Not as good as I'd imagined. The location is great, but it's quite a walk to the airport if you're taking public transport. The room was a bit basic, and the toiletries were very subpar. The biggest plus is definitely the hot spring.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's one of many within the same chain, and this particular one was recently renovated. However, the food quality has declined a bit; there isn't as much variety as before. I hope they improve this in the future to make the stay even more perfect. Stayed twice on the trip. Second stay got no upgrade despite coworker who was checking next to me getting one (he is Bonvoy Gold; I’m Platinum). My Creators Queen was odd with bed abutting the window and view of the office tower. Price was actually higher than Prince Sakura Tower and I regretted not staying there.

Second time staying at this hotel and I loved our experience. The room is very spacious and bed is comfortable. And also the view of the Tokyo tower is stunning! Everything was perfect at first — the room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, around 2:30 AM, it became very noisy. I could hear people shouting, drunk guests screaming, and cars honking outside. It was quite disturbing and made it hard to sleep. Such a pity, as it could have been a perfect stay otherwise.
