Hotel Kazusaya, Tokyo1 / 25

Tokyo, 4-7-15, Nihonbashihoncho (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The breakfast and public bath are excellent
I loved my stay at this hotel! Very nice staff and very cozy rooms! Would visit again!
The best hotel in Tokyo! Hotel Kazusaya is a wonderful place with incredibly kind staff, great facilities, and an excellent location. The breakfast was absolutely delicious as well. I’m a Korean traveler who doesn’t speak Japanese very well, but the staff treated me so kindly, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Highly recommended! 😊 東京で最高のホテルです! ホテルかずさやは、スタッフの...
The room was great in every aspect, and it's not far from the subway station and a shopping mall. The hot springs on the 2nd floor are a unique feature.
The bathroom fan was broken, and there was a hole in the bedsheet.
The hotel room is nice although it is not very large, it is closed to the JR station and very convenient. The onsen is nice too! There is some convenient stores nearby but it not a crowded area.

Tokyo, 2-6-5 Haneda International Airport (17 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Right at the T3 departure level, which is super convenient. The room was spacious, and since I booked a premium floor, I even got a glimpse of Mount Fuji from afar, plus complimentary soft drinks. Breakfast didn't have a huge selection, but what they offered was very high quality.
Clean hotel conveniently located right at haneda airport terminal 3! Rooms were a bit outdated but still maintained cleanly. Would love if more stuff like face wash etc were provided for convenience.
Very convenient hotel just inside the Terminal 3. Walk less than 100m to check in for flight. Walk about 400m to train or bus station. But not convenient if have car bcos cannot drive to entrance or hotel lobby. Need to drop luggage at terminal 3 entrance or terminal 3 car park and walk to hotel.
Convenient location inside terminal 3, direct access to check-in area
Great location and room is a quite clean. Just take around 5 minutes to convenience store(LAWSON) and which store is 24 hours opening.
Perfectly functional  Check-in and check-out by kiosk Very clean room, excellent bedding, good sound insulation

Tokyo, 1-2-6 Shimbashi, Minato (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
A beautiful hotel with amazing classic feel. The interior felt very posh and comfy. Had some tea with my friend and was surprised with their lovely ambience.
Checked in around 2 PM on arrival day, but didn't get my room key until past 4 PM! On check-out day, after lunch, I went to retrieve my luggage after 12 PM, only to find my room key didn't work. The floor attendant spent ages on the phone but couldn't help me open the door. I had to go all the way back down to the front desk and deal with that hassle for quite a while. Such a frustrating experience
Good location and services, highly recommended this hotel!
This is a very good hotel in the center of Tokyo, close to Shinbashi Station and the Shinbashi entertainment area. The hotel has full service and at a reasonable cost. This is my third year in a row staying there and I will be back next year too. The hotel team are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
Great location, directly connected to Shimbashi Station via an underground passage. The facilities are excellent, and the service quality is superb. The room was also very clean. I really liked it. It feels like it was once a truly top-notch hotel.
This hotel is super conveniently located between Shimbashi and Yurakucho, with tons of food options nearby. Ginza is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a Lawson and 7-Eleven right across the street. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Shinjuku's central business district, making it incredibly convenient for both business travelers and those looking to explore and shop. The environment is beautiful and overall very comfortable.
The hotel is quite new, though the rooms are a bit small. There's a convenience store on the basement level, which is super handy, and another one right next to the hotel. A bus stop is also just a short walk away, which is very convenient.
Facilities: Excellent Hygiene: Clean and tidy Environment: Convenient Service: Responsive to all requests
The room was clean and tidy. While it was a bit small, it was perfectly adequate for a solo traveler. The location is excellent, very close to the subway station. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.
Great area to stay in, the business district is quiet and not terribly busy. Great to decompress at the end of the day away from the busy hubs. Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for two. The 7/11 in the basement is wildly convenient. Would stay again.

