Tokyo, ku, 1 Chome-28-13 Shinjuku, Sindzyuku, 160-0022 Tokio, Yaponiya (in the centre) 🧭 Map
5 stars for me but obviously when ranked against the star rating for the property. Ie it's not a "5 star hotel" but the room was perfect and as described, spacious for Tokyo, service was always fantastic, and no major complaints. Some noise at night and mornings (from road and room service in corridors) - didn't ruin the stay.
The room is quite spacious for Tokyo's standards. There is a small kitchenette that you can do your own cooking. There' a bathtub too. The room is big enough to open two big suitcases. It is located about a 5 minutes walk from the subway. It is also walking distance to Shinjuku area. For the price, it's really value for money.
The hotel is about 1 kilometer from Shinjuku Station and a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station. The surrounding area has excellent amenities. The room was a bit larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, and the cleanliness and facilities were perfectly adequate, completely meeting my expectations. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo.
The front desk people Kendall and Tomoko derserve gold stars for their exceptional customer service. Their patience and understanding was much appreciated. For a budget hotel with a mini kitchen and 24 hour laundry this place gives good value. The only negative was the breakfast served it was not worth the cost meh 4/10. A 10 min walk away is the Shinjuku station. The absolute best place you must go...
Stayed 5 nights. Very comfortable room. Full kitchen. Will be back for sure.
Overall, I'm satisfied. The location is excellent, and the service was great. However, I found the hotel to be quite expensive.

So so hotel, very old design. Everything look old. Service neither good nor bad. Gentlemen near lifts will always greet people and assist with lift.
My stay at KKR Hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel 's stylish design, combined with top-notch amenities, made my stay so enjoyable and relaxing. The friendly staff made my stay so comfortable. My room was impeccably clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delightful . The hotel's location was within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. I recommend KKR Hotel to anyone...

Surprisingly good breakfast buffet! Very convenient location near to airport and train station.
We had a wonderful stop over stay. It’s very convenient the location and being so early morning I left my watch there and they kindly said will send to me (at my expense of course) but I’m amazed at how honest and lovely the staff are. I will definitely be back!
Grear location opposite the station, conveneience store in front of the hotel, overall is very good.
Staff is so so not that supportive, location is superb. There is a good sandwich nearby just 150 m away from the hotel. Overall the hotel is good for early flight
It was so close from Keikyu Kamata station! So convenient and so clean. We often stay around Kamata station but haven’t stayed here before somehow. We’ll come back next time when we take flights from Haneda:)
Fantastic location . Easy access to airport. Also extremely good value!

This hotel is located on the Yamanote Line, a 2-minute walk from Otsuka Station. It's quiet and luxurious, the food is excellent, and the location is convenient, close to the train station. Overall, it's fantastic! The service was also very good.
This seems like a business hotel. Clean and spacious. The only thing in such a big hotel they don’t have coin laundry and they don’t allow to store your luggage a few days before you check. I would like to be back to this hotel but with no laundry available I afraid not.
The transportation is very convenient. It is right next to the Yamanote Line Otsuka Station. It is also convenient to eat in Otsuka. The room is very spacious and the windows can be opened for ventilation. Although the Yamanote Line platform is downstairs, the windows are very soundproof.
This is my 3-4th time using this hotel, and the staff are always so friendly, so I keep coming back. This time, when I entered, the first thing I saw was the Christmas decorations in the lobby, which were so festive and exciting. The front desk staff were very polite when I left my luggage and when checking in and out, which made me feel at ease. The rooms are bright and clean, with plenty of amenities...
Second time staying at this hotel Hotel staff are very friendly Convenient transportation, 3 minutes walk from JR Otsuka Station; small station, easy to get out of the station, Shinjuku Station and Tokyo Station are really tiring to walk Places you can visit nearby include Ikebukuro, Otsuka Shopping Street, etc. The disadvantage is that there is no washing machine in the hotel. Search coin laundry...
When I first stayed at the Bell ten years ago, I thought it was a very cozy hotel and the staff were very kind. Ten years later, this place still makes people feel at ease. Every time I stay in a single room, it feels very comfortable. Although the room is a little small, it can achieve luxury comfort. Bell can be regarded as the pride of Otsuka residents.

