Tokyo, 2 Chome-11-18 Higashikojiya, Ota Ward (15 km from centre) 🧭 Map
After communicating with the staff for over half an hour, we finally realized there was someone with the exact same name as me who had also booked a room for that day. Before this, I had also contacted Trip
The space isn't very large; it's a bit difficult to open two large suitcases fully. However, this place is great for people catching a flight as it's close to the airport
The location is convenient, close to the subway station, making it easy to get to Haneda Airport. Self check-in was very easy – just follow the steps
Check-in late from airport after midnight. The check-in process was overall smooth, though we were greeted by few automated robot. The free shuttle bus was really punctual. was small but good enough for us to rest well
The room is spacious and very comfortable. The hotel features a robot receptionist, which was a fun and unique experience—especially for kids, who were really excited about it
It’s a great place for families, with books available for children to enjoy. The hotel also provides an airport shuttle service, which makes traveling much more convenient
Tokyo, 1-6-1 Yokoami, Sumida-ku (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel boasts an excellent location right next to a subway station, and they offer a shuttle service to the Disney Resort, though reservations are required in advance
The room is clean and spacious, located in a quiet area right next to Ryogoku Metro Station. It’s close to Yokoamicho Park, with beautiful ginkgo trees, and also near the Former Yasuda Garden
Had a wonderful stay! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!
Conveniently located with a great view of Tokyo Sky Tree. The area is quiet and has a very friendly vibe’
The views are absolutely amazing, and the location is super convenient.
The hotel is located right by the subways station, but slightly far away from the JR station(about 6-8 mins of walk), but luckily the way to the station is flat and easy to find
Tokyo, 2-1-1, Nihonbashi, Kakigara-cho, Tyuo, 103-8520 Tokio, Yaponiya (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is a bit old, but the lobby is grand and opulent. The room facilities are dated, but it's spacious enough and the location is convenient
The hotel service is decent, nothing exceptional, but the daily housekeeping is incredibly clean and tidy. For this price point, it's pretty good, I really can't find anything to complain about
The only minor downside might be that the pillows are a bit too soft for my liking, which took some getting used to
Finally, the TV can connect to YouTube, allowing you to choose your favorite shows to watch or listen to
The hotel has direct subway access, which makes getting around incredibly convenient.
Located right off a subway stop, this hotel is extremely convenient to most places in Tokyo. The staff is wonderful and the hotel provided us a free cell phone to use during our stay
Tokyo, 26-1 Sakuragaokacho, Sibuya, 150-8512 Tokio, Yaponiya (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Shibuya district close to everything, very convenient location, shops, restaurants, parks, metro. Rooms are quite big for Tokyo. Liked lounge at 35 floor with a great view over citi and afternoon tea and cocktails
Great location, super convenient for exploring and dining in Shibuya. The facilities are top-notch, truly excellent. Service attitude is first-class, very satisfied! The food is also exquisite! Highly recommend it! 👍👍👍
This hotel is perfectly located right next to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The staff are warm and courteous
The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to many of the busiest hubs. The buffet breakfast is decent, but there are definitely better options nearby
The room was very spacious, and they provided pajamas and small skincare samples. It was very convenient to get to Shibuya from there. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, which was quite good
The hotel changed the bedding daily, and the pajamas were fresh, pressed perfectly flat, and placed neatly on the headboard every day. The Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was also excellent! 👍
Tokyo, Nishia Asakusa 1-2-3, Taito-ku (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room is indeed quite small, but this is something to be expected at this price point in Tokyo, especially in such a convenient and central location
Location great right near station entry for ginza line. Service is friendly place is clean and well presented. Rooms are compact but cosy and comfortable. Check in is done via a machine due to reno
Nice hotel in Asakusa, located in a nice neighbourhood, very close to various grocery stores. The hotel rooms have a private fridge and airconditioning.
The hotel’s location is excellent, being directly next to Tawaramachi Station, which makes traveling around Tokyo very easy and convenient
Overall, this hotel offers good value for money for travelers who prioritize location, cleanliness, and efficiency
Considering the cost and the city, I found it reasonable and acceptable. Although compact, the room is well designed and efficiently laid out, with everything needed for a comfortable stay
Tokyo, 2-14-3 Nagata-Cho,Chiyoda-Ku, 14 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Good location, just opposite subway station so easy to go around. Walking distance to Roppongi as well. The room is clean, comfortable and in Tokyo standard not small. Japanese breakfast is quite nice too.
