Very cozy and nice hotel. Wonderful doorman Ibrahim. Guests - foreigners it is easy. Language barriers there. Anyone not admit it, they always ask ID.

The room is warm and comfortable, the front desk service is very good, and the breakfast is rich and exquisite

The location is very good, with many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets nearby. It is a 10-minute walk from the Ascension Cathedral. The front desk was very friendly and helped me contact other itineraries.

The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Ascension Cathedral and the Panfilov Statue. The subway station, large supermarket, and fashionable shopping street are also within 500 meters

The hotel has an ideal location. It is in a quiet courtyard but at the same time very close to the noisy walking streets where there are many cafes, shops, restaurants

Excellent location, everything is nearby: Kazakh cuisine restaurants, cafes, 28 Panfilov Park, and most importantly, there is a metro nearby. I recommend it.

The room was spacious but felt old, and the water pressure was quite low. Being on the seventh floor also meant climbing two flights of stairs.

Breakfast is nice, it's a tad cold and the beds are only just ok but it's cheap so it evens out

I had a shared bathroom and the showers were always clean and hot and likewise the toilet was also clean. The hotel seemed almost empty, a relic of the past, though everything was very professional and well kept

We celebrated our birthday in a karaoke bar, in a VIP booth, we really liked everything, the cozy booth, the salads and dishes were delicious, the service was good, the waiters constantly came by, helped with the choice of songs and service, the dance floor was good, the only thing was that there was no live music

The TV remote control did not work, they barely figured it out, changed the batteries, it was cool at night, on the second day they settled in the same room and did not even clean up there, the slippers remained in the same place

The waiters generally speak good English, the location is good, the rooms are very clean, the restaurant on the first floor serves fusion cuisine and even sushi, which is more in line with the tastes of Chinese people.

Upon request, they gave me my breakfast to go because I had an early morning flight. They arranged for a taxi to the airport. The next time I overnight in Astana again, I will definitely stay here again!

They were very understanding of the situation and happily worked to make sure that I'd have a room with my new flight schedule. The rooms were quite large, very clean, and almost brand new
