This hotel is conveniently located near Ginza. It's not expensive to take a taxi to Ginza, Akihabara, Skytree, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. There are also many restaurants nearby, making it suitable for family trips.

Thank you very much. Very comfortable location. The station is not far from the hotel and you can change several lines of metro. The room for Tokio is very comfortable for family two children and two adults. Breakfasts were very delicious and various. Onsen was so relax. This hotel is super convenient, right next to Suidobashi Station's West Exit. If you've got a lot of luggage, I'd recommend using the East Exit, which has an elevator, and then it's about a 400-meter walk to the hotel. Plus, it's only about 500 meters on foot to Tokyo Dome!

The twin rooms all face JR Station. We were initially given a room on the fifth floor, and it was so noisy we couldn't sleep at all. After telling the front desk, they kindly moved us to the eleventh floor, which we really appreciate. There's still a faint train noise, but it doesn't disturb our rest. Not as good as I'd imagined. The location is great, but it's quite a walk to the airport if you're taking public transport. The room was a bit basic, and the toiletries were very subpar. The biggest plus is definitely the hot spring.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's one of many within the same chain, and this particular one was recently renovated. However, the food quality has declined a bit; there isn't as much variety as before. I hope they improve this in the future to make the stay even more perfect. On the other hand, the cleanliness and overall environment are excellent. Highly recommended.

Stayed twice on the trip. Second stay got no upgrade despite coworker who was checking next to me getting one (he is Bonvoy Gold; I’m Platinum). My Creators Queen was odd with bed abutting the window and view of the office tower. Price was actually higher than Prince Sakura Tower and I regretted not staying there.

The hotel room is small as expected with the price, the room is clean. However we smell some bad smell whenever we use the toilet bowl. Not sure is the water or the toilet bowl itself. I specifically booked this hotel to catch an 8:30 AM flight. It's very close to Haneda Airport, and there's a shuttle bus every half hour. The staff were very helpful with luggage, and their service was excellent. It only takes 10 minutes to reach Terminal 3 from the hotel, which is super convenient. Plus, there are two 24-hour restaurants right across the street, so finding food is really easy.
