It’s always a pleasure staying here. The hotel is impeccably clean and the personnel are professional and service-oriented. Elissa who serves us in the dining area was sweet and very attentive.

Drinks and snacks at reasonable prices at the bar. Poor choices at the Half Board restaurant except for the salad buffet. Warm and clean pools from 8.00 am until 11.00 pm (luckily without children in September) so quite relaxing. Pleasant garden and huge parking.

This hotel takes walk ins for the spa… the valets were so kind and loved to talk about the area. The spa reception was welcoming and very helpful. €150 for a 60-minute massage. The young woman who provided the massage was just the right amount of pressure, respectful, and dignified. They made sure you knew exactly where to go, what to do, and gave us a tour of the facility before we had our massages...

We first booked at the Torre Terme across the road which was closed without notification for renovation upon arrival leaving us stranded. We then discovered Hotel Savoia and it was everything and more than we expected. This hotel is a bit out of the way, especially for the Milan 2026 Winter Olympics. It's surrounded by Porsche and Audi dealerships, as well as railway lines and elevated roads, making it ideal if you're driving. Parking is convenient at 12 euros a day. The pool hasn't been fixed in the three days I've been here, and I still can't go for a swim. 😂

We chose the InterContinental outside Milan due to driving, and it met the usual international chain standards. Free parking was a big plus, and it was convenient to get to the city center by bus. It was also easy to drive to nearby attractions.

A taxi from the central train station to the hotel costs €40, and there's no direct public transport; you have to transfer once (usually a bus then the subway). I stay in many NH hotels (specially in Italy) but this one had the best service so far. Specially the crew working on Camelia's Yard, their lobby bistro. They were warm, and lovely. One special note for the woman working Friday September 26th, 2025 around noon. I wish I could remember her name, she made my last few minutes at the hotel incredible.

We had a really lovely stay, very friendly staff with delicious food but the rooms are in need of an update. The bed linen and towels are worn and not of a good quality. The evening entertainment was also very poor, which was a shame as the staff could not have done more for you.

This Hotel was , without a doubt, in top 1% of places I’ve stayed. The service is amazing, the room is beautiful and well appointed and the free continental breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. We are staying two nights before leaving on a Transatlantic cruise.

We love it so much! We have chosen to stay here before and after the cruise because it is so close to the cruise terminal. Location location location. We had a layover at a different airport, so we decided to stay near centrale stazione. Got off the bus, and it was a minute away. Stayed on a tour of the area, it is quite remote from any other areas so you would need a taxi to get anywhere with alternative food etc. The room was adequate but they do not all have a balcony. I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Tiziano. The breakfast was delicious, and the hot chocolate was amazing better than in many other hotels I’ve stayed at. My room was spacious and cleaned every day, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, I’m really satisfied and would gladly return!

This hotel is nice, but out dated. The staff is very friendly and most of the speaks English fairly well. The room was nice, and beds were comfortable. The lifts were old and half of the were out of service. Location wise it's a 15 minutes walk to the old town center.

Overdue maintenance. Air conditioning is out of order, unpleasant atmosphere, staff is good. Everything is hanging loose, window handle, bathroom shower hanging hook. Furthermore, a lot of noise due to the building's extraction. My room 160 was right next to it. Because of this I slept very badly. Not recommended.

Hotel location is good and easy to walk around to see several of the attractions and get food. Only issue we had was the rooms had ants in the original room we were in. However the hotel did take care of it and apologized. If our room did not have the issue with the ants it would be 5 stars all.

Very nice hotel as you would expect from Hilton. The people were friendly and the accomodations were 1st. Class. Good location, just a short walk into town especially if you take the hidden ally behind the gate at the end of the street. Great hotel. Very well run. Super efficient, clean and professional. Excellent breakfast and fantastic waiters in the bar. It’s a 12 min walk to the centre of Sorrento so it’s away from the intensity of the town but close enough to be easily accessible. The room was a decent size and modern. The rooftop garden was great for watching the sunset. The volcano was visible from every room. The hotel is well-equipped and within walking distance of the city center.
