Tokyo, Chuo-ku Ginza 7-12-9, Chuo Ward (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Super convenient, we love the vibe on the street. The only downside is the front desk service was not friendly. .
Great stay in Tokyo! The staff were super helpful and very polite from check-in to checkout. Location is perfect — right in the center with easy access to trains, shops, and sights. Breakfast was good with a nice mix of options. Rooms are a reasonable size for Tokyo and very comfortable. Would definitely return!
Given its Ginza, Tokyo location, the room size is pretty standard, even if a bit small. The transportation is incredibly convenient; it's right in the Ginza shopping district with multiple subway lines just a few hundred meters' walk away. This makes it super easy to get to major attractions, Tokyo Station, and the airport. The breakfast is quite distinctive, with lots of small dishes that look great...
Nice hotel at Ginza. Good location. Clean room. Comfortable stay. I will back to stay at Musse Ginza again ❤️
Room was a little bit small - staff very friendly - bedding a bit hard - location top / close to the GINZA street
This hotel provides a wide range of amenities, such as combs and shavers available at the lobby, and guests are free to take what they need. The reception staff were very polite and professional, which I truly appreciated. The location is also excellent — there is a 7-Eleven right below the hotel and a FamilyMart next door. It’s only about a 7–8 minute walk to Ichiran Ramen. The room was clean, and...

Very good hotel in a quiet surrounding, they have good service, and spacious room.
One of the best hotel experiences I've had in Japan, especially for Tokyo. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming, which is a rare find in such a big city. The lobby offers complimentary coffee, tea, and snacks available all day. The room was quite spacious, and the twin beds were large. The location is excellent, with easy access to airport transportation. While it's an older hotel,...
i really like he hotel which is very lovely. the neighborhood is very quiet and safe. the staff is very friendly so i came back to it again after my ski trip in NAgano.
The hotel was nice, the room was in a good size, the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is near 2 metro stations.
From the moment I checked in at the front desk until I left the hotel by taxi, the staff were incredibly welcoming throughout my entire stay. They even helped me with my luggage into the taxi when it arrived. The location is also good, and the hygiene and overall conditions were decent. I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance!
Absolutely loved this hotel! It was clean, tidy, and the service was excellent. The location was super convenient, and it even had a nice artistic vibe. The buffet was also quite good. We even got complimentary drink vouchers for the bar, which was perfect for a nightcap with friends.

Everything is perfect, except a little noise from the refrigerator😂. Great location in Ginza, near shopping area but quiet.
The room isn't huge, but the location is excellent, right in Ginza Itchome. You can walk to the shopping district in just 5 minutes. The breakfast was fantastic, really good food, definitely recommend it.
Even though the hotel is a bit old, the hygiene and overall maintenance are excellent, giving it a classic, traditional feel. The breakfast is decent; if you're staying for multiple days, it's worth trying for one morning. The staff are professional, well-mannered, and friendly. As for the location, it's absolutely unbeatable.
Choosing this hotel was the right decision. It has a great sense of history and is perfectly situated in Tokyo's Ginza district, just a few blocks from the Imperial Palace. It's super convenient for morning and evening strolls or taking the subway, and it really gives you a local feel. One thing to note, because it's an older hotel, you need to be careful when selecting room and bed types to avoid...
Hotel is well located and walkable to ginza main shopping street. There is a new laderach store near hotel too. Room is kinda small as usual, but amenities is good. Small lobby filled with luggages but the staff were all courteous. We also walked to Tokyo yaesu bus terminal within 15mins too.
Excellent location, right next to Yurakucho Station. The rooms are a bit small, which is a trade-off for the prime location, but the service and room quality are both great. If you're planning to be active around Ginza or the Yamanote Line, I'd definitely recommend it.

Fantastic hotel if you have an early flight to within Japan as the hotel is located at the domestic side of Terminal 2. Highly recommended if you are traveling with ANA.
Everything is good with view of fligh
Arrived at Haneda T2 on a late flight, and after clearing customs and collecting checked luggage, it was already 11 PM. Not wanting any more hassle, Haneda Excel Hotel Tokyu was the best choice. However, the signage wasn't very clear; I followed a sign and mistakenly went up to the third floor (where I accidentally discovered a 24-hour FamilyMart) before realizing that the hotel is actually straight...
The hotel lobby is on the second floor, right at the very end of the domestic departures area, which is really convenient for guests with early morning flights. For dinner, you can find plenty of restaurants on floors 2-5 of Terminal 2.
Service wasn't too good - when asked about shuttle bus schedule, th receptionist just told us to search on the internet lol Location was a bit confusing to find in terminal 2 especially when we arrived at around 11pm and the whole terminal was closed and elevators/escalators were not operating. Room was big and decent though.
Excellent! Very well-equipped. If I travel again, I'll definitely choose this place. It's super close, and my top pick for future trips. It's so convenient to just take the elevator up with your luggage, and you can buy things right there. So convenient, I love it!!!

