Overall a good hotel, but the crowd varies. No sound insulation. Often you have to stay overnight in Astana, between flights. It is not always possible to get enough sleep.

Minus the shower with bad water and leaving a trail of black fungus , door shower cabin nedakonice closes from anything on the floor gets water. In the price was included Breakfast in the restaurant on the ground floor
Needed urgently after hours of train to relax and bathe. The hotel is near the train station, the room warm, have a computer, Wi-Fi fast. Towels fresh and clean. A little old furniture, but not critical.

Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. Hot water was available all the time. I checked in at midnight and it was smooth. Very near to bus stand and big market
The hotel is well located in the middle, with good big size rooms.
Bathroom is superb and spacious. Price was also very reasonable. Only point lift is between floors. Wifi was slow on upper floors
Breakfast is provided by themselves, but it is enough. The rest of the time you can use the kitchen, dishes and refrigerator yourself. On the territory there are 3 gazebos with barbecue, you can use without restrictions

All shared cabs start from the hotel entrance and cost about 1500-2000 tenge. Chyngyz at the front desk was super helpful and protective, he really helped me to fetch a taxi across the border

The staff is polite and responsive for which many human thanks. Requests are answered immediately. But I can't say the same about the rooms. It would not hurt to replace the mattresses, old ones.
