Inexpensive accomodations in Kazakhstan

I lived on the 12th floor, everything was great. Spacious rooms, everything was light, minimalist.

Very good hotel with reasonable price and great location!

The hotel is located in a house, one entrance hotel (they made a hotel out of apartments). The rooms are good, warm, there is hot water (but no hair dryer). There is also a kitchen with all the amenities

The sea view is gorgeous! Wi-Fi does not work everywhere (on some floors there is none at all). We booked through Bookling with a sea view, but alas they gave us a room without a view

The guy at the reception asked to pay extra (with a sea view), I wanted to pay by card, also alas, only a transfer. A murky story, left an unpleasant aftertaste

Their steaks are really delicious and seasoned well. I highly recommend them with fries which are also good. Reasonably priced food and drinks. Beds are firm but comfortable enough and air conditioning works well

The room has an excellent price and is a very short walk from the Atyrau airport, but the lights are dim (especially in the bathroom). The fancy looking shower is tiny and the water pressure is to low.

For breakfast they let you order egg dishes which are very tasty. The rest of the buffet consists of a couple of cereals, boiled eggs, toast (with toaster) pastries and cold sliced meat

Showers are a little cramped but plenty of hot water. Internet works, but signal is weak in some rooms. Small fridge in the room, although some are not plugged in for some reason

Attentive staff, nice hotel, as it is by the road, where is karaoke bar sometimes it's very noisy🙄 food is delicious and cheap

They were very kind, communicated clearly in english or communicated in a way that I can understand , helped me book cabs, and offered excellent guidance about the places and locations

Great place because its hospitality, good food, and its proximity to the restaurant that you can go for dinner or lunch. The check in is smooth even though they don't speak English. Very helpful. Superb.

The hotel is good value for money but slight problem with the WiFi as it was a bit slow. However, I was truly impressed by the staff’s hospitality

There are many good restaurants around the hotel, and the Turkish Kebab and Georgian restaurants are very cost-effective. It is an ordinary three-star hotel in China, but a good value for money hotel in Almaty

Nice hotel, a bit outdated but still offering the basics for a couple of nights. The room was generally huge with regards to other hotels. They were cleaning the room every day, replacing water and WC stuff

Pretty nice lunch is given there, really liked it a lot. The rooms are clean and the serve is A+. I would really recommend this place for my friends and colleagues.

I had a nice room with bathroom for 9000,- T. I could put my bicycle in an office on the ground floor. Good location in the centre of the city

We only found out about this this year when we came back with our family. Breakfasts are gone, and they've started charging extra for the rooms for tourists. Unless you're a resident of Kazakhstan

We've even been to Borovoe, where they also charge a service charge for the hotel and cafe. The hotel is good, and we like it. Have a great vacation, everyone! Thank you for your hospitality!

The hotel not only has Old Beijing Hotpot, but also Chinese Super League downstairs, which satisfies our Chinese stomachs. The hotel also has a sauna and massage room. The masseuse's technique is really professional

Wanted to stay for a night, however the price was quite high. Apparently, the hotel is luxurious and the prices are little bit higher than average. Didn’t stay, probably next time.

Clean, new and cozy. Nice location. Food is good but options are limited. Staff is responsive 👍🏻 but Swimming pool works only from 9 am and to 9 pm we found it inconvenient.

Nice place to relax in Borovoe. If you need extra water to drink, you can buy from the reception, 1 big 5 litre bottle for 700T. The breakfast was good too.

The rooms with 4 beds are new but the hotel doesn't offer water bottles for these rooms, be ready when you are coming otherwise you will buy from the restaurant and that is expensive

The room is warm and clean. There are plenty of channels, including Russian ones. The staff is polite. The breakfast is good. The omelette is delicious.

It smelled like sewage outside, and in the room too, but it went away when we used the shower. The pillows were lumpy, and the shower pressure was weak

Perfectly located across the road from Karavansaray. Huge spacious room with huge comfortable bed. Marble tiled bathroom was spotlessly clean with powerful shower

I also didn't really like that when I booked, I was given one price, but afterward, I received a message saying that if there were no rooms with one large bed available, a room with two small beds would cost 3,000 tenge more

Only 1 or 2 employees know English so can be struggle sometimes but the google translate helped most often. They have a great pool and gym. Only downside they didn't have a kids pool so my family had to stay out

Pros and cons. Cons: Not worth going with family. The hallway outside is full of prostitutes from 10 p.m. Pros: Good mattresses. Nice rooms. I'm talking about a double room with separate beds. Breakfast is included.

Love this hotel and delicious breakfast every morning, especially after being in Tengiz for 2 months! Plus, there's a calisthenics park very near right on the river. No excuses!

Wifi connection is free in the hall, in the room internet connection is available via cable but may be an extra (the cost is about 10 euros/day) Standard room are not big but are clean and confortable

I stayed at the New Chagala for 4 nights and I found the staff, rooms and food all to be great. Staff were really polite and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy

From outside hotel doesn't look nice. Old building. But room is big, clean. AC working properly, not noisy. For price it is very good place to stay
