. The air conditioning was making a loud noise. This was addressed however the noise was still there after albeit less loud. The lights flicker every once in awhile. The rooms were clean though and the receptionist was very friendly.

This is a first-rate hotel with a fabulous breakfast. It is within walking distance for most locations of interest and near the train station and the Metro. Try to get a room on the second floor and toward the water end. The Customer Care personnel were a delight to work with -- especially Letizia Gianella.

We had superior rooms with balconies facing the hills and hotel next door. You are surrounded by thermal hotels here. If you don’t won’t to be woken at 5-7am every day by rubbish collection, hotel deliveries for the hotel next door keep the balcony door shut and rely on the airconditioning. They won’t tell you at reception, but at breakfast you can order eggs - omelette, scrambled, fried, coffee...

Satisfied! A relatively good value-for-money Hilton near Rome. The elevator is fully transparent. High Chinese occupancy, haha, almost 80% chance of encountering Chinese people in the elevator.

I enjoyed my stay at Hilton Rome Eur La Lama. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The only issue we faced was that the trash was not emptied after housekeeping. We had to call three times before someone came to remove it. Overall, it was a good experience, and we would consider returning.

This modern hotel in Rome's new district was built recently. While it's a bit far from attractions, it has a direct metro line, and the airport is a convenient twenty-minute drive away. It offers great value for money, and the breakfast is delicious. The only downside is the extremely expensive laundry service – you could practically buy new clothes for the price!

I chose this hotel because it's new in Rome. My only minor complaint is that they host some tour groups, which can make it a bit noisy at times. Otherwise, everything was perfect. A taxi to the main attractions and the train station takes only 20-30 minutes and costs about 20-30 Euros.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The hotel has a fitness center and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. It's not too far from the subway and bus stops, and you can reach the city center in about 30-40 minutes. There are plenty of dining options nearby and a park, but I didn't find any supermarkets.

Hotel is quite good. Location near port, but a bit far from city center. There is a bar, restaurant, small gym. Personnel is kind and helpful. Breakfast has enough gluten free options. Rooms are spacious. Considering price/quality is highly recommended.

We liked the location, service, breakfast but there is a night club next door that is terribly noisy. People were talking, shouting loudly until 4am! Cars honking and revving the engines! It kept me and my family awake all the 5 nights. I will be looking for another hotel next time i visit Milan.

The hotel is located in the financial district, surrounded by office buildings and plenty of shops. The subway station right outside the entrance is super convenient. There's also a high bar not too far downstairs, which is great for a night out. I felt quite safe returning to the hotel past midnight.

Excellent, modern hotel in a prime spot. Just a 3 minute walk from lots of shops, dining, bars and clubs. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom had a good amount of shelf space as well. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel lobby and bar area were nice. Staff was welcoming!

It was a bit dirty and there was no government, they sold all the drinks, it was a bit uncomfortable.

Great location, clean room, and the staff were warm and professional. My only minor complaint is that the shower drain wasn't very good; after each shower, water would flood half the bathroom.

The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, so I asked to switch. The second room still had a scent, but it was somewhat tolerable. After checking in, I noticed the bathroom also smelled really bad, particularly around the toilet, like a sewer. Both the showerhead and sink faucet had a cheap, plastic-like odor. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

The room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. However, the shower had very low water pressure, and the water temperature was inconsistent. The room’s ventilation was also quite poor, and during winter only heating was available, with no cooling or proper air circulation. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of choices, but I wish the basic amenities and facilities had been better maintained...

Very fair out from centre of Rome there is a train station 10 minutes away but it’s not easy to use I would dow load the train app to know times and what train to get as there’s no staff at train station, the hotel clean but small rooms and breakfast was okay

The room was generally satisfactory. The lobby can get a bit crowded when the hotel is hosting tour groups, but it's good that breakfast and tour group meals are on different floors. On the first day, I mistakenly went to the tour group restaurant on the ground floor, which was crowded and had a bad experience. The second day, I went to the restaurant on the ground floor, which was much quieter.

