In the evenings we sat in the gazebo, they brought us dishes from the restaurant. If we didn’t like something, they listened to the reception and immediately corrected it

A very nice location, far enough from bad loud music and crowds of vacationers, close enough to forests, the lake and cafes. Overpriced, but wooden cabins have most of the amenities inside

Overall a good hotel, but the crowd varies. No sound insulation. Often you have to stay overnight in Astana, between flights. It is not always possible to get enough sleep.

The sauna is excellent, the steam room is decent, it's clean and cozy. There are all sorts of soft sofas, a pool table, a swimming pool—everything you need for a good time with friends

There is one disadvantage of no parking at all, as it is located in the courtyard of a residential building, so it’s better to take a taxi. And who goes to a restaurant in his car))))

We go there on Sunday mornings for yago. Nice and quiet. The yago room has a nice large area.

The hotel isn't a Rixos or a Hilton. We stayed there from June 2, 2025, to June 6, 2025 (room 212 cost 204,000 tenge). 3 adults, 2 children (2 years old). We came from cold Astana for the heat, clean air, and sea

I don't have time to describe the pros and cons, but I would come back again. I didn't rent an apartment because. I didn't know in advance if it would be a smoky place (I can't stand smells)

The climate in the village is hot, the kids got sunburned, and all their runny noses and coughs cleared up on their own
