Where to stay with pets in Tokyo

I usually stay near godzilla street but I like the location of this since it’s quiet but still in Shinjuku. Would definitely stay here again

Our room was enough, we had a comfortable stay and the space was just right for us and we can still open our luggages. Restroom were very clean and not like the old yellow plastic material you see in old hotels

Cozy room, fresh towels, water, tea and coffee every day. Close enough to Shinjuku station, a park and the light show nearby.

The room is small but clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The bread are fresh and yummy.

Hotel lobby was superb!! They have a bakery and a restaurant/bar. They also have a vinyl playing when you come in

We loved this hotel! Across the street from a large park and subway station. Walked to SHINJUKU for shopping and restaurants. Hotel had a great bar and bakery for food. Rooms were larger for the price we paid

Really nice location. Few minutes away from 銀座. Didn’t try their breakfast. But there are a lot of restaurants near by. Walking distance to 築地 as well .

The only minor drawback is that the room felt a bit too small; I think a hotel at this price point should offer more spacious rooms

There's a Lawson right downstairs, a Family Mart and pharmacy closeby, and a Donki right across, so a quick run for supplies will never be difficult

The hotel's location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. The decor and facilities are all new, and you can even see the Ginza night view. The hotel's cleanliness is also top-notch

Located in Ginza, it's a bit of a walk from Ginza Station, about a fifteen-minute stroll if you're coming from Narita. There's a Don Quijote nearby, which is super convenient for shopping

The front desk had staff who spoke Chinese, the room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent; you could walk to the entire Ginza shopping district

I noticed the hairdryer was a bit dirty while washing my hair, but a quick call to the front desk got it replaced very promptly. I recommend the yakiniku restaurant directly across the street from the hotel

You won't have to worry about food or drinks staying here. The Asakusa Line downstairs goes straight to Narita Airport (if you're not good with transfers, just allow two hours for the trip)

There's a popular ramen place nearby that wasn't very good, but a Yakiniku restaurant called Jojoen (not the one on the Mitsukoshi building) was incredibly delicious

I would definitely choose Mitsui Garden again next time I visit

The hotel is good, clean, and very comfortable. It's just too far away. If you're not going to Disneyland, I wouldn't recommend staying here. Tokyo's public transport is too complicated, and we ended up taking a taxi.

I stayed at this hotel during the Chinese New Year. It's conveniently located with a smooth, complimentary shuttle service to both DisneySea and Disneyland

The room is big and clean. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast is good too. There are free bus services to Disney and to the train station. There are also free bus services to Tokyo downtown. Value for money 👍

so just be aware, because I booked this hotel originally thinking it was a lot closer than it is to Disneyland. To get into town, its more direct to get to Tokyo station rather than Ueno if using public transport

Its 10 min to the metro, but its about 25 min to Disneysea, because the shuttle stops at the metro and Disneyland first. Although apparently it also takes 25 min by taxi, according to the staff? Not sure

There's a large supermarket and a drugstore nearby, along with various restaurants. On the way to the subway station, there are many ramen and sushi shops, and I've tried them all, haha

Excellent stay! The room was spotless, and the view was fantastic – we could even see the tower from our window. The location is super convenient, and the breakfast spread was really impressive

I've stayed at this hotel many times. The service is excellent, and the view from the window is beautiful, with a clear view of the Tokyo Skytree, which is even more stunning at night

Conveniently located and link to the Osaki Train Station. Aircon in the room was very weak despite setting to high resulting room becames stuffy.

The staff are super nice and the rooms are extremely neat, the hotel also has a easy transport system, with fast and efficient elevators that take you anywhere you need to go, there is also a pool as well as a bottom floor where you can easily order a taxi

We traveled to Nagano Prefecture for 2 days from Tokyo and returned to stay at the Conrad again. This time, we switched to a bay view suite. The room was still spacious, and having two bathrooms was very convenient

Dinner was delicious with a good variety of food options in the room. However, breakfast was very average. The room felt a bit old, not sure why, but the service was okay. The location was a bit hard to find

The documents we needed printed were also handled very well. We have a small suggestion: could the bathtub be replaced with a deeper model? The current one is too shallow, and taller people can't fully enjoy it

Out of the 3 beds, only one is merely ok. The bad bed gave you a very uncomfortable backache the next day. We complained to the hotel the next day. My wife who slept on that bed still felt great discomfort on her back

Specifically Yuma made our stay so much more personable. The lounge manager (I didn’t catch his name, a slightly older Japanese fella) also consistently went the extra distance to make our dining experiences memorable

We had a delightful stay at the Palace Hotel. The room is spotless and amenities are ample and good quality. We didnt dine at the hotel as we like to go to exploring and there are ample good quality restaurants closeby.

The hotel lobby is on the 20th floor, and you can access a pedestrian bridge from the 2nd floor to walk to Takashimaya or Harajuku Station. Honestly, it's incredibly convenient! I'd definitely stay here again

However, I was not told that there is a construction site (demolishing an old building) right opposite to my room and it is extremely noisy every morning sharp at 9am

Is so spacious for a hotel in Tokyo, there are plenty of big windows so you can see the nice night views, the room is so clear it gives a clean view of everything, and the massage chair is so convenient, my cousin fell asleep on it! The metro is next to it and it has a lift so is convenient when coming up with luggages! Would love to come back

Location: Excellent! It's right by one of the Hanzomon Line's termini, Exit 5, just 20 meters from the hotel. After a long day of sightseeing, it's great to have the subway drop you directly at the entrance

Out of town and need more time and money to travel to the tourist locations. Food wise, should have more japanese food rather than western food… after all, we thought we were supposed to be in Japan.
