Breakfast includes a choice of porridge or scrambled eggs, so there's plenty to eat. The room includes a hairdryer, dental kits, razor blade, and shampoo

There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. The room had a very low ceiling, a narrow floor-level window, poor bathroom lighting, and slow Wi-Fi. Breakfast is fixed and simple, no coffee

They said the pipe had burst, it would be there in the evening, they didn’t give it in the evening, the next day they said they would give it at 3 o’clock, but when I checked out at 9 pm, there was still no hot water

I was going to stay for 2 days, but decided that one day was enough. The hotel looks good and the prices are reasonable, but it's better to go somewhere else and pay more to enjoy your stay

The hotel is about 10 minutes by car from Astana Central Station and is well equipped for its three star class. The hotel has a sauna and a pool, both are clean and well maintained. As a guest you can use both for free

I visited Karaganda from Canada. Had a great stay at the hotel. It's quiet, clean, very friendly staff. The front desk receptionist was very helpful with things like getting a taxi cab there and things like that
