Great location in a quieter part of Ueno too, but still plenty of eateries (ichiran nearby too!) and konbini’s within easy reach. Great and polite staff, breakfast was good liked that they rotated some of the menu daily

Overall stay is wonderful for solo travellers. Room is just nice for 1 person but with limited space to open your luggage. However the location is very convenient and the room is kept cleaned

The hotel's location is excellent, but being near Ueno Station means the rooms aren't going to be huge. Despite the small size, the room is very well-equipped

Hotel location is good as it is just 5-10 minutes walk from Ueno Station. Breakfast area is small but it still has homemade bread. I asked for high floor & they really put me on the highest floor

The best hotel in Tokyo! Hotel Kazusaya is a wonderful place with incredibly kind staff, great facilities, and an excellent location. The breakfast was absolutely delicious as well

I’m a Korean traveler who doesn’t speak Japanese very well, but the staff treated me so kindly, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is very clean and well maintained

The room was great in every aspect, and it's not far from the subway station and a shopping mall. The hot springs on the 2nd floor are a unique feature.

The hotel room is nice although it is not very large, it is closed to the JR station and very convenient. The onsen is nice too! There is some convenient stores nearby but it not a crowded area.

Stayed at Tmark City Hotel Omori for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from Omori Station, so getting around Tokyo was easy

The location was great and the staff members speak decent English to assist, even offered me with an umbrella when they noticed I’m about to walk out in the rain, shows they cared and high level of service

Stayed for a night during a layover in Tokyo. The location is convenient, less than 30 minutes from Haneda Airport. The subway exits all have elevators, so it was easy to manage luggage

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The location is excellent for getting around, and overall, I had a really great experience. Definitely recommend staying here!

There aren't many dining options in the immediate area, but it's perfect for a layover. I appreciate that, unlike some places, the front desk didn't ask for a good review, which I've never encountered in Japan before

The staffs are super friendly & helpful and the location of mitsui roppongi hotel is amazing. You can walk to azabudai hills, midtown, mori tower and even tokyo tower. I would definitely stay again next time

Good location, unfortunately did not get the room with Tokyo tower view. Guest service and facilities are great.

If you can, opt for a high floor, preferably on the Tokyo Tower side, and during cherry blossom season, you'll likely have a great view from your window

In the evening, head to Tokyo Midtown/Sakurazaka for beautiful night views and illuminated cherry blossoms – it's less crowded and perfect for photos

I am a fan of mitsui garden hotels in tokyo and the roppongi chain is the third mitsui’s for me following ginza and kyobashi chains

Great room with high floor and partial tokyo tower view as requested. Breakfast was alacarte and it was very nice. Had a very good stay here 👍🏻

Perfect location to explore Tokyo center. Room was spacious. Breakfast - 5 stars. View was breathtaking, no need to visit Skytree :)

This hotel is truly heartwarming. It's located in Hibiya Park, very close to Shimbashi Station. The lobby on the 18th floor offers expansive views and feels bright and grand

Great location, perfect for families with children visiting Disneyland and DisneySea.

The hotel offers at least 4 free shuttle buses, but they only go from the hotel to the JR station, not back. It would be much better if they had a round-trip shuttle that also went to Disney via the JR line

The hotel provide shuttle bus service to Disneyland & disneysea. Breakfast was not fantastic but adequate. The room is big for Tokyo standard & very comfortable

The hotel breakfast is a set meal with several options. There's also a free beverage bar with drinks and coffee starting at 2 PM

The room was a bit on the small side, and the location was a little out of the way. However, the hotel offers a shuttle service to Disney, which is a big plus.

Love this place - my go-to in Tokyo. Love the atmosphere and the provisions. Has good laundry facilities, and the location is excellent for access to Shinjuku station, shopping, and bars

This hotel was mostly satisfactory, even though it was a bit pricier than similar accommodations, likely due to its prime location right off a bustling street in Shinjuku

Very interesting stay at Anshin Oyado Shinjuku capsule hotel. I really enjoyed the complementary food and beverages during my stay. I have always wanted to stay at a capsule hotel and this place did not disappoint

They offer complimentary breakfast, curry rice for dinner, ramen, and all-you-can-drink alcohol, coffee, and other beverages. Of course, the food at outside restaurants is more varied and tastier

The only downside is the very bright lights from the sporting fields near by. The outdoor bath is great after a long day. There is a free shuttle bus to the Disney resort. The drivers are helpful and friendly

The hotel is near Maihama Station, and the shuttle takes about 10 minutes to get there, making it very convenient to catch the Disney Resort Line. However, we had a little hiccup

On our first night, while waiting for the shuttle, the bus pictured (the one in the photo) arrived. We showed our Ctrip booking to the driver, but he surprisingly told us it wasn't for this hotel

We have stayed at Spa&Hotel a couple of times now and have enjoyed every visit. The staff are friendly and greet us as we arrive. Check in and out is quick and simple

We always stay in the Japanese style room with outdoor bath. The room is a good size with tatami mats and futon beds. The views are great as you can see the fireworks at Disney

The hotel was very clean and conveniently located with convenience stores nearby. The sunset view from the room was absolutely beautiful, and the bed was comfortable and wrinkle-free.

