We spent 4 days at this hotel. The room we had was very nice and spacious. The pool is a good size and the hotel has a spa area with sauna. Although the spa area is supposed to be a quiet area there is the odd disturbance. The hotel is well run but the staff hardly speak English. A good knowledge of German or Polish will see you through. The location was convenient, with a tram stop nearby making it easy to get around the city. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, our room had a strong sewerage smell which was quite unpleasant, and the shower head didn’t work properly and sprayed water everywhere. Amazing service lovely leisure facilities champion stay

Lovely little weekend trip for me and my girlfriend. We enjoyed so much! We wished we stayed closer to the old town but taxi is cheap here in Polen so it didn’t affect us much. We are overall amazed with the stay! 10/10 The pool is more for kids, very small changing area. But the staff was amazing with the effort to make our stay feel complete. I would suggest this hotel.

Pros: Big room, some sort of pool to swim around (if you have space), pretty clean and comfortable overall. You do get dental and shaving kits, although it's ironic that the shaving blade handle is made of recycled materials, but if you only want to change the blade you can't (there's no such thing). You can get a new shaving kit. Bit of a waste... Cons: Maybe we had a bit of an unlucky experience...

We had a wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the clean bathroom was definitely a plus. Breakfast offerings were the same each day, but the wide variety made up for it, allowing us to enjoy something different on both mornings.

Had a wonderful 2N stay in tis hotel. Excellent service from front desk to cafe staff really made my stay incredible n unforgettable. Comfy beds n clean bathroom definitely plus factor. Hotel's location is great.We liked: everyday cleaning and unlimited still and sparkling water. Service is wonderful. Drawbacks:absence of free bathrobes and slippers (4*hotel??), kettle wasn't cleaned well (unwashed from citric acid 😡), so please check kettles before using them for your safety.

We stayed at this hotel 3 years ago, and nothing has changed. The team is excellent, with impeccable service and attention to detail. Good experience, the hotel room was clean, heated just perfect, no bad smells. Bathroom very clean also, hot water and great water pressure. Spacious room, good breakfast, good in room dining, has decent gym. Location is about 10mins walk away from city center. Daily house cleaning not great though because they don’t clean the floors. I stayed there for 2 weeks, I would expect them at least mop the floor once or twice during my stay, but didn’t.

The room seemed fresh. Walk-in shower was great. Bed comfortable but pillows too big/hard to sleep on. Bar was well staffed and the food choice suited us - the cheese and meat platter was excellent. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in an Accor hotel. There were different flavours of herring, a fresh waffle maker and a good selection of fruit as well as the hot and cold food selections.

I was actually surprised that this turned out so good. I booked on ******* for the first time and the check in was the easiest hotel check in ever. Went to front desk ask for my id gave me a key and that was it, they didn’t ask me to leave a credit card on file nothing. I was shook I felt like I was finally in the future. It's definitely the weirdest Mercure I've been to. To start off, nobody answers the phone at the reception. A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours. Negative : why upsell a room (423) with a "city view" , when the only thing you can see are the windows of the next door building, blocking everything else. This was very disappointing. It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport, right next to the National Museum. Walking up to the castle offers panoramic views of Krakow, and the Old Town is a 7-minute walk away.
