A wonderful hotel with a great location, right next to a major transportation hub. It's very clean and the service is excellent

The large bathtub was perfect for a relaxing soak. It's close to Shinagawa Station with plenty of dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit

It's about a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, and directly across the street from the NEWoMan shopping mall, which is fantastic for browsing!

Lotions, comb or shaver can be self picked up at the reception area. The room is clean and the location of the hotel is a plus. Shibuya crossing is just around the corner

Everything was great except for the slightly compact room. It's conveniently located, making it perfect for independent travelers. Shibuya Sky is right across from the hotel, so there's no need to store your luggage.

The hotel's location is right in the heart of Shibuya, close to the subway station, and there's a bus stop right outside, which is super convenient

The staff is able to communicate in English. Check in and out is fuss free. The hotel provides simple snacks for its guests at the hush hush restaurant from 1800 to 2200hrs. The room is small but it is a norm in Tokyo

R&B Hotel is in a great location. It’s close to the train station (a two minute walk) with lots of shops and restaurants around. A 7-11 is right across the street as well

had a hard time finding this one some time in Aug 2019, but it's conveniently located near the restaurants, starbucks, and grocery stores. The staff are helpful.

On the 4th floor there are washers/dryers, an ice machine, and a microwave. You can check the status of the washer and dryer on the TV in the hotel room. While the hotel was a bit dusty, there were no issues I had

They deliver luggage on the SAME DAY. Just to make sure you understand, they have SAME DAY delivery. I had my luggage sent from the hotel to Haneda Airport before my flight so I could do some more sightseeing

Location a bit far from JR Shinjuku. Room was small as usual size in Tokyo standard, clean and good amenities

The hotel is located around a corner off a main road, about a 15-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. Be careful when walking to the entrance as there's no sidewalk

I can view which washing machine is available from TV. However, the space of the hotel is quite limited. I have three luggages but I only can open 1 in once

The location is super convenient, really close to Shinjuku-sanchome subway station. There's a Lawson just a few steps away, and you'll find Muji, Uniqlo, Isetan, and more nearby, making shopping a breeze

The room was a bit small, but very clean. The subway station is right downstairs, and it's only about a 700-meter walk to Shinsaibashi. The size was really an issue though, I couldn't even open my suitcase properly

They have self-check-in machines with a Chinese language option, so you can check in and out there. Toiletries are available for self-collection near the elevators. The room is quite small but fully functional

The hotel's location is excellent. Right outside, you have the Ginza subway station, and across the street, there's another subway entrance, providing access to about 5-7 subway lines

The room itself was a bit on the small side; there was just enough space for one suitcase

The location is super convenient! It's right at the C1 exit of Ginza Station on the Marunouchi Line, and the airport shuttle bus stop is just a short walk away. What I loved most was how spacious the room was

The location of this hotel is nice in terms of taking a subway its kinda central and quick to access anywhere, however do not expect to find any activities or bars in this area

I chose this hotel for my two-day trip to Tokyo Disney. The hotel and rooms are spacious, and it's very convenient to get to Disney with their shuttle bus service. It's also just a 2-minute walk from Shin-Urayasu Station

The triple room we booked was very comfortable, with individual beds for each person and enough space to open our suitcases, which is quite large for Japan where space is at a premium

There are supermarkets and drugstores nearby, and plenty of dining options. Plus, there's a water dispenser right by the elevator, so you don't need to buy bottled water

My actual stay experience was pretty good. I encountered an auntie at the front desk who spoke Chinese, which was a relief because it was my first time in Japan and I was checking in alone, so I was a bit apprehensive

The surrounding area is incredibly convenient, with a Don Quijote not far away, a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven downstairs, and various Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel rooms aren't huge, but they meet basic needs

Great location, quiet suburb with lots of shops and eateries. Close to 2 stations. Sumiyoshi station small but well connected. Rooms are standard size for Tokyo. Pizza restaurant on ground floor. Booked again.