The room is sufficient for one adult and able to fully open up a 24inch suitcase. Drinks and tea bags are at the free working space and you can find the washer, dryer, ice dispenser and oven in front of the elevator at the second floor reception. Overall is a comfortable stay.
Facilities: Excellent, always my top choice whenever I'm in Nihonbashi. Cleanliness: Very good, spotless. Environment: Convenient transportation nearby, plenty of dining options. Service: Excellent, I'll definitely be back.
Excellent hotel with great proximity to Tokyo Station and Nihombashi Station, and is walkable to Ginza. I greatly appreciated all the complimentary amenities: free coffee and soup station, face masks, lotions, etc., 2 free bottles of water each day, a variety of tea bags, etc. The front desk staff were all very kind. The service is top notch 💯 Soup bar is fantastic during raining day or cold weather The Manager specially moved 2 chairs for me and my friend to sit while we were waiting for the laundry!!
The hotel location is the best, only four minutes walk to the Tokyo station. The room size (17-sqm) is small which is pretty standard of Japanese hotel and good enough to sleep at night. From 11:00-22:00, there are free drinks, including water, soda, tea and coffee at the lobby which is very refreshing after a long day outside. The Tokyo Station Hotel is incredibly historic, built in 1915. The service is excellent, and the hotel itself is stunning from every angle, day or night. It's located right above Tokyo Station, which is both bustling and convenient. While Daimaru department store is next door, I found the shops within the station to be more than enough to explore.
I loved it here! It’s my favourite hotel in Tokyo thus far! The staff are amazing from the get go. We’ve booked the meet and greet service from the station and I’m so glad we have booked this service! Its made the navigation in such a gigantic station much easier! Every staff member was incredibly kind and thoughtful. The room's ceiling height is a rare luxury for Japan, and the breakfast was abundant, offering a wide variety of both Japanese and Western options. The hotel's attention to detail is exquisite.
Our favourite hotel in the Tokyo Area. Stayed here numerous times over the years. Very conveniently located right on top of Tokyo Station, makes it easy to travel anywhere. Breakfast has a good selection of both Japanese & Western cuisine, and served up in the pleasant Atrium. Service is good as usual, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff.
Super good! Excellent location with convenient transportation, and the room was very clean and hygienic. I'll definitely stay here again next time. This will be my go-to hotel every time I come to Tokyo!!

Very food location and good services
This hotel offers incredible value for money! Its location right next to the MRT station is super convenient, plus there's a McDonald's and a 24-hour restaurant nearby. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly, they helped solve all the problems and were very supportive. The overall experience was excellent—I highly recommend it.
The location is easy; just as soon as I get into my room and look out the window, I can see the graveyard clearly, right down there. It is a pretty good location, if you don't mind. The facility is excellent, and the rooftop onsen is nice; I can even see the other people here while I'm using it. The room is clean, just a bit too small to unpack and keep the luggage

Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza, Tokyo1 / 25

Tokyo, 5-13-12 Ginza, Chuo-ku (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Mostly European and American guests. On my second day, the first-floor breakfast area was closed due to an incident, possibly a guest vomiting, so we were redirected to the second floor for breakfast. However, there was hardly anything to eat besides some small rolls and a few slices of ham, and no alternative arrangements or compensation were offered.
The location is actually pretty good. Staying in Ginza makes shopping convenient, and there are decent food options nearby. For a triple room, the hotel space is quite large—it felt sufficient. I've stayed here twice and I think it's better than the Mitsui next door. They offer free snacks in the lobby at night, though there isn't much of a selection.
The service was very friendly, and the location was excellent, right next to Ginza Six. There are also many great restaurants nearby.
Delicious Breakfast  Melodic music  Great experience
The location is excellent, just about 200 meters walk to Ginza Six. For Ginza, the rooms are quite spacious, and all the facilities, including the lobby, feel small yet exquisite. During my stay, there weren't many Chinese guests, mostly foreigners. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is superb; you can't even tell there are many guests in the hotel. This is my second stay here, and The B Hotel definitely offers the best value for money and location in its price range. It's right in Ginza but surprisingly quiet, making it super convenient for shopping or popping back to the hotel for a quick rest. The only downside this time was that my allergic rhinitis flared up as soon as I entered the room. I'm not sure if it's the high pollen count in Tokyo...
The room was clean and check in-out was easy and smooth, location was slightly distanced from the railway
Location was good! Convenience stores right below the hotel and theres is a don quijote 2 mins away. Check in process was smooth, reception was very friendly and speaks english very well so there wasn't any communication problem. Room size was acceptable for 2 person.
Room and service was nice, regularly small but unlike APA the length of the bed were much longer thus better for western tourist. Coin washing machine on 2nd floor which can monitor the avaliablity from your room TV!
This hotel offers great value for money in Tokyo. It's super close to the Don Quijote in Ginza, perfect for anyone looking to do some serious shopping. clean and beautiful. perfect for business and travel
I've stayed at both Montrey hotels in Ginza, and they both follow a European classical style. They are exquisite and beautiful, and the attention to detail is impressive. Things like the Refa hairdryer and the seven-piece bathroom amenity set are big bonuses for women! I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo!
The room was a bit too small; it was hard to even open my 26-inch suitcase. Everything else you'd expect was there. The location is excellent, just steps away from Ginza's main streets. Spacious ad comfortable room compared with most other hotels in Tokyo. Hotel felt new, though a bit away from the city centre.

This is the greatest hotel I have ever stayed in Japan! In terms of price, this hotel give affordable rates.