The breakfast was very good, the service was also very prudent and pleasent.
The hotel was very good located next to Akasaka- mitsuke Station! There is a seven eleven on the ground floor.
Our overall stay was really good! The location was excellent and there were many restaurants nearby the hotel. The room was spacious and clean (especially facing the main road)
Great location in front of Akasaka-mitsuke Station. Room was rather spacious for the price (japan's standard), breakfast was okay, nothing special but quite good.
The customer service was excellent and answered all our inquiries. Also, the Japanese coffee served in the hotel was good. It’s a pity that their business might close this year in August/September
Great location next to stations. Staff and service are pretty good. They have kept our luggages for 4 days as we went for skiing. Room was pretty clean and good. I would chose to come back here every time I visit Tokyo
Tokyo, 1-8-1 Ebisu, Shibuya-ku (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and friendly, and they speak English. Fresh towels, toothbrushes, and other toiletries are provided daily. The male and female dorms and shower areas are on separate floors
You need a key to enter the female dorm and shower areas, so safety and privacy are well-maintained. You have to leave the hostel every day from 11 AM to 3 PM, which is quite inconvenient
As with most hostels, a good night's sleep is hard to guarantee. You can hear the sound of luggage being wheeled around from morning till night
The capsule look a bit old but the toilet is very clean. There are private showers, open showers, and a sauna which is fantastic
I liked that each capsule had a curtain that could be pulled down and that there were sauna facilities. It would have been great if I could have rented a charger.
However, there’s no lift from the ground level to the lobby, so you’ll need to use the stairs. But from the lobby to the dormitory, there is a lift available. The location is great, close to Uniqlo and the metro station
Tokyo, 6 Chome-10-3 Roppongi, Minato, 106-0032 Tokio, Yaponiya (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is beautiful and well located (near Roppongi station), making it very easy to explore various parts of Tokyo. Rooms are spacious and comfortable
For a hotel that's around 20 years old, the cleanliness and facilities exceeded my expectations. The only thing that could be improved is the Spa closing at 10 PM; this feels unreasonable given guests' typical routines.
The staff seems eager and happy to help, anticipating your needs.
We used to stay at the Capital Hotel, which is also a wonderful hotel but with less convenient location.
We stayed here for a week and every day we received such a high standard of service. Every single member of staff we encountered was polite and helpful. Any requests we made were responded to very quickly
A great hotel in the heart of Roppongi and the international districts of Azabu Juban and Hiroo. Also attached to Roppongi Hills. Outstanding service. Great breakfast. Highly recommend.
Polite & helpful staff. Nice dining options with great services.
Tokyo, 1 Chome-12-2 Dogenzaka, Shibuya Ward (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Location was the main reason I booked this hotel and it was the right decision. The airport bus was right in front of the hotel entrance (5th floor) and you could see the Shibuya scramble crossing from the hotel elevator
This is the best hotel in Tokyo for all dimensions. It is located in the great location of Shibuya, very convenient for subway, shopping, dining and also close to several shopping malls
Second time here, great location as your in the heart of Shibuya.
Do not reccomend the breakfast we included it the first stay but not the second as it is quite bad unfortunately.
The hotel's location is superb! This is my third time staying here, and this time I was on the 24th floor. The room was spacious enough for four large suitcases and two carry-ons
Rooms were very clean, staff was great, (their English was totally decent), and the location is right on the Shibuya scramble. Close to the metro, and there are food and shops on the bottom level
One most convenient hotel strategically located right @ Shibuya Crossing 🚠⛩️🏔️, easy access to anywhere in Tokyo. The room has cosy bed 🛌 for great beauty sleep
Tokyo, 3 Chome-13-1 Takanawa, Minato, 108-8612 Tokio, Yaponiya (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Overall good location direct access from Haneda airport. There was shuttle bus available from Prince Hotel Shinagawa to go to this hotel within the same area
The location is excellent, with a shuttle service that picks up and drops off right across from Shinagawa Station, making travel and shopping very convenient
I booked an Executive Room. While it wasn't huge, I had a nice view of Tokyo Tower. There's also an executive lounge on the first floor. The offerings weren't extensive, but it was enough to grab a quick bite.