Clean and convenient very close to the subway station about 10-20min walk. Some sakuras at the park nearby as wel
Hotel located in shopping and dining area in Asakusa. You can easily walk to Donkie and Asakusa jinja. 👍👍👍👍
The hotel is great, just a bit small. There are plenty of restaurants around, and lots of shopping and drugstores. It's bustling with people. I'll definitely stay here again next time. They also have self-service coffee.
There are two Richmond hotels in Asakusa, and we stayed at Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa International, so it’s important not to mix them up. The hotel charges a local accommodation tax. Guests are provided with welcome drinks as well as light snacks, which was a nice touch. After shopping at the Uniqlo downstairs, it was very convenient to go back up and enjoy afternoon tea or a drink while taking...
The location is excellent, making it super convenient to visit Senso-ji Temple and the surrounding commercial areas. As expected for hotels in central Japanese cities, the rooms are on the smaller side, so families should be prepared for that. If I visit again, I would definitely choose this hotel.
The hotel's location is undoubtedly excellent, very convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Senso-ji Temple. Downstairs, there are restaurants and a Uniqlo, which is very handy. Taking the elevator up, as soon as the doors opened, the panoramic view from the floor-to-ceiling windows was absolutely stunning, but once I got into the room, this view... well, it was a bit different. The room was quite spacious for Ginza, I could easily open up a large suitcase. They had a laundry room, microwave, and everything you'd need. The location is excellent too, with many subway lines within walking distance, making it convenient for sightseeing as a solo traveler. Being in Ginza, you can just step out and shop. The only thing is, don't expect too much from the 'Chinese preferred' aspect...
The hotel is conveniently located near the Ginza-Itochime station on the yellow line and Tsukiji Market. If you enjoy city running, the back of the hotel is a great place to do it.
The biggest plus of this hotel is its fantastic location. It's incredibly close to Ginza's busiest shopping district and also conveniently near the subway, which is great for dropping off your purchases back at the hotel. Plus, there are complimentary skincare products available in the lobby.
The biggest plus for this hotel is its excellent location and reasonable price. It's close to a subway station, and there are various supermarkets downstairs with plenty of dining options. Wonderful hotel with top notch service, good amenities and fantastic location to catch the beauty of the Tokyo Tower and its surroundings while being right next to the station. Will definitely look to stay again. Recommended for solos or couples.
Everything was excellent and my room comes with a good view. The breakfast offerings could have more varieties. It was the same food everyday and I was staying for 9 nights.
Staffs are very helpful and very kind. Regarding to cleanliness, eco friendly means for us, to use the towels one more time, no need to change the bed cloths everyday but still need to make the bed tidy and clean the floor and bathroom. This feels like a decent budget hotel. Overall, it's clean, comfortable, and relatively quiet. The price is even cheaper than the Toyoko Inn next door. It's about a 15-minute walk from Ueno JR Park Exit, and there are many local restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining.
Overall, I'm satisfied. The location is great, close to the subway station, about a 5-7 minute walk. A highlight is the supermarket downstairs (it's a restaurant supply store, so many food items are cheap). If you head towards Tokyo Tower and cross one intersection, you'll find lots of local eateries and izakayas. Overall, it's good, and the breakfast is excellent.
The location is great, very close to Ueno Zoo, art museums, museums, and science museums, as well as the JR subway station. There's a supermarket downstairs, and the breakfast is decent. The sleeping environment is good, but they provide very few toiletries.
Great location, very convenient for transport. Service was mediocre though.
The hotel breakfast was surprisingly good, exceeding expectations. The room was clean and tidy.
There's an elevator from the south exit of the subway station, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the hotel! The front desk staff are mostly Southeast Asian. Breakfast was good. It's really convenient for food and shopping around here! I highly recommend the Torimichi Brewery next door! Their yakitori is only 100 yen a skewer!

I booked a twin room with an inner window. The room was very clean and spacious enough to open two small suitcases. However, the bed was very hard, and the pillows were thin and flat, leaving me with a sore back after one night's sleep.
Chose this hotel because it is near Tokyo Big Sight (about 9minutes away by cab), however, do note that it is quite far from the other main shopping / touristy parts of Tokyo like Shibuya or Harajuku if that is important to you. Good location, unfortunately did not get the room with Tokyo tower view. Guest service and facilities are great.
Great room with high floor and partial tokyo tower view as requested. Breakfast was alacarte and it was very nice. Had a very good stay here 👍🏻
This is a mid-sized hotel in the city center with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The lobby has a great design, but the room itself is tiny; aside from the two beds, there's barely any space to open luggage (we had to put ours in the hallway by the entrance). It's suitable if you're out and about all day and just need a place to sleep at night. Breakfast is served on the top floor, à...
Every Mitsui Garden Hotel I've stayed at has its own unique charm. Third stay in this very reliable hotel, only comment is a normal double is a bit too small for two people. Otherwise great and has a lovely lobby and guest lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a day of travel or touring the city.
Good location and good service Good facility for our traveler, house keeping services also excellent 👍 Good features and stylish facilities Will keep booking this next trip
Comfortable and convenient stay. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. Staff was professional. No complaints, would consider booking again.
The hotel service was very attentive, and the room was incredibly spacious. It's just a shame that the room we were assigned had a building blocking the view outside, so we couldn't see the city skyline.

Super convenient! There's an airport shuttle service, but just a heads-up that after 10:30 AM, the next shuttle isn't until 1:30 PM, as they take a lunch break. It's really easy to get everywhere by subway, and the area is pretty quiet with nice views. Plus, there's a mall nearby with an amazing vegetarian restaurant!

The rooms are modern and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. I especially liked the bathroom layout; it felt spacious and wasn't cramped at all. Overall, a great stay.
The service was quite good. The room was larger than I expected, and the surrounding amenities were very comprehensive, which was super convenient.
