The room is comfortable and spacious, with very good mattress providing for nice and healthy sleeping conditions. Special credit is for the restaurant both for the nice breakfast of dishes ranging from Polish fermented cucumbers to jamon and for the day dining with original local accents...

Had a 4am check in and provided with a 1.30pm later check out. Room was spacious and bed comfy. Breakfast was diverse. Location was central. Lots of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. Staff were polite, service minded in person and via email correspondence.

I stay here most of the time when I come on business trips. The price is very cheap and the breakfast is not bad. And parking is free. The accessibility to the city is very good, so it is good to stay at an affordable price.

This hotel is very modern and just how I normally like hotels. The room was a bit tight for what I have experienced in Poland. The Staff where super friendly and helpful. but sleeping here was impossible as the room was super hot and suffocating so we had to open the window and with the window open there is no way of sleeping due to the rail way behind the hotel, so all night almost every 30 minutes...

The hotel is super city centered, and the staff here are nice and friendly. However, the room equipment is not satisfying,: very small single quilt was provided, and the mattress for a queen bed was putting two single bed mattresses together.

The hotel was really close to the event I was attending, so it was convenient. I enjoyed my stay, the only thing I’d improve is to have breakfast until 10:30, not 10 am.

Amazing hotel. If we ever come back to Krakow we will stay at this hotel again. The only bad thing was that we had to go home. 🤣 Amazing location, the tram/bus stop is in front of the hotel. Everybody is very polite, cleaning lady is very kind, second day of our stay they gave us all new towels and made the bed even if we didn't told them. We are on a trip through the north of Poland. We stayed one night in the hotel. We found this Hotel in TripAdvisor. The room was big enough, clean and everything was working. The Internet (cable) was perfect. There are several parking slots close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. All in all a very pleasant stay in this hotel.

A nice boutique hotel. I have to compliment them for a really high quality breakfast buffet, with gourmet smoked hams, fish, salads. The room I had was on the top floor and was a little hot, I had to keep the window open to avoid stiff air. Wifi is acceptable (though not great). Overall, a very good experience.

Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests. I'm aware that other guests have complained about it too, and am at a loss to understand why the hotel's management is so reluctant to change it.

Excellent stay. Beautifully located, big comfortable rooms, lovely interior. Superb breakfasts and great dinners. Stayed for 4 days, went for a few walks in the location hills and did a couple of drives to surrounding historical towns ( Cieszyn, Zywiec ).

The staff was very friendly. Cleaning could be better. The food was nice and there was a good variety of food. We preferred a la cart. The hotel is located close to the center of the town, but also surrounded by nature.

We had the most amazing time at Hotel Stary right before Christmas time. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town walking distance to all the sightseeing spots. The hotel is clean, staff very welcoming, rooms are comfortable and food options are great for everyone. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and definitely will be looking forward to coming back when we visit krakow again

I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. This place had its prime in the 1990’s or so, and not much seems changed since then. Not really deserving of 4,4 stars as its average rating. It’s clean and quite well kept, basic needs met, but lacks charm. Mainly retirees staying. Indoor pool was the main reason we booked it, as it was a rainy July.

Great hotel in great location , had a great stay in room 22 on second floor. No issues or problems . Be aware no kettle in room, shower is weak. First of all the staff is not helpful, not even when I asked for further information. Not even a smile, not even a kind greeting, not even a 'good morning'. Nothing is written in English, they slightly speak some words. There's no place for parking since the parking lot was full and they don't care where you find a place to park. It looks like a Soviet luxury. It's time to upgrade both the rooms and the water park. In the room, running your hand across the surface of the furniture collects a solid amount of dust. That says a lot too. The hotel is saved by extremely kind staff, food both at breakfast and in the a’la carte restaurant, comfortable beds, especially warm water in the pool.

I really like this place and I have enjoyed my stay at Moxy - great experience, great value of money, close to the public transportation and definitely I will stay again when I will be back to Warsaw. This hotel has a very modern vibe, and the staff's service attitude is excellent. They offer free luggage storage and a complimentary drink voucher. Overall, I was very satisfied with the room; it was standard but comfortable. The only slight inconvenience was the absence of a hot water kettle.

Dielis is a spacious hotel with spacious rooms, although the equipment is older, everything works. As a 4-star hotel, it could be more prepared to receive guests, especially if guests from abroad need internet, because it was said that it is overloaded with many guests.

Great hotel. I stayed in the executive room which had good space and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is a good size, with an excellent shower. The rooms are quite quiet, even though they are close to a busy avenue. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the bus terminal and within walking distance of several tourist attractions.