The hotel is really “Grand!” Eventually, it will be updated for aesthetic reasons. But, for now - everything is functional and looks good, even though,- not very modern looking. The staff were simply so kind, The food divine with options for both healthy eaters and those who want to indulge. The garden is magnificently manicured and the facilities immaculately clean. Dogs should not use elevators ! This is quiet embarrassing ! The quality of the food, service, staff and pool are absolutely excellent. Very pleasant family atmosphere - mostly French and Italian at this time of year. You get to know your fellow hotel guests very well during your stay, which adds to the experience. A big thank you to the Gottardo family for their excellent hospitality.

We have come to the Hotel Garden many times. Always with family and mostly when the kids were young. It’s a great vacation if you are working really hard and need to just relax. This is the place to come The swimming pool is wonderful. Very large and filled with thermal waters so it is very warm. The kids love it and the adults can stay in for hours. Excellent resort to spend a week with family and young children. Hot Springs fed pools, very pleasant and well balanced meals, excellent service and friendly staff. Our children have had a wonderful time there everytime we have visited the Hotel Garden. We will most certainly return in the future.

Unacceptable Conduct and Zero Customer Care – Over €500 Lost! I had an extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience with Mercure Bologna Centro. Due to severe weather conditions, it was objectively impossible for us to travel. Despite this, the hotel refused any form of cancellation, refund, or even partial flexibility. The room's location is excellent; right outside the hotel is the train station, which is perfect for exploring around Bologna. It might be a bit far from the city center, though. The overnight tax was incredibly expensive, 23.2 euros for two people.

My room had one of the most beatiful views ever. Shutter trip to Sorrento were very convenient and on time. Service at the front desk did everything possible to facilitate day trips to several places. Everything on time. I felt like everything was taylored for me.

Beautiful view of the bay of Naples from the Hotel. The shuttle to and from town was excellent allowed us to visit town for ahopping/dinner without the addrd expense of a cab fare each way. Pool and service was excellent...we will be back.

This hotel is not a 4 starsi It is a standard 3 stars. Breakfast standard good room but not very friendly staff (in particular at the restaurant) and for breakfast you have to make your own milk at the machine because they don't do IT. The room is clean and bright, the bedding is comfortable, the service staff is warm and thoughtful, the breakfast is rich, varied and nutritious, the location is only about 2 kilometers away from the Royal Palace of Caserta, 20 kilometers away from Naples, close to the highway entrance, and convenient for travel.

The room is clean and the location is easy to find. Because it is close to the tourist attraction of Caserta Royal Palace, there are many families staying here. The breakfast is OK but relatively busy. Parking is available in the yard and it is safe. There is a restaurant in the lobby, which is open for lunch and dinner, but the price is higher.

The room is nice and not small, but the waiter in the restaurant is a little cold, everything else is ok. You can also see Mount Vesuvius🌋

The level of the novotel hotel chain is stable. Suitable for self-driving travel. It is on the main road, which may be inconvenient without a self-driving car. It is several kilometers away from the city center.

This is one of the few hotels I stayed in Italy that I was very satisfied with. The room was big enough, the surrounding area was convenient, and the price was right. Even during the Turin Winter Games, the price did not increase. It is worth recommending.

The various references to the history of Turin and Fiat are pleasant, and the service and staff are kind, but overall, the property feels quite cold and not very inviting. The room was okay, although the bed was not on par with those in many other NH hotels. The breakfast was absolutely disappointing—very standard, with poor-quality cappuccinos and truly basic offerings. We expected much better.

Such a fun hotel as you're in the old Agnelli / Lingotto Fiat factory and you can feel the history all around you. The hotel is co-located with a large shopping mall with some decent restaurants so you have loads to choose from. Take the lift up to the old test track in the roof where there's a gallery and cafe / bar. You also walk the historic test track and take in amazing views of the Alps.
