We decided to spend our vacation in this hotel and it was the best choice. Very, very quiet place, the hotel is surrounded with trees an instead of spa you can rest there. Hotel room was ultra clean and mineral water was given daily free of vhargd. I appreciate ideal water temperature in pool, fitness room, room for children with toys and different activities and extra bonus - fantastic breakfast....

We had an amazing experience! The staff were all incredibly friendly and spoke very good English. From reception to the waiters, their attention to detail really stood out and made us feel welcome during our stay. The Spa was very relaxing and well maintained. It used to be our favorite hotel and during the week you will have there a nice place to relax. During the weekend it's more crowded and not so peaceful also the service is weaker during the weekend. We are coming here more than 9 years and comparing past experience it used to be better.

To be honest I was about to give 4 stars, not because anything is wrong, it's because the price to quality ratio, I mean with that price I excepted much more and maybe thats the fault that I expected more to the price I paid, however everything at the hotel is amazing, the breakfast the spa and the area. Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests. I'm aware that other guests have complained about it too, and am at a loss to understand why the hotel's management is so reluctant to change it.

Excellent stay. Beautifully located, big comfortable rooms, lovely interior. Superb breakfasts and great dinners. Stayed for 4 days, went for a few walks in the location hills and did a couple of drives to surrounding historical towns ( Cieszyn, Zywiec ).

Location is amazing. Skip the restaurant for dinner and go to nearby restaurants with better options. Rooms are generally comfy, but the bathroom doesn't have great ventilation so is constantly wet. Service was a miss. They advertise a bunch of activities, but don't help you book any of them. My last service encounter was a 20zl charge for a missing key card... Probably the only hotel in the world...

Rooms are good and comfy. Very spacious. But considering it is a 5-star hotel, room amenities are basic and standard, did not stand out of ordinary. The grounds are great, lots of walking areas. Relatively safe. Quiet and tranquil. Location is far out for regular commute and you have to plan to drive there or else no other way to go. The spa is great. Gorgeous lake views even on Winter!! Very peaceful and calming hotel experience despite families with young children. Multiple indoor pools to enjoy and relaxing SPA area. Breakfast was crowded but delicious and vast selection. Dinner choices were combination of Polish and intercontinental cuisine. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable. We have booked this hotel for 1 week to spend here our holiday with my wife and daughter and we were very satisfied here. Very good meal, nice place with lot of posibilities for children every day - whirpool, sauna, pool, billiards, making of pizza, barbecue, playgrounds (inside, outside). I can recommend it here.

Staff not taking care about COVID restrictions. All guest are walking without masks. Play room for kids is very small, games for xbox are ~10 years old. In general I strongly dont recommend this object in high season as you will wait for everything ages (elevator, meals, playing room, swimming pool, etc).

We were there for 4 nights. Its a little bit outside of Krakow but easily accessible by tram which is only a 10 min walk away. What a lovely hotel with lots of character. This is probably the best hotel I have visited. From its unique art deco architecture, its cuisine, service to its location. I personally couldn't think of a better hotel - either in the highlands or anywhere else. I am adding no photos but a one from the restaurant because the beauty of this place has to be witnessed with one's own eyes.

The hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional. The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel. Yes the room was spotless could not fault anything, even a dishwasher in the kitchen annexe and all necessary crockery and utensils. Staff were absolutely amazing went above and beyond to help you, nothing was a bother to make sure you had what you needed. Would most definitely recommend this aparthotel without any doubt at all.