Excellent facility with clean and spacious room. Nice and quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the centre. Accessible transportation very close by. Friendly and helpful service from all staff.
The Room is ok, not too big not too small. It has Bath tube, good to have bath. However front desk of the hotel Is not helpful. We have an accident and need their assistant to call the police and they refuse to do so … will not ever stay in this hotel.
+ Relatively near to Ginza and Higashi-ginza Ginza station. + Near to Ginza shopping…. Room is considered ok for 1 traveller but may be difficult to place 2 big luggages in the room….. + clean room + hot water + family mart and Starbucks just around the corner
The hotel is in a good location, I walked twenty minutes with luggage to Tokyo station, for the Narita express. There is also a limousine bus which in only 5 minutes from the hotel. tsukiji is around 15 minutes walk the location of the hotel is 10/10. If you're purely looking to shop, the location is truly excellent. Being in Ginza, there are countless shops and restaurants nearby, all within a short walk. A perfect option for those who want to stay in the busy Shibuya area and get good rest in quiet. Very clean, comfy rooms, enough space for everything. The location is great, right near Kyobashi Station. Just be aware that check-out is at 11 am, and there's a charge if you stay later.
Extremely convenient location, very close to Tokyo JR Station. The hotel is clean and there are many shops and dining options nearby. It's within walking distance to the Bank of Japan for visits, and you can also pop into the Currency Museum on the way.
The location is fantastic, even better than I expected for getting to Ginza or catching trains from Tokyo Station to other cities. Plus, it offers great value for money and consistent quality.
The location is super convenient, right by the Ginza Line entrance. It's only a 5-8 minute walk to the JR station, and there's a shopping area with plenty of food options right across the street. Ginza is also just a short walk away. It's a bit of a shame the hotel doesn't have a hot spring. There's a 7-Eleven and a Komeda's Coffee downstairs, which is handy.
The surroundings are awesome because it's around the office area. I felt so comfy inside and outside hotel. It's very convenience since 7eleven is on first floor. The lobby is on 3rd floor. For family with kids, you can bring 2 kids max age 12 or lower for twin bed rooms. Otherwise, email the hotel, They will reply immediately. Overall, I will stay here again in the future for tokyo accommodation....

The room is spacious enough, and the breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it's sufficient to fill you up. The price is entirely due to the excellent location. The location truly is fantastic; you can walk to many places nearby. The downsides are that it's expensive and, apart from the gym, there aren't many other public facilities.
The hotel location is in the middle of the Ginza, and we love this place. The check-in process took less than 2 minutes, which was amazing in terms of efficiency. I've booked this hotel multiple times because of its convenient location, right in the heart of Ginza. Great location with plenty of food options nearby. You can even order an Asahi as soon as you sit down after checking in.
It's pretty good, quite comparable to what you'd expect back home. The only minor issue is that it can get a bit noisy at night, as groups often gather outside the convenience store on the ground floor to drink and make a racket. Apart from that, everything else was perfectly fine.
The room was small but clean. Breakfast had limited options.
It's OK. It's just in the alley, surrounded by some bars and nightclubs, and there are unknown people picking up and dropping off customers in groups of three or four on the street, which makes it a bit uneasy at night.

Enjoyed our short stay the night before our bullet train to Kyoto early the next day, which the location was perfect for. The rooms were a combination of new and traditional, which was extremely comforting. The view over Tokyo station was also great!
I really love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent, right by the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station, just across the traffic light. It's also very close to the Imperial Palace, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. Loved the place! The hotel room is clean, modern and well equipped despite the smaller size of the rooms. Like the cafe and restaurant downstairs. The hotel’s location is also great and very close to the hustle and bustle of Shibuya.
It was so clean and conveniently close to Shibuya Station. The room was small, though.
The location was great, and I loved the city view. Thank you for your kind assistance!