Check in was smooth and generalities staff who helped with luggage was very friendly and helpful
It has a sizable garden that guests can explore, and there's a discount on tickets to the nearby aquarium, so there's plenty to do during your stay
However one male front desk (not wearing glasses) staff stood out as an unexpected lousy service communication unbecoming of Japanese service excellence
Tokyo, 3-19-8, Kotobuki Taito City (6 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Good location, easy to check in, comfortable, clean, got family mart below hotel, very convenient
Love the atmosphere!
-The holograms are very cool.
-Price is affordable.
-The room is clean and comforable.
-Great Location
Very convenient stay with automatic check-in. There are lockers available for luggage storage, which is really helpful. The room is spacious enough to fit two 28inch suitcases comfortably
The location is fantastic, very close to Tabata-machi subway station, and Asakusa Station is just about a 10-minute walk away. You can also get to both major airports directly from Asakusa Station without any transfers.
This is a chain hotel, and I've stayed at their Kyoto location before. They offer self check-in, and rooms are generally cleaned every three days, though you can get fresh towels daily
It was great! It saved a lot of unnecessary communication. If there was a problem, I just pressed a button to call someone, and staff came quickly! Chinese communication was seamless
Tokyo, 11-3 Kasumigaokamachi, Shinjuku City, Shinjuku Ward (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
If the weather is good, you can even see Mount Fuji in the morning. The location is excellent, and the service is top-notch. The front desk staff speak fluent English, and there were many Western guests
Great location, very convenient to the National Stadium, and the surroundings are beautiful. The accommodation itself is quiet and comfortable, and I particularly loved the large balcony in the room.
The hotel is conveniently located, with a subway station just a left turn outside the entrance
A beautiful hotel! The rooms are a bit small, but they come with a large balcony offering amazing views. There's also a rooftop observation deck where I enjoyed a spectacular night view of Tokyo
I'll definitely stay here again next time!
I stayed at the Mitsui Garden Hotel specifically for a concert. The National Stadium is right across the street, and I could even see it from my balcony. Once the concert started, I could hear it clearly from my room
Tokyo, 2-18-7 Higashiueno, Tayto, 110-0015 Tokio, Yaponiya (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel was nice and precisely located near Ueno stations and Ueno Okachimaci stations. The only downfall is not the size but the hygienist of the room. Upon check in I found several hair (woman hair) on the bed.
Standard squeeze for Tokyo hotel room but there was a sign which tells me to tuck my luggage under the bed. Location is superb, 5 mins to Keisei Ueno station / JR Ueno station with luggage. Value for momey.
The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Ueno and other subway stations. However, the entrance is a bit hard to find; the red front door is automatic, and I didn't even realize you could just walk in
I’m happy with everything! The staff was super nice, and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access everywhere
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is great, near to metro and JR station. Ameyoko market is just less than 5 minutes walk away
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Uokachimachi and Ueno stations, with a shopping street and many restaurants nearby
Tokyo, Nihonbashi Hongokucho 4-4-1, Chuo Ward (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
Hotel was located about 600m from Tokyo Station and was to the left of the Central exit
Some more, it is also 10minutes walking distance to tokyo station, which mean that you could walk to tokyo station and take the airport bus, instead of trying to fight to get on train to tokyo station
The hotel is right next to the subway line, but the soundproofing and blackout curtains are excellent.
The hotel's location is excellent, with many subway lines nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. The surrounding Muromachi district is fantastic, perfect for a leisurely stroll and exploring
Check-in is too late at 3 PM, and check-out is too early at 10 AM. The location is good, a 5-minute walk from the South Exit of JR Kanda Station – make sure to locate the South Exit carefully once you're on the platform
The location is excellent, within walking distance to Tokyo Station, Kanda Station, Mitsukoshi, and Nihonbashi
Tokyo, 1-2-2 Kinshi, Sumida-ku (7 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and offers a shuttle bus service to Disneyland (though you need to book early as seats fill up quickly). The breakfast selection is excellent
The hotel has been recently renovated, the service is excellent, and the dinner was also quite good. It's reasonably priced and in a great location!