Old but gold, near Ito Yokado the department store and supermarket, have a glimpse view of Tokyo Skytree

It was clean and enjoyable. Being in the countryside, it was very quiet. The lobby was spacious and clean. It's fun to stay with friends because you can watch YouTube and other things.

I don't smoke, but the smoke smell in the room was very faint, almost imperceptible. The room also came with a deodorizer spray, which you could use a few extra times yourself, which was a nice touch

Overall, this is probably the best value-for-money hotel in the Shinjuku Kabukicho area. I stayed here six years ago and I'm back again! The room size and cleanliness are pretty standard, similar to other budget hotels

This time, however, I noticed long hairs left by previous guests in many spots in the bathroom. Because of limited availability, I could only book a smoking room

This was my second time staying at a Toyoko Inn, and the fully self-service, contactless check-in using my passport at the machine was incredibly convenient

Japanese hotels have very early check-out times, before 10:30 AM, and late check-in times, which gives them plenty of time for cleaning

The main thing is that for this price, breakfast is included, and there's a good variety of options with decent taste. It's much better than having to buy rice balls every morning myself!

The hotel is also conveniently located close to Kinshicho subway station, making transportation easy

This hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Kinshicho Station, accessible from both the North and South exits. You can actually see the Tokyo Skytree from two different intersections, each offering a unique view

The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine for one person and their belongings. My window faced a residential building across the street and couldn't be opened, but the soundproofing was generally good

There was a movable small table, which was handy. A nice touch at Sotetsu hotels is that they provide free bath salts in the lobby on the first floor

Cleanliness is good, but due to their eco friendly policy there’s no cleaning of room daily only make up bed, staff did not check the bathroom so they didn’t top up the shower gel even though we had removed it to indicate replenish

Great location and excellent service from staff. This is my 4th stay with them and they never fail to impress me. One comment is that the bed tends to be soft and if you have back issues, it might not be suitable.

This hotel offers a seamless self check-in experience. Its location is excellent, very close to Shiba Park, with a FamilyMart right downstairs and a subway station nearby.

Personally, I think the locations are suitable for someone who preferred quiet sleeping area and accessible to the trains

On the plus side, the Tokyo Tower is nearby, and the location is quite central

Location just 20 second walk from subway entrance. Rooms are clean and roomy by Tokyo standards. Staff allowed us to store our luggage in the morning before we checked in. Would stay here anytime.

Excellent location close to Ueno Station. Straight from Keisei-shinkanzen from airport. Spacious room (17cm) compared to other location-perfect hotels.

The location is easy to go to ueno park . Walking for 6 mins to the park and nearly amuseyoko market

Location is near tamachi train station. Many eateries around hotel. Overall the Hotel is good except room is too small that luggages cannot be opened. Can only have a 24inch or smaller luggage opened at one time.

I've stayed here three or four times already, always in the annex, and it's consistently excellent. I don't book breakfast because Tokyo has so many great food options; there's no need to eat at the hotel.

Stayed here while we were in Tokyo for our honeymoon. Great location and good price point as well. However, I must say that the room is a little small. If it's slightly larger, it would definitely be better.

Staying near Shiba Park, I could see the illuminated Tokyo Tower with a 10-minute walk. The transportation nearby is very convenient. We arrived early on Dec 30th, and luckily, they let us check in

Room is a bit small but its the best in Tokyo. Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower is walking distance from hotel. They offer free flow Coffee & Tea daytime and free flow beer in the evening.

Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive; though the room is small, it has everything you need. Cleanliness: It was kept quite clean. Environment: The location is excellent, and the area around the port is very safe

The hotel service was very attentive, and the room was incredibly spacious. It's just a shame that the room we were assigned had a building blocking the view outside, so we couldn't see the city skyline.

Very close to JR station. The location is convenient.

The hotel is located close to Narita Airport and the city center, so transportation is convenient and the staff is friendly, so I think I will use this hotel again next time.

I was traveling alone, but it was very clean and had a bathtub, so it was very comfortable. I think it would be difficult for two people. There seemed to be very little space to open the suitcase.

A great hotel, a little tiny but well designed. Everything we need in a compact space, even a round bathtube is available, a great view on the city. And a personal really helpful and professional

It's only one stop away from Akihabara, and even when I came back late at night, there were 24-hour chain restaurants nearby for food

A business hotel located in front of the station. The room size, bathroom, and everything else were just right and comfortable.

Facility seems a little bit old, but cleanliness, service was excellent. However it's location could be a little bit far away for any travelers who plan to visit places like Shinjuku or Shibuya

The room is not soundproof, which makes it unsuitable for truly relaxing. Cool air can get into the room at night. However, the location is very convenient.

The hotel is right above Exit 6 of Kyobashi Station (stairs only, no elevator, but you can avoid the Ginza Line as there's another station nearby with an elevator). There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and a matcha dessert shop

It's been a while since I've stayed at a satisfactory overseas hotel, and remm comes highly recommended. The only downside was no bathtub, but all other facilities were excellent. Breakfast was fantastic value for money
