An amazing hotel that really does Poland proud.

Decent place, good location I spent a night there with some colleagues durign a work trip, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and were nicely clean. The decor is quite horrendous thou, but hey. Staff was very welcoming and useful too and the place is in a nice location. Value for money was worth it

Location of the hotel is good. The hotel itself is quite big and comfortable. I could find everything necessary in the room. And an important thing for me, it was quiet there. There was a variety of products for the breakfast, so you may have a good meal in the morning.

Great spa, but staff need to be trained Let’s start from pluses: very comfortable SPA area, rich breakfast and minuses: staff is not helpful, this hotel is like labirynth. This morning I asked for invoice at reception desk and he said that I need to send them e-mail with request. Absurd.

I stay at this hotel every time I come to Lodz. It is a wonderful place with a nice swimming pool and sauna.

Such a lovely hotel excellent location Clean staff was accommodating and the attached restaurant served great food. Breakfast was amazing. Catered for my coeliac disease. Quiet as well. Only issue coffee downstairs in lobby so had to go down in my PJs to grab morning coffee.

This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is clean and tidy all of the time. The food (breakfast) is delicious, well stocked up and a good range of variety. A very nice hostess, delicious food, swimming pool, sauna, solarium, everything available all day long. The only downside is the soft mattresses on the bed, but that's an individual matter. Apart from that, I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Very basic hotel - Air conditioning did not go below a certain number and it was boiling in the room - pointless having it! had to ask for a fan considering it was 36 degrees. This hotel is very basic, much like a travelodge. There are alot nicer/good location hotel to stay in for the same price. We only stayed here as easyjet would payout for a 3 star or less. The room was very noisy. I didn't sleep well the whole night. I couldn't sleep at all in the first half of the night.

Nice modern hotel, conveniently located close to the motorway, excellent for transit travellers from Baltic countries. Our room had a garden view, and there was no noise from the road. Breakfast was rich and delicious, very nicely served. Clean rooms and comfy beds. Cons: soundproofing of rooms is clearly insufficient. If you happen to have noisy neighbours during your stay, you are out of luck.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the soundproof windows - even though the hotel is by the main roads full of cars, but with the windows closed and aircon on, its a complete silence in the rooms. And food is really good

We booked the apartments in Hotel Gwiazda Morza 16 night in July. Hotel is modern and family-friendly. Hotel has a sandy beach. Near the hotel are shops, restaurants- so perfect location but also noisy during the evening/night! Very good service and delicious food.

Comfortable beds but there is no privacy in the room (door in the bathroom didn’t work and the acoustic is poor). The prices in the hotel info left in the room were different from reality :/ Nice swimming pool opened from 7:00 am. Two external jacuzzi but one of them didn’t work. Superb coastal location with a private entrance to the beach that's accessed via a lovely pine forest. A five minute walk away from the port and the town centre. Really lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Lovely modern bathroom and the shower had excellent pressure. The most perfect stay at Golden Tulip. Staff were so friendly and welcoming, the hotel was immaculate and in the best location. Kettle, tea, coffee in the room as well as a safe room keep passports secure. Breakfast was incredible, such a good selection of food - all presented beautifully. Nice quiet place. Tasteful coffee and dessert

The hotel was spotlessly clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed and the hotel staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Pros - Clean room with comfy bed and good shower. Onsite parking and a good breakfast. 15 minutes walk to Tarnow central square and 5 minutes walk from the train station. Cons- noisy church bells that ring regularly into the night near by. A bit tired in some areas that could do with a revamp. I would stay here again and a good place for work trips.

Bathrooms need better shampoo conditioner and lotion. Their breakfast used to be really good in the past but it is declining.

We stayed here for two days while visiting family. The rooms were kid friendly (baby cot provided) and spacious. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well, which helped. I liked the location. I felt it was easy to get to the old town by walking 10 minutes. Parking lot was accessible, too. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean.

When you walk out the main entrance you are on the main walkway which you can follow to the main sea-side square with plenty of shops, entertainment and the main pier of Sopot. This hotel is almost really good, BUT: - Breakfast: Very good selection, but the buffet is put on the tiniest place in the (big) room so that it's getring crowded when more and more guests arrive. Staff is mostly not very motivated and kind of rude. - Rooms: We had a room on the first floor with great view, but when neighbors start smoking, you get the smell in your room... And smoking is not allowed...

Everything you'd expect a 4 star hotel to be. The rooms were extremely big and the view was pretty. There's also a pool with 4 Jacuzzis and 2 saunas. I used the pool and gym everyday and the equipment is good. The food was also tasty, freshly made pancakes made infront of you for breakfast.

beautiful, pleasant and clean hotel but unfortunately with below average staff and average breakfasts. for the whole three days the receptionists were very unpleasant, impudent and rude. Thanks to them we could not use the paid parking in the garage, no apology came AND they did not even care. you really do not expect this in such a hotel.

Room was very clean, well equipped, nicely smelling, spacious, with little kitchen corner, beautiful bathrooms (2 bathrooms), coffee machine with everyday fresh coffee capsules delivery. It was foggy and rainy during our stay, but the place still looked beautiful, calm and very relaxing. I very much enjoyed the hotel especially the spa and pool. I just hope that when we return next year, they'll have a plumper foam pillows!

Had an absolutely amazing stay with my wife and in-laws for a celebration visit to Zakopane. Aries offered all the conveniences and amenities that we would have hoped for, and everyone really appreciated our time that we got to spend in and around the hotel after some long days of hiking

We’ve stayed at many five-star resorts, and this one fell just a little short of expectations. The location is excellent, but a few areas could be improved. The gym doesn’t quite match the standard of the property, breakfast can feel overwhelming on busy mornings with not enough staff, and the rooms are on the darker side with only showers, small closets, and no iron/ironing board unless requested...

The room was clean but there was no phone, so it was inconvenient to communicate with the front desk.

Very nice experience. Easy check in and access to room. I arrived very early and before workday but reception staff assisted with holding luggage until after workday.
