Room was clean, silent and huge enough. We were provided with all bathroom accessories - even teethbrush. Last day we needed to wait more than 40 minutes for ordered breakfast

It was strange, because only other 5 guests were there

The w carpet was dirty and when the cleaner was informed about the situation, she snapped. The breakfast was a scam, bad and cold. The hotel itself was quite dirty

Cool, but the era is so cozy, you'll feel like you're transported back in time and forget what's going on in the 21st century. And here, I recommend it, it's calm and neat. It's absolutely fantastic.

The food is very good. The rooms are spacious, the beds are soft, what else is needed for a good rest.

I visited the Zumrat sauna and loved everything. The pool was large and generally warm, but as always, I wish it were warmer. The sauna itself was clean and nice

Cheap and clean place, very close to the heart of Astana, just 5 minutes away from the Bayterek tower. Hosts are really nice, friendly and helpful.

Very convenient location: just a couple of minutes of walk to the city centre. There are quite a few places nearby where you can relax or eat. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious.

The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is comfortable, breakfast is included and they can even bring it to the room! There is everything for living: slippers, towels, robes, shower gel and shampoo, dental kit, comb, tea corner

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach and very near the bus stop. They accommodated our breakfast for vegetarian which was great. The bed in the room was very comfy too

In the evening we had a delicious dinner at reasonable prices

New and all works. AC, good bathroom, they even speak English. But the rooms are really really small. Too small and they call it Junior suite. The area is fine and it's quiet.

Anyway, I can speak Russian, so it's easy to communicate. 😅 This hotel provides a public kitchen with free tea and coffee.

Its was a perfect place for a one person stay.

It's a little walk from the bus stop from the airport, but it's a nice hotel. It's conveniently located for sightseeing if you take the bus. The symbolic tower, Bayterek, is about a 10-minute walk away

I was taking a dump in the toilet at that time, and they kept knocking on the door, and then they called me. it was inconvenient for me to move! The soundproofing is not good

Breakfasts may not be very varied, but they're delicious, especially the pancakes and baursaks! It's convenient that the 24-hour period begins with check-in, rather than 12:00 PM like in many hotels

The rooms could use a refresh. There aren't enough outlets near the bed; the one available is occupied by the air conditioner. It's either a phone charger in the heat or the air conditioner without a charger

Our stay was unfortunately spoiled by excessive construction activity at the facility that's why it's 3 stars only. We didn't tried the breakfast even it was included in the price

For the price it is a perfectly serviceable hotel, clean tidy had a sauna and a pool and a 15-20 minute walk to town. Perfect for visiting Medeo as the bus route goes down Dostyk which is right next to the hotel

The check in staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of bed side lamp and that it is quite hard to locate the first time. It's actually on a side road off elebekov street

Rooms are small and basic, I stayed a few times, once during the winter the room was freezing cold and the heating could heat it. Breakfast is good but no longer self service.

Good enough location, but not very convenient for pedestrians, because it's next to a busy highway.

The hotel offers non-smoking rooms, but there is stable cigarette smell via ventilation. The stuff is working in corridors since 7a. to sleep is impossible! The cafeteria is fine. Mostly for salads and potatoes

Great hotel within walking distance of the historic city center. I liked that the single room was huge with a large double bed. Conveniently, there is a cafe with a pizzeria in the lobby

For breakfast, they served sliced with fresh vegetables and traditional scrambled eggs. The staff is friendly, everything was clean. The only thing was that there was no coffee for breakfast

Very good hotel. The staff was perfect. Did everything they could to meet our expectations. Only slight minus is location is not the nearest to city centre. So you need to use Uber to get around.

The room has everything you need, so I can't complain, but I felt like this one had seen a lot of use (a cracked window taped shut and the one next to it that wouldn't close spoiled the impression a bit; perhaps that's why they charge a deposit, as not everyone uses the property carefully)

Overall, everything was perfect for exploring the city for a few days—it had everything you need (the air conditioning worked well, the TV did, the WiFi worked well, cleaning was done daily 👍, drinking water, a kettle, a hairdryer, and plenty of shower gel and shampoo)

It's hidden in a small neighborhood and doesn't have a big front, but it's well-organized. The guy at the front desk was very polite and reminded me of everything I needed to know before check-in

Check-in and check-out were quick. The room was large enough and well-equipped. The tatami-style bed was very soft (I personally prefer a firmer one, but that doesn't affect the rating)

Stayed here for 3 nights, nobody clean my room during my stay, but it’s all good! My room big enough for me and location really good, shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s just few minutes walk from Abu Dhabi Mall!
