The location is a little inconvenient. However, the room is so clean and staffs are very very kind! Also, breakfast is very pleasant!

They just need to focus more on cleanliness. I have seen a lot of black hair in the bathroom

A good idea was a soda water machine in the hallway. You could pour water into a bottle. There was only an empty bottle in the room. You filled it up as many times as you wanted :-) The machine had sparkling water, not still water.

Very spacious room in a gorgeous hotel minutes away from the old town. The staff is super efficient, the water fountains are great. On the last day we left early and they prepared a plentiful breakfast to go. I can’t fault the IBB Grand Hotel. It’s perfect.

Stayed at this hotel for a long weekend break in Krakow. Room was very clean, nice little bathroom and a very, very comfy bed. Hosts were kind and pleasant helping me to find an open chemist when I had an allergic reaction to something. I am only marking this down one point due to renovations being undertaken in their restaurant which woke us up early every morning.

This is an extremely pleasant in the Kazimierz district and a great base from which to explore the city. The rooms are a decent size. The food is good enough. The hotel is quiet on a night, but rather noisy after 6:00am. I think it’s the staff setting up for breakfast. The Wi-Fi is excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean comfy beds and pillows but the breakfast was not the best. The coffee not great and the fruit juices offered at breakfast were very watery and didn’t taste nice. The cooked breakfast was not of a great standard. The toaster didn’t work and just warmed the bread.

Always on point. This is the 5th time I am staying in this hotel. If you do not mind being a bit further to the city center, it is a good option.

The hotel is clean, tidy, and elegant, as are the rooms. The staff is friendly, helpful, and polite. Excellent access to all bus and tram lines.

Nice hotel for a few days stay. Breakfast had everything you need. The gym is small, but you can get some kind of workout in. In addition to three warm-up machines, there are dumbbells (although only 1-3kg), kettlebells (6kg and 10kg), exercise bands and an exercise mat. The sauna was also good by Finnish standards (about 74 degrees).

Ok, we booked an apartment which apparently it’s a private owned but in the same hotel (a bit strange but anyway) the apartment was great and the communication with the owner was also great.
