A good vacuuming would help. There was a bag of sweets left by the previous guests under the bed, and lots of crumbs around it. The bathroom was basic but clean. I rented one of their flats on booking on Jurowiecka 15, flat was clean, but floor was damaged and definitely need some attention, also it had A/C what was a great bonus on warm days.

The hotel was large. The breakfast was good. The room was clean but a few things needed replacing like the drain plugs in the sink. Also around the bathroom mirror needed replacing as it was black. These issues didn’t present a problem.

Gorgeous lake views even on Winter!! Very peaceful and calming hotel experience despite families with young children. Multiple indoor pools to enjoy and relaxing SPA area. the noise from other guests was irritating, maybe they were drunk. I did put a notice on the door for a room service after an hour or so..had to remove it because nooone came.Location is good near shops .you can walk to the train or bus station.

Don’t expect this is a hotel standard, beds is a bit run out and too soft. We didn’t have a good sleep during our stays. Toilet and floor is not really clean.

The hotel is lovely and the beds were extremely comfortable, it's a perfect location to do lots of different activities, the only flaw was the noise when the windows were open because of the traffic, and the windows needed to be open due to no air con. Very nice for a couple nights on a city break. Really clean also.

Everything was great during my stay. The hotel was very comfortable and the service was excellent. The only thing that was not entirely clear to me is how the security deposit will be refunded. I would like to know how the refund process works and how long it usually takes to receive the amount that was requested upon arrival.

Nice and very new hotel, well located. But the bedding leaves a lot to be desired: the sheets are small and don't cover your whole body, neither in length nor in width. The pillow is tiny and flat. It's a shame and it really detracts from the hotel.

Kraków is truly a beautiful city! The hotel’s location is excellent ！Suituated in the Jewish Quarter, very close to the Old Town, and extremely convenient for getting around. Nothing really to complain about here! Great location & 24 hours front desk. The hotel is located on a street full of restaurants and a nice Swedish cafe with great coffee (for Europe - I’m from Melbourne) and Swedish pastries - my fiancé is from Sweden. 4/5 for amenities as there’s no gym / sauna like other hotels we’ve been to for similar prices, but that’s no biggie.

We have booked this hotel for 1 week to spend here our holiday with my wife and daughter and we were very satisfied here. Very good meal, nice place with lot of posibilities for children every day - whirpool, sauna, pool, billiards, making of pizza, barbecue, playgrounds (inside, outside). I can recommend it here.

Staff not taking care about COVID restrictions. All guest are walking without masks. Play room for kids is very small, games for xbox are ~10 years old. In general I strongly dont recommend this object in high season as you will wait for everything ages (elevator, meals, playing room, swimming pool, etc).

Clean; no weird odors. Breakfast plentiful- over 100 items to choose from with tables inside or on the balcony outside. Walking distance from main rail station with shops and malls next door. All in all a good experience. A mini fridge would be nice in the hotel room. There was an issue with the shower - suddenly hot then freezing cold- but it only occurred once during a two day stay.

We were there twice during the pandemic. Unfortunately, the food was delivered to the room, portions bbb large, but very average. The first time there was a bar with billiards available, then... a dream. Unfortunately, not for twice. There was a swimming pool, which was definitely the biggest attraction of the hotel.
