My family and I spent a wonderful three days at this hotel. The room was small, but clean and equipped with everything we needed. The courtyard offers convenient parking and gazebos with a children's playground
The food in the cafe is delicious. Special thanks to Pavel, he's like a magician: whatever you ask for, it's already done right there. He treats guests so well, allows everything, even standing on your ears
😂The bartender is brilliant, thanks to him too, and the waitresses are very polite and always smiling. Now I will recommend you to my friends and acquaintances. Soon you'll have no competition in the area
The entire area is under video surveillance. I'd especially like to mention the young, friendly staff, who were very attentive to our every request. The prices for laundry services were reasonable

Everything is for purchase, no complimentary drinking water like a bubble tub with a water filter. Shampoo and body wash which are basic and for free in all the hostels, it was only on chargeable basis there
There is no kitchen so cooking your own food was never a choice. I often asked hot water to make cup noodles and tea, and they provided the same, but it was bothersome to ask again and again
Since there is only one toilet on the ground floor for females, so it used to occupied most of the time. Also it wasn't used to be clean during evening time

Stayed 2 days in this hotel. Rooms are ok, no table and chairs. Stuff is ok and no restaurant in the hotel.
We only found out about this this year when we came back with our family. Breakfasts are gone, and they've started charging extra for the rooms for tourists. Unless you're a resident of Kazakhstan

Only 1 or 2 employees know English so can be struggle sometimes but the google translate helped most often. They have a great pool and gym. Only downside they didn't have a kids pool so my family had to stay out

Love this hotel and delicious breakfast every morning, especially after being in Tengiz for 2 months! Plus, there's a calisthenics park very near right on the river. No excuses!