Staff are very polite, building is not of the newer apa hotels BUT has bigger rooms. Service is very some days or you can request with the sign in the doors everyday they leave new towels and a few amenities

Shinjuku metro line is not far、like 3 blocks and you can be in akihabara or shinjuku very easily. Beds are fine, a little bigger thank usual apa too. And finally the bath is also bigger than usual

Ahh also they have a pizzeria in the same place which is amazing after coming back from day walk

This hotel is located in Tokyo's CBD office district and is half the price of the Palace Hotel and Marunouchi Hotel. It offers excellent value for money and is very convenient for getting around

If you need facial cleanser or cream, you can ask the front desk staff for women's amenities. The front desk service is excellent, though communicating in English with the Japanese staff can be a bit challenging

Room was decently sized for one that is around Ginza area. The location is great as well (and you can even get a glimpse of the imperial gardens) but most importantly, the service is amazing

Great location, it's a short walk to all the lively spots, especially at night when there are tons of restaurants. The hotel lobby is very welcoming and even has coffee.

Very quiet hotel in Nihonbashi, next to the Asakusa Line and slightly off from Chuo JR and the Shinjuku Line. The hotel is clean and very quiet and imho it's a great choice if you know how to move around Tokyo

The only thing is that this location is very convenient and intersecting many major train lines. 711 is nearby, about a 3 minute walk. But be forewarned that the 711 is lacking and doesn't seem to be stocked enough

If you don't, it's maybe a bit inconvenient

First of all, this hotel doesn't even have a laundry in the building. You have to go outaide of the hotel and find a coin laundry store, which is so inconvenient. Secondly, the rooms are dirty

The walls are dirty, the shower curtain is dirty and stinks. The bedsheets aren't fresh smelling, and you can't even control the temp in this room

I recently had the pleasure of staying at APA Hotel Higashi Nihonbashi hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I checked in, the staff were attentive and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed

Extremely well-located hotel, fewer than five minutes from Kanda station. Very near a lot of izakaya places. The neighbourhood is very busy on a Friday night, but the street the hotel is on is still very quiet.

The staff was very nice and helpful, they can speak English so communication is not difficult

I visited during the ***** New Year and considered many stations along the Yamanote Line. I ended up choosing this place, and I really liked it. My memories of Japan will continue, thanks to the help of all the staff

The location is super convenient, really close to JR Kanda Station. You can get to Ueno and Ginza in about 10-15 minutes. Downstairs, there are tons of convenience stores and izakayas

Our first time in tokyo & hotel location is very good. Connected to one of the subway station & walking distance to other lines. Have a direct limo bus to disney area at a nearby bus stop

The location is fantastic! The Hanzomon Line entrance is right in B2 of the same building, offering a direct train to Shibuya without any transfers

The bus stops for both Haneda and Narita airports are just a short walk, a couple hundred meters away. While the Narita bus has infrequent service, you can easily take a direct train from JR Kinshicho station

Small bonuses: you can catch a glimpse of the Sky Tree from the window near the elevator, and a bit of Tokyo Tower from the room itself

An average hotel with simple breakfast (coffee, toast, and sandwiches). Convenience store is directly connected, which is very handy. Luggage can only be stored until the same day, and English communication is available

Stayed here for 5 nights in a group for 4 of those and solo for 1, the single room is really great and I think spacious for Japan and great location close to the train with good line access Would stay here again

The hotel is very close to Shimbashi Station, making it super convenient for getting to the airport and Tokyo Big Sight! There's a 24-hour drugstore nearby, and a ton of restaurants right downstairs to choose from

There's a convenience store right downstairs, and the subway station is about a 6-minute walk away. You can even see Tokyo Tower from the room! The hotel breakfast also offered variety daily

This hotel in Tokyo's Roppongi district offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The subway station is right outside the door, and Tokyo Tower is just a short walk away

Omotesando shopping street is also easily accessible. The room size is quite generous by Japanese standards, and overall, I had a very pleasant stay

The air conditioner never turned off, perhaps because it was located in the south-central area

It is very quiet nearby, with several convenience stores and restaurants. The room and bathroom are very clean, equipped with a bathtub and a TOTO electric toilet, and the shower water is very big, very satisfactory

Also, after a full day of fun, foreign tourists might have run out of battery or data. I recommend simply providing a Google Maps location. This way, it can be navigated offline

This hotel is 10-15 min walk to Aeon Mall and plenty of things to do, but the hotel also provides a shuttle bus to and from mall (located adjacent to train station)

The facilities are excellent and the conditions are superb, plus there's a sea view. The breakfast quality is incredibly high, almost impeccable

My only suggestion: Currently, the hotel provides a video showing the pick-up spot for the return shuttle from Disneyland. However, by the time you leave Disneyland, it's already dark and hard to see the way

2 kilometers, from the subway station. However, the hotel's location around Tokyo Bay is quite peaceful, and you can even enjoy sea views