The room was clean and tidy, and the location was excellent. The Tokyo Skytree is right across from the hotel's entrance
Convenient location for JR, tokyo metro transportation. Hotel service is attentive and responsive
Great location and plenty of food, shops and convenience stalls everywhere. The rooms are a very good size and just seeing the SkyTree from our room every evening is really amazing. The hotel is old but very clean
The hotel was a good and comfortable place to stay, even though it was a bit squeezy to open up our luggages. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay, no matter how short it was. The staff were extremely helpful
This is hands down my favorite hotel to stay at when I’m in Tokyo. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the train station, which makes exploring the city so easy
I also love that there are plenty of great restaurants right in the neighborhood, so finding a good meal after a long day of sightseeing is never a problem
The rooms are clean and comfortable (exactly what you expect from APA), and the service is always efficient. I keep coming back here for a reason!
It was fine!
But the shower was broken and the air conditioning wasn't working, so it was hot.
The room was compact and comfortable and the top floor public bath was awesome
Also provides luggage delivery to the airport (but does need booking a couple days in advance). Location is good but not amazing. About 5 walk to the closest station, and 10 minutes to the closest convenience store
Tokyo, 2 Chome-2-8 Shinjuku, Sindzyuku, 160-0022 Tokio, Yaponiya (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
As there was only central heating, our room got a little cold during the night. But upon asking at the front desk we were able to receive an extra blanket. The location of the hotel is very convenient
A business hotel close to the subway station. Breakfast on the first floor is delicious. Using sauna of B1 is a good way to relieve fatigue. The room is really small, so it is difficult for 2 people to use it
It's a straightforward and convenient walk from Shinjuku Station/Lumine Est. The hotel itself is like any business hotel – everything is typically Japanese: fast, efficient, and tidy
Standard APA Hotel. Good location but quite expensive considering the room size and services. There's a communal hot tub for relaxation.
They were very helpful when I needed to store my luggage, and they even gave me directions to my destination, which was a huge help! I'd love to stay here again!
My back hurts because the bed is old. There are many restaurants and convenience stores near the subway. Unexpectedly, there are many Western tourists
Tokyo, 2-2-6, Higashi-Gotanda, Shingawa-ku (8 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The room isn't huge, but it's clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere
Very clean n comfortable hotel. Hotel reception located at the 15th floor with beautiful view sky garden. 2-3mins walk to subway station, a Lawson convenience store next to the hotel entrance
The location is great, right near Gotanda Station. You just cross the skybridge to get there. However, it's not ideal if you have large luggage, as crossing the road can be a bit of a hassle
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, truly just a 3-minute walk to Gotanda Station, which is a hub for multiple public transport lines
The room was standard, typical of a Mitsui hotel. The lobby is on the 15th floor, and the service was good. The location is relatively convenient. However, the elevators were slow and crowded
The alleyways around the hotel are packed with izakayas and all sorts of restaurants, plus there are small malls and drugstores nearby. We stayed here for 5 nights straight and had a really good experience! 👍
Tokyo, 2-14-24. Minato-ku Higashi-Shimbashi (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
I booked the room with Tokyo Tower view, so this is the view from our room. The location is nice but a bit far from the station. There are many convenience store and supermarket around the hotel
The location is great! We were within walking distance of 3 different train stations! The room was big, we had a couch which was nice. The front desk staff were welcoming, attentive and warm
The room is quite spacious for Tokyo standards; we could manage to open two large suitcases. The location is about an 8-10 minute walk from the subway station
It's about a 10-minute walk from JR Hamamatsucho Station or Daimon Subway Station, which I found very convenient. There are also many small convenience stores and eateries nearby
The cleaning staff were very attentive, punctual and helpful - I hope they can get recognition for their efforts!
We had an amazing view of Tokyo Tower
Considering it's Tokyo, the room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. The double room with an extra bed comfortably accommodated our family of three
Tokyo, 4-31-1 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku (60 min from centre) 🧭 Map
I usually stay near godzilla street but I like the location of this since it’s quiet but still in Shinjuku. Would definitely stay here again
Our room was enough, we had a comfortable stay and the space was just right for us and we can still open our luggages. Restroom were very clean and not like the old yellow plastic material you see in old hotels
Cozy room, fresh towels, water, tea and coffee every day. Close enough to Shinjuku station, a park and the light show nearby.
The room is small but clean.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
The bread are fresh and yummy.
Hotel lobby was superb!! They have a bakery and a restaurant/bar. They also have a vinyl playing when you come in
We loved this hotel! Across the street from a large park and subway station. Walked to SHINJUKU for shopping and restaurants. Hotel had a great bar and bakery for food. Rooms were larger for the price we paid
