The accommodation was easy to find, clean, and included breakfast. I went with three friends and we had a room with three single beds, which was great.

The hotel is close to the old rail way station, but far from the new one (25-30 minutes by taxi). So please check well which one is your destination. The staffs were nice and helpful

Its a 2 star hotel so nothing much to say. The building is dated, as expected. Rooms werent cleaned during our stay. Bed mattress has completed its life but still hasnt been changed. The staff is courteous though

Every day a liter bottle of water was brought to the room free of charge. There is a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast is not extensive, but everything you need is there

The room is quite large, and the decor is a bit dated, but it's very clean. There's a restaurant downstairs; the dinner is delicious. Lunch is included in the package, and there's a free bottle of mineral water every day

This place was recommended by a local friend. Their breakfast is à la carte and is super good, much better than those dubious places. The staff are also very nice; they even helped me get a taxi on my first day

This is a great hotel that we've been visiting for a while! They've updated their lunch menu and added a full-board option. They've also added an interactive movie experience in the lounge area

The bathroom amenities have been updated; the robes and towels are softer and fluffier. The slippers are now thicker and more comfortable, so they don't rip after the first use

There’s a 24/7 store and a halal kebab place nearby. Many attractions are close — you can walk to Hazret Sultan Mosque. Cleaning is done daily, and each day they bring a fresh bottle of water and toilet paper

The rooms are clean and have everything necessary: hygiene supplies, a bottle of water, a Tefal kettle, and most importantly, a baby crib (upon request). The hotel is located in a quiet residential area

The location is in the middle of the city, so it's really convenient! You got toiletries, but just shampoo, hand and body wash, so I recommend you to bring you own But overall it was good

I had a very early checkout the next day, and the receptionist had breakfast ready for me :) I didn't find the bed that comfortable, and the air conditioning is very limited, but the room met my expectations

Been here for one night in summer, 2015. Ordered food and they got exactly what I ordered. Prices for food, especially water are higher than Baku, Azerbaijan. But Aktau is notorious for high prices

Big problem with parking, asked before booking, they said that there is private, no extra charge, but in fact the first day we could not get through to open the barrier, the girl said that someone had checked in, we had to look for her, on the second day there was simply no space, we had to drive around the courtyards looking for a place
