Nice warm pools and the price of the stay is still not going crazy like lots of other places. Saunas were offline, so pools and massages are what you can do here

Loved it. The warm thermal pools were lovely, so relaxing. We stayed for the night and had a room with a balcony overlooking the pools. The dining in the evening, and the buffet breakfast, rivaled that of a first class cruise ship. All that and Venice and Padua are within easy reach.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful area. Friendly staff, clean, large swimming pools, indoor and outdoor. It is a good choice for a vacation. There is a free parking space, a restaurant with buffet and a bar.

Very relaxing evening. Went to the spa for the afternoon - evening, and enjoyed every minute! There's an enclosed swimming pool which opens to the a bigger pool on the outside, and a cave in the lower lever with saunas and massage chairs.

Our first night in Italy was spent at this hotel near the airport. Despite its proximity, it was surprisingly quiet. The triple room was a bit small, but breakfast started at 6 AM with a great variety of options. It's an excellent hotel for a layover and definitely worth considering.

This hotel is amazing. It comes with a shuttle to the airport. Please make sure you download the map and ask how to locate the shuttle. Check in was very easy. The room is wonderful and comfortable. Wonderful stay at the hotel - professional staff at the reception desk and check in was seamless. Hotel is very impressive and beautiful grounds . Even though we were staying on Christmas Eve, everything was functioning and the staff was very helpful. We checked in at around 2 pm at no additional cost. Moreover, we were leaving at 3 am and they were kind enough to offer us a box breakfast to take away. Unfortunately, there was no shuttle service at this time and it was not easy to get a taxi.  Personally I find 7€ per person for a 5 minute shuttle...

Concierge was very responsive to my emails prior to my stay. However, upon check-in, even though there was a ‘concierge’ desk, there was no one manning the desk. Reception always busy. A very beautiful hotel in the heart of Milan. Clean and well-maintained, with elevators available. The rooms are spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. The stay was absolutely wonderful. The restaurant is delicious, and the view is simply breathtaking

The soundproofing is really bad. If you're a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. You can hear the light rail and cars outside the window, and all sorts of noises from the corridor. I ended up having to sleep with headphones on. However, it's convenient for shopping nearby.

Stayed here with extended family on my group Europe Trip. Though our group was large, Hotel was very well equipped to handle large crowds, so check-in was smooth and fast. Rooms were huge, and had ethnic decor. Toilets had bidet, and were provided with good toiletries. Beds were quite cozy and comfortable. Breakfast spread was quite nice.

We had a wonderful experience at J44 Jesolo. The rooms are large and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly, especially at breakfast – they really make you feel welcome. We decided to use Lido di Jesolo as a base for Venice but timed it badly - thinking April would be fairly hot (should have checked). I went with my girlfriend for one night, I had a a pleasant stay in Hotel Helvetia. Hotel view is incredible of the sea and mountains. However, please do think wisely before booking. The hotel is 4hours from the airport. Taxi is €280. Amazing hotel with outstanding service. Everything was delicious, and the breakfasts were absolutely incredible. In the morning, one of the girls made us an espresso with chocolate, it was so good and such a lovely touch. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's probably the tallest building in Naples, so the views from the windows are beautiful, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the downsides are also obvious: the room is too small; it was difficult to open even two 24-inch suitcases.

Breakfast was terrible, nothing to eat, I had to eat outside. The elevator was shaking. The facilities were rudimentary and not worth the money of more than 200 euros a night.

I posted this previously but it wasn't loaded? Not sure why. Went for sports event with friends, but the hotel description is misleading. It resembles student halls of residence and rooms are extremely basic. Breakfast ok and bar and staff great. 15 minutes walk to metro station but on the right line for everything.

I stayed at this property for one night. The food was good, the desserts excellent. The only small flaw was the room that needed redoing, with old carpeting and even vintage-style bathrooms. The staff were welcoming and kind.

Hotel staff service were excellent during our stay there. We were being notified in advance by the hotel of road blocks due to an event on the day of our check out. This is so important and they did a good job by reminding us to set off early so we wouldn't have to rush or miss our flight. Will be back when I visit Milan again.

I know Hotel Petrarca since years and in particular, living not far away from Montegrotto, I often go there for the daily SPA service. The pools and the SPA services are huge and truly well done to me even if, during the years, they tend to be a little worn-out and in need of update (even if always clean!). As a family we come here for over 3 years! We leave in London and we got a holiday property not far from the hotel. The pool is great for the kids but is not as clean as other places! We visit this hotel every year and can’t wait to get back. Winter and summer seasons are a delight. The pools are great, and the service is excellent. The staff is very kind and professional. The location in Montegrotto is central and there are great places to visit nearby. And there’s delicious gelato in the dining room.

We visited yesterday to use their spa facilities and have lunch. The parking attendant is quite grouchy and tried to tell me off because we hadn't reversed enough into the parking space. I explained to him in Italian that I needed to open the boot of the car and that the car would be reversed more when I had done that. Terme Abano-Montegrotto is just 15 minutes by train from Padua (Podova). A great place for a relaxing day trip. But the thermal baths are owned by hotels there. A truly world class hotel. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The concierge staff in particular went above and beyond normal expectations. The property is very well situated to explore the many must see towns in Puglia. Would advise to rent a car

Amazing hotel This hotel is amazing. The architecture and the decor are stunning, like nothing I have seen before. The service is exceptional from the moment you arrive until you leave. We did not go to the restaurants, but we did have a delicious ice-cream at the Gelati. Three things to look into, the WiFi is not very strong, the beach/pool towels are old and fraying and there was no hair conditioner...

Stunning hotel. What a beautiful hotel. Amazing efficient service. Lovely pools. Like much and dinner quite pricey but to be expected in such a high end resort.

Great Place - No sleep Strcuture was absolutely stunning, room comfort and room service not up to standard yet. Bed and Pillows were just not good.
