Hills Hotel in Karakol

Love this hotel. Service is okay. Room is okay. Everything is perfect! Everything is clean!

Great, modernly furnished hotel, right on the road to the mountains (great location if you want to go to Ala-Kul, for example). The hotel is still in the process of being completed (normally functional, but instead of a fridge in the room there is only a prepared space in the closet with a drawer. The access road is also still under construction, the parking lot is functional). Room service is a bit slow (changing towels or replenishing toilet paper). Very good buffet breakfast.

One of the best hotels we stayed in in Kyrgyzstan. The service and the receptionist, Yana, are simply incredible; we've never experienced anything like it: she's always there to help, feed you, and take care of you like family and friends (and sometimes even family doesn't take care of you like that!!).

Rooms vary in size, with large, stylish two-room rooms and smaller, cozy ones.

The hotel's location is strategically convenient – ​​you can hike into the mountains, drive to the gorge, or reach the city center in 12 minutes.
The hotel offers restaurant delivery if you don't have time to eat in the evening.

I highly recommend this hotel.
