I booked this about a month in advance. I had a lovely double bed overlooking the swimming pool which had a Juliet balcony and the sunshine in the morning. Conveniet location close to airport and easy access to town.

The hotel is close to Rome Finnicino Airport, 25 minutes by car, and close to the Vatican, 20 minutes by car. The room is also large, the soundproofing is slightly worse, but the price-performance ratio is very high

Just spent three nights in this beautiful hotel, visually stunning with lovely gardens and a pool. It’s perfectly located for. 4 minute stroll into Stresa town centre for lots of bars and restaurants. You can catch a ferry to the Borromean Islands just in front of the hotel. It was stated that there was a laundry on site, but it turns out that this is a service that requires off-site cleaning, and that it is closed on weekends. All other services were excellent, and the view from the terrace was particularly beautiful.

A typical hotel of the same star rating would be considered poor in Northern Italy.

The bed is firm for European standards, which suits Chinese tastes. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but still quite effective. I had a good night's sleep. The room was clean and I didn't notice any issues. The shower in the bathroom had strong water pressure and stable warm water. Good value for money.

The hotel is located in a remote area, far from downtown and Padua Station (about half an hour's walk). The hotel facilities are relatively new and the sound insulation is good.

If you go to Gardaland then this hotel is must. They offer good deals with free Gardaland tickets. Rooms are really nice, big, bathroom are perfect, beds were cozy. Food was rally nice, you have a choice for everyone. Free parking. Free shuttle to the Gardaland, It goes every 30min I think. It was worty for the price.

The hotel is a bit run down. It's fine for an overnight layover. It's really more like a 3-star Italian hotel, at best.

The location was excellent — very close to the airport and extremely convenient. The free shuttle bus runs every 15 minutes, 24/7, which made getting to and from the airport super easy for us. Perfect for travelers with early or late flights!

The facilities were very basic; I initially thought NH was a large corporation. Upon entering the room, I found bugs inside. I barely managed to get through the night. The cleanliness and facilities were not great. The location was convenient; there was a tram right outside. Also, the staff were very friendly.

Amanda at the front desk was very helpful and sweet. She made our stay more comfortable. We were only here for 3 days and only took taxi from the lobby to save time but metro and tram is near by and makes it very convenient if you have enough time to explore. Next time we are in Milan, we will definitely choose NH Milano to stay.

My only suggestion for this wonderful hotel is to create even an hour in the evening at the pool for adults only. I went to the pool to relax after a long trip. Children were screaming and diving into the pool from the edge, parents threw their children into the water playfully around me so I had water splashed in my face and so much water was splashed from the pool that my robe and slippers were wet...

An ideal resort hotel, especially suitable for a holiday with small children. The hotel has a gorgeous area where you can walk, look at the ducks. There is an exit to the lake directly from the hotel, the city center is within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and clean.

This is a very standard hotel. The facilities and decor are quite new, and there were festive graffiti and activities, though we didn't participate. The New Year's Eve party was lively, making it a very welcoming hotel. I liked the gym and pool; the facilities were quite clean. I didn't get to try breakfast this time, and the price was a bit high during the New Year's Day period.

The rooms aren't as big as they say they are, and the hotel's divided into two buildings, and the bathrooms are pretty big, so for one night, they're barely average.

We were at the beginning of May in this hotel and everything was in its place, the rooms were neat and clean, the toilet too. The rooms have a lot of light and are spacious. The hotel staff was pleasant. The only complaint is that the WiFi connection is weak.

The hotel is a 20-30 minute taxi ride from the airport and a few bus stops away from the nearest subway station. On my first night, I arrived late and wasn't sure how to take the bus from the subway station, so I ended up taking an Uber. It's actually very convenient; the bus stop is right outside the subway exit, no stairs needed. Different bus routes go to the hotel, some are just one stop away....

I stayed a week in this hotel. Good balance between price and quality. The staff was kind and attentive. The food was excellent, and the spa was just what I needed. I wouldn’t recommend their massages — it was one of the worst I’ve had in my life — or booking a taxi through them. I got scammed, paying €20 for a 5-minute drive.

We have been frequenting this hotel for several years, together with others in other spas. The thing we like most is that it is on a human scale and not the usual skyscraper often found in Abano. Good food and friendly and helpful staff, excellent and functional suite room.
